Jamaica House jerk

Let me tell you food sweeeeeet. Unfortunately not every-time you go here you’ll get the best quality but when it’s good, it’s good. The portions are a great size, especially their specials. I highly recommend. Try going in the evening for better quality.

Went there April 11th for lunch. Ordered stew chicken with ground provision. To my surprise when I opened my lunch to eat was just a big cornmeal dumpling cut up with so much gravy the bag they put it in was soaked.
When I called the person who answered the phone blame it on the cashier. She said they didn't have what I wanted so the cashier should not have cash it.
This was so disgusting of the ladies in the kitchen and not the cashier.
Will not be buying there again as this was cheating plus I couldn't eat my lunch.

Finally I found a Jamaican restaurant that knows how to cook first time trying the fish around Easter time it was so good! Today I had the stew fish, dumpling and porridge, tasted just right not salty and right enough seasoning. Bless the hands that cooked the food because it was a 10/10 thank you, I enjoyed it.

The staff recommended the curry goat and they did not disappoint!
Perfect amount of pepper (spice) and great flavour. Food was great on portion for the price.
Coleslaw was bland, rice was fluffy, soft and buttery.
I'll be back to try their oxtail and give an update

Your food couldn't get any better. I even take it to Orillia for my friend's up there. Your cooks know what they are doing and the service is fast and friendly.

Never fails to disappoint! Especially the curry goat. Never order curry goat from anywhere but this goat taste like home cooking. Fry chicken also a hit. Highly recommend.

On Thursday my auntie went to Jamaica house and bough curry goat with plain rice Eat it later that nite and it took 2.5 hours before the toilet was my best friend early this morning. This is a first for me Cos I visit there once every week and now? SMH. Your cook needed to cook the curry longer. Just saying.

Definitely what it was a few years ago. The food is Ok however their portion sizes is the smallest in town you really are not getting your moneys worth when it comes to portion.
Bathroom not easily accessible and could be much cleaner. No dining area, it normally very crowded. I stopped going there because I don't think I'm getting value for money.

This food was absolutely delicious. My first time there and I'll definitely be going bk. Great service, clean well kept place. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff was very courteous. Recommended.

Popped in because STARVING on a road trip. The jerk chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had!

The food is delicious but I need you to please stop running out of Ackee and saltfish at 10am on the weekend. 10am is still breakfast time and it’s reasonable to request Ackee at that time.

Not sure if there’s a new chef but the goat isn’t as rich as before and spiced enough.also the gungo peas soup peas is tough not cooked out.

Terrible … tasted fine.but super poison my belly I had to vomit and deal with bad tummy pain for like 12 whole hrs. It’s terrible the food used to be good years ago now it’s unsafe.

The jerk pork tasted delicious. Lots of people in line but the line was moving fast. Got our order really fast. Good service and good food.

I love this place, friendly spot, excellent customer service, plus the food comes quickly! And even though I don't eat meat, my wife loves it, I recommend the jerk special and the fried chicken special. You will not be disappointed 5 stars definitely.
