I ordered a dozen roses for delivery for the weekend before Valentine's Day. Everything came through perfect. The flowers were nicely picked and properly cut. Presentation was very nice in the vase.

Friendly service. Just wish you didn't call the person I was surprising the flowers with and asked if someone was going to be home, when I did mention on the phone already that there will be someone home to receive them:/. There goes the surprise.

Update - my friend received it and they were very happy with the flowers. Made them smile. The vase is gorgeous and the gold plate that came with it. Thank you to the owner that called back and apologized. I appreciate the acknowledgement and while things happen when you're busy, not every owner reaches out at night to try and make things right. Please update your service hours on your window front, I came at 2: 30pm on Saturday and it was already closed. Got a nice bouquet last time and was looking forward to another great purchase

After seeing flower samples on the website, I ordered a spray over the phone, the service was excellent, valuable, they sent me pictures of my order, exactly as same as in the website: flowers in the spray were so beautiful and fresh, good quality, and with exceptional arrangement skills. I came to James White flowers, based on the reviews, to pick up flowers for my anniversary. I wasn't sure what to get but the couple working there were extremely friendly and inviting. They helped me pick out a colourful rose bouquet that my fiancee loved! I've been to quite a few flower shops but after the service and the incredible expertise they provided, I'll be coming back here more often!

This is the only place in Toronto that I buy roses for my girlfriend! I have ordered the red roses with baby breath in the box as well as bouquet and my girlfriend loves it! The prices are great and it comes with exceptional service!

I ordered the Dreamland Pink bouquet online for my girlfriend and had them delivered to her. The prices were very reasonable. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh. The picture on the website doesn't do justice to how amazing the flowers look in person. She loved everything about them including the wrapping and totally made her day more special and mine for that matter. Worth every penny. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be ordering again!

I was a long time customer of james white flowers and I went to them for my bridal bouquets. My bouquets looked absolutely horrible, as if I went to the local grocery store and bought Roses and put them together. I asked for crystals on my bridal bouquet (the bride) and I got nothing. You could not tell the brides bouquet aparts from the bridesmaid bouquets. My sisters Roses broke right away. I was so embarrassed to present these bouquets to my bridesmaids and to show my guests. The corsage that my mother wore broke right away. I went to the store and expected a resolution or a partial refund but got nothing. Super sad especially since I have been a long time customer.

This business was AMAZING. In our grief, we forgot to order flowers, so we called this store the day before and Lina was so kind and helpful. She got our flowers done and delivered to the funeral home the next morning. She helped us choose flowers in our budget and style. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL, my mom would have loved them so much! Thank you again, I would recommend this store to anyone who needs flowers!

I have received flowers multiple times from this shop and they are always absolutely stunning. I had to come and leave a review after receiving another lovely gift on my doorstep. The presentation is beautiful, so are the vases they come in, and I cannot believe the prices! You would be expected to pay so much more for way less quality at alot of other places. Very highly recommended.

Ordered Flowers for my Mom's birthday, they were delivered at 5pm wasn't happy about that but the Flowers are beautiful and the quality awesome.
You should have a policy to get all deliveries done by 4pm. Anyways Flowers are awesome thanks

Gary ensured the orchids for our wedding centerpieces arrived on time and were to our liking. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with both the beauty and quality of the centerpiece. Blooms were perfectly timed for the occasion. Delivery was right on schedule. The orchids were essential in setting the theme and tone of our wedding reception. My aunt used James White Flowers over 40 years ago for her wedding day and I am so glad that I used them for mine. I highly recommend James White Flowers.

Many years ago, a close relative passed away and I wanted to get a flower arrangement for the funeral. I went online and stumbled through James White website. I ordered an arrangement from them and sent it to the funeral home directly. The arrangement was so classy but cheerful at the same time that I thought it respected the occasion.

All the flowers I ordered from them never failed my high expectations. On different occasions I ordered flower deliveries to friends, family and colleagues and I did not get to see the flowers. However, I know they are beautiful because I would always get a very warm thank you email from the receiver and most of the time, with a picture attachment of the arrangement they received.

Lena and Gary are very easy to deal with. They are friendly and they know their flowers very well. I like that they offer suggestions but never pushy. Every single order I placed are consistently fresh and beautifully arranged. Above all, they are reasonably priced.

Very rude and difficult staff. They delivered the flowers to the wrong place, when I called to ask for clarifications they rudely interrupted and hung up on me while I was speaking. I had to find the flowers by myself with the poor description they gave me of the building they delivered to. Customer service was terrible and the problem could have been easily resolved if they cooperated and listened.

It was such a great experience. The owner Lena is friendly. I had the opportunity to chat with her while she was working on the flowers I asked - it’s a family run business with a history of almost a 100 years. The store looks nice and clean. The work she did with the flowers - they look absolutely beautiful. Will certainly return whenever I’d need flowers next time.

Thank-you to Gary and everyone at James White Flowers! You were there when I needed a miracle. I called after 9 p.m. On a Thursday night, and needed flowers to be delivered to a funeral home the following morning by 10 a.m. I needed to talk to someone and not just order on-line. You answer phone calls up until 11 p.m, which made all the difference!

This is the worst flower shop i visited in my whole life. Went there to get some flowers for my sister's anniversary. After entering the store the woman came asking "just looking? " She didn't expect i was there to buy flowers because i was wearing hijab and a simple south asain outfit. I said no i am here to buy flowers and asked price for some roses. In the mean time, my toddler son who was sitting on his stroller touched the wallpaper of the cash counter (he is a special needs child and likes to feel texture of things). The moment he touched that wallpaper, the woman came running and yelled at my son "luckily you don't have big nails otherwise you will ruin that thing, it's expensive! " Imagine how I felt as a mother, my 3 year old special need son being yelled by a stranger just cause he tried to feel the texture of the damn wallpaper. I immediately left the place and asked my husband the pick up the flowers from Metro florist instead, at least they know how to behave with customers. I will never go back to that store again although it's just 3 minutes drive from my home and will never recommend to anyone even if they bring the most prettiest flowers, my son is more precious to me than thousands of flowers. And to the woman of the store (July 6/2018), you go to hell to rot and smell like rotten flowers:) I pray you get some common sense about how to behave with people.
