James Maloney, MP -- Constituency Office

Had a government issue. The woman answering the phone proposed a solution as a way to help me, which I thought was very fair. I am to call back at the end of February, will update then. So far so good. Thank you Mr. Maloney's office.

I had a problem and I called their office, and a person named Johnathan picked up. He was so helpful and considerate. Helped me out so much. Forever grateful. Thank you.

I have been contacting his office for the past 1.5 years regarding my wife's immigration, his staff has not done anything else other than getting the status of the file from IRCC. My wife's Permanent residence application will be 2 years this march since its submission. I wonder why i pay all this taxes and people like him does so little.

If you’re looking for a representative member of parliament who hasn’t really made much impact on the behalf of his community, doesn’t think or act independently of his party, doesn’t really stand for much in particular, and who’s office is quite unresponsive to constituents’ inquiries on important and relevant matters then M. P. James Maloney is your man.

Had great experience dealing with James Maloney and his team. Had an issue and they helped me connecting me with the right person to talk to. My issue was resolved very quck.

Never responds to questions even after follow up emails sent a month later. Then another follow up a month after that. Then another follow up email after that. His team was so concerned about my address that they never bothered to answer my question. I didn't want to disclose all my personal information. They did not respect this.

Finally I emailed another MP in another riding and got a response nearly immediately, even though I wasn't their constituent, they still responded in a timely manner. They didn't care that I wouldn't be able to vote for them. They treated me like a human being, not a vote. I am very disappointed in James Maloney and his office team.

An honourable man doing an honourable job. Responsive, compassionate, passionate - truly the right man to be in the public 'service'.
