Very well priced and good quality. I came for French tips and I was out in an hour! I love these nails:)

My first visit here back in the Summer was great, the girls did a good job and my nails looked awesome for a long time (shellac on fingernails/regular polish on toes). Unfortunately I can't say my 2nd visit was as good. Within a day one of my fingernails had shellac chipped off already, I went in to ask if they could fix it and they did. But there didn't seem to be a point as all of them soon began to follow suit. Not even a week later most of the nails are chipped and don't look very nice at all. I hate to leave a negative review, but I am quite disappointed that money was paid for subpar quality. I can't say I'll be visiting again after this experience.

The fact that there were no customers and 3 women sitting should have been my first clue. The salon feels dated and unkempt. I had my eyebrows waxed. When I went to my car, I spent 5 minutes plucking missed hairs. Pretty sure she didn't even put the wax on my nose bridge. $15, more than most other salons I've gone to, and worst wax I've had.

Stumbled onto Jade’s Nails today and what an amazing experience. Very professional, beautiful job on nails and eyebrows and excellent prices! We will definitely be back, a great mother-daughter outing!

I've been in a few times. Always friendly and fast! Today I had the best experience with Tina. She gave me an amazing mani pedi with care and a nice massage.
They also have very nice massage chairs!

They always make me feel special and taken care of. I had my brows lips and feet done with a bonus mani.

Trang did amazing work for me: fixing a manicure done at another salon. She was attentive and very reasonably priced. The shop is clean and the staff were very friendly. I will be retuning.

Went here as a last minute resort and upon walking in the ladies told me i didn’t have an appointment when i had call just 30 minutes prior. I am also hesitant of their treatment of darker skinned individuals as I was ridiculed for the length of my nails not only to my face but behind my back as I went to wash my hands while my lighter skinned friends were treated so nicely and taken care of. There is no apex on my nails and overall the gel is bumpy and my nails are misshapen. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re in a pinch like i was.

My sister and I used to go here pretty regularly for acrylic sets and never had problems… until the most recent visit we had. We went in for french tip fills after only a week of having acrylics on, which normally should last 2-3 weeks at least. A couple of my nails popped off and I told the owner of the salon that I got my nails done here less than a week ago hoping that she would just fix the nails for free (which has happened at every other salon I’ve been to), and I would just pay for the fill (which said 30$ on their poster). When I went up to pay I was charged 45$, which costs more than a full set of acrylics at their salon! NOT IMPRESSED! Also to note, my sister wanted french tips, and her nail tech was not very good at painting. She asked her nail tech if she could get plain nails instead of the french tips because she was unhappy with the result, and the tech got mad and huffy with her! So rude, we will not be back

WORST PLACE FOR UR NAILS EVER! Nails come off easily- in less than a week- ur also gonna get the rudest staff ever

Very affordable and allow for walk ins, was able to get my nails shaped and painted for $20.

I came into Jade nails about a week ago, my nails did not even last that 1 week, 2 fell off while i was sleeping and another while doing my dishes, then when i called to get my nails redone or a refund she told me i had to pay 20$ for that NEVER go to this place if you want to get acrylics, they charge so much for a weeks worth of nails.very very disappointing

This spa is my go to for my manicures and pedicures in London. Reasonably priced and offer up-to-date products and services. The ladies are very efficient creative friendly and attentive. I always leave this place feeling and looking fantastic.

I got my nails done 2 days ago! And my nail’s is already falling of! While I was their I told the one nail tech to add more glue and she told me “no it’s fine” even tho the nails wasn’t staying on! My nails shouldn’t be already coming off! It hasn’t even been 2 weeks it’s only been 2 days they also didn’t clean the station after helping another client before me!

It was my first visit at Jade nails to get my nails done and they did an amazing job.they make sure what the customer wants and do their best and U leave the place with happy smile
