We have switched to this agency a year ago and are glad we made the effort. Not only are we saving a substantial amount annually, we get the same agent every time we have inquiries. Consistency; congeniality, and reliability are so important for our confidence.

We have been with Desjardins Insurance for over 5 years now. Our experience has been great thus far! Any questions or concerns we had, Tamara would be on it and in a few minutes everything was resolved with no issues at all! We highly recommend this company for any of your insurance needs. Thank you James, Pam and Tamara for providing great service!

Everything you could want in an insurance agency. Professional, friendly, helpful. Excellent experience dealing with Tamara and Eric. Highly recommend their services.

The worst insurance company ever. Was told after a few months I will be charged less never happened kept getting charged over $300 for the basic insurance…. Only the get another insurance telling me to pay less thank $200 saying am not to be charged this much…. Also billed over a month and was told will be refunded only $67 because I canceled a month early.had to cancel to spare myself the unnecessary billing

Buyer beware. Terrible experience with this company regarding auto insurance. Raised premium $80 per month, 2 weeks after policy began.

Lacks empathy. Terrible customer service. Zero acknowledgment for loyalty. Desjardin’s Head Office is completely opposite.

I had a really bad experience with my previous Insurance Agent and i was put in a unfavourable position.
Then along came David Carvell who saved the day and got me covered on my new motorcycle. He went above and behind to get me the best coverage and in an expedited fashion. I was caught in a bind and Mr. Carvell came through.
Also Tamara Khader is amazing very friendly and helpful. She had reached out several times to check in on me and my progress, she was even able to save me some money and on a fee.
I can rest assured that im in good competent hands
