Jags as a realtor is too good to be true, not pushing through to get the deal closed. While it’s one thing to speak and read about how to negotiate, it takes a lot of patience and courage to implement them while not losing the deal out. I would be happy to work with Jags again in the future

The Investor’s Dream! None of the previous Realtor’s that I met knew much about investing, it seemed everyone was just recommending the latest pre-construction project as the best “investment”. Jag totally blew us away when he had clear knowledge about all of the strategies we had learned about through years on youtube and paid real estate training events. It was great to work with someone who had a deep understanding of the various investing strategies and he really helped us take things to the next level.

We were looking to invest and keep our condo as well, but Jag ran us through the numbers of selling the condo and reinvesting that money into the right type of properties. The strategy seemed to make sense and it just so happens that since we sold the condo similar units in the building are selling for way less now (good timing). On top of that we managed to switch over into multiple 2 unit homes that cash flow and Jag ran us through the process of how investors qualify for multiple mortgages. We’re now in a much better position and we hope to continue on with Jag’s strategy to help us with early retirement.
