Full truck with Kettles parked on the bike path and in front of a fire hydrant. Forcing multi use trail users on a busy roadway. Not nice at all.

This is the second time I’ve used the company. Once back 17yrs ago for my small pool, this time for 3 truck loads of water. Great guy and quick runs in between loads.

Firstly, I can not stress enough how wonderful this company is. I was very fortunate to have Grant show up today! I had called James Morning & Sons LTD to come fill my pool for me. I will add- they have THE BEST prices for this service. The lady who answers (KC) was amazing and got me in asap (the very next morning) at one of their busiest times. Grant showed up with many unexpected obstacles to face and handled them like a gladiator! To start off the morning for him, it was pouring, and My road and driveway is a Trucks worst nightmare but he backed that tanker in like a champ! While he started filling the pool and sat to relax for a few, the liner popped off. Yes! Completely collapsed and the steel snaps all fell into the pool. Worst morning ever. But Grant stayed! He went above and beyond with service. Where anyone else would have bolted. He stayed and saved the day! And saved me thousands of dollars on replacing the liner- and refilling it. Yikes! He took his time, was patient, and took on a challenge he did not have to and helped tremendously. He did not complain once. He is knowledgeable. Sensible. And quick thinking. He fixed the liner! Which was not an easy feat. He was a complete pleasure to work with from the moment I said good morning. I would hire this company for ANY service they offer. I guarantee between KC who answers the phones, their professionalism and very reasonable prices, you will be absolutely satisfied and beyond. Highly highly recommended. 100000000% I will certainly be referring them to any and all!

Our first time using James Morning to fill our pool and it was a great experience. The driver was friendly and professional, office staff were helpful and they had the best price locally. Will definitely use them again next year.
