Thank you for replacing my vape after I lost it, I got home and got so baked I started crying about how nice you guys always are to me when I'm there. You definitely didn't need to do it but it was so cute and I was so sad I lost it. Thanks bunches, nothing goes together quite like donuts and doobies.

Love the vibe in the store. The owner seems like a good dude that has been at the shop 95% of the time I’ve gone in. Very helpful staff. The burly boy that normally works day shift is awesome. Any time I’m in the area I stop by and grab something.

Yet another gem, down at the corner of James st and Burlington st in the north end of Hamilton. Staff is the best.very knowledgeable and super friendly. Its nice to see independent stores thriving.

Love this place, super friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service, I returned a product that failed me and they gave me something of the same value at no charge.

Hassle-free (not that i was expecting hassles), i placed my order on their site for pick-up the next day, they had it ready for me, i was in and out, sleek looking shop, friendly service.

Everything about the experience was great except for the gentleman who helped me, Nick.
Maybe he was having a bad shift, but he was definitely abrasive, and in need of customer service training.
Store is warm and inviting, products and price are good. Solid four stars.

I shop here mostly for concentrates and craft flower. The owner is always bringing in the hottest products on the OCS. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. They've gone out of their way to help me with a few things in the past and for that they have my loyalty as a customer.

Just left and had the most wonderful experience with Val and the owner, Carrie. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and gave wonderful advice. We purchased a few items and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this wonderful store with the most amazing staff.

Best products hands down and 1000% best employees! Their customer service is top notch, and they are pet friendly (they even have treats for ur lil fur baby) they are my go to for prerolls and dry and also their THC drink is bomb love it:)

Just all around a good laid back vibe with decent prices and friendly service. Their site has some good rotating sales as well, good variety. Very friendly service too! I cannot wait to see the whole store when things open up again!

New store on the block which is absolutely stunning inside. The store is Big and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me choose the product I was looking for. There's a wide selection of products available. Being new to cannabis use, I felt comfortable shopping in the store as a result of the helpful staff. I will def come back. Thank you!
