Dim sum wasn’t great?
Was asked to pay server fee upon payment of the invoice.
Which I that I would have payed anyway,

Its very bad customer service and added 15% tip without my knowledege.the person at the front cash was so sneaky for punching in everything so fast and snuck in the tip amount without me knowing.they also charged for the tea where we didnt order it.the food wasnt as good as before.
I wish that they were more transparent about the fees.

My favorite dim sum spot in Mississauga and maybe even GTA. Food is always fresh to order and hot (no trolly). Lots of tasty option and cheap. Fast and good service.

Why is it that tips are becoming mandatory? Today we left a tip but got told outright it was not enough for the mandatory tip.

This place is a very good option to enjoy the traditional Chinese Dim sum at a good price.

I've been here once before but a while ago. This visit was much better than before. Small dim sum restaurant and can get crowded pretty quickly during peak times and on weekends. Service is just average, so is the food. Smaller menu compared to other dimsum restaurants. Overall not sure if I would I would return, probably if I was in the area and wanted dimsum as they are not many other places nearby. I would probably still recommend if you're in the area and wanted dim sum as I said there're not many other options in the area.

My go to place for dim sum. Everything was delicious and the prices are reasonable. The staff are excellent.

I’ve been going here for a number of years and I love the quality of their dim sum items. Siu Mai and BBQ Cheung Fun are my favourite! Yes it gets busy on a weekend but the wait isn’t long for for a seat and to have hot steamed food served.

I’ve been all over the world and Dim Sums is my favorite food. And somehow unimaginably this are absolutely amazing treat. My favorite place from Singapore to Penang. When I am in Toronto this is one of the places I always visit. It’s amazing. Shrimp SiuMai, and Shrimp and Chive dumplings are my favorites.

Jade Dim Sum is open again for really great fresh cooked food and the same low prices too. Great staff and Open all holidays as well. Best DIM SUM anywhere. Tonight we tried the fabulous fried rice too. I swear their food gets better each time. Ordered lots so we could take home some.

My wife and I were looking for a place that does dim sum after 3: 30pm and found this place on a Google search. They have dim sum daily until 7pm. We went in and discovered a nice clean place with friendly wait staff. Nice easy menu with pictures and descriptions of what is in each dim sum dish. We ordered and were served hot steaming dim sum within less than 10 minutes and it was absolutely delicious! Fast, friendly service and some of the best dim sum we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend.

A Must Try. This is easily on of the best Dim Sum places in the Area. Food is amazing. Staff are tentative and amazing. They can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Kitchen is fast. Frozen item for you to take home. Cash or Debit Only.

Fair price, fair quality. Since covid it seems their portions have decreased. Always check your takeout. They've missed out dishes many times.

The best dim sum place in town. Very affordable and the food is super good. Worth visiting if you are near by.

This was my first time back since pre-pandemic. We went at 11 am on a Friday and there were only 2-3 other dining parties so plenty of parking available.

We were three adults and two young kids and we ordered 15 dim sum dishes and it came out to around $71. We had enough leftover to fill two rectangular takeout containers.

It fills the dim sum craving. Is it good value? Yes! They don’t have a huge selection…. Just the standards, which is probably why they can charge less than other places.

Service was fast. I like that they have a picture menu with English descriptions (no prices) so you can match it to the dim sum order sheet that has the corresponding number and description. You mark off your quantities on the order sheet and hand it off to the waiter. Definitely the way to go for those who don’t like to interact with others. The order sheet is less intimidating than traditional dim sums where you point at the cart and say the name, especially if your Chinese is terrible.

I paid using Interac. Unlike other people’s experiences, the lady did not punch in the tip. She handed me the Interac machine when it was on the tip screen and it had three options: 1 for 12%, 2 for 15%, 3 for 18%. I can’t remember if there was a “custom” option.

Affordable and quick dimsum takeout, good bang for the buck but just don't expect Markham or RH level

We’ve been coming to this place pre-covid. The staff are friendly, food tastes great and they have reasonable prices. Best dim sum in Etobicoke/Mississauga area. Highly recommended!

Fine food, but I don’t like that you don’t get to choose your tip, they don’t even tell you unless you ask for a receipt. I don’t think that’s ok. Tip is up to a customer to decide, otherwise just build it into the cost of food.

I have been coming here with my family for years and I can honestly say the dim sum here is fantastic and very reasonably priced.

The staff is very friendly and we will coming back for many more years.

Been coming to the place for a couple of years and did take out during the pandemic. Had to leave a review because we are dissatisfied with having no transparency or choice around tipping. The waitress keyed in 15% on behalf of us and passed it to us to pay without saying anything. It feels like a forced tip even though there is pretty minimal service. It’s somewhat common to see mandatory tipping at Chinese restaurants but usually they would only do 10%. This is not acceptable.

28/8/22 We arrived for lunch on a Sun, tables were packed but we were seated within 5 mins. Service was very quick and friendly. The wait for our dishes was fair, and the taste was quite good. This restaurant survived on takeout, but it will pick back up on dine in.

Actually, their food has improved! Great price for the quality. Not the best place but still worth!

Good dim sum for the price but on the weekends it's too busy and the way they handle the line isn't good.
