I recently purchased a new pool heater from Jameson Pool Services, and unfortunately, my experience with their installation service has left me disappointed. Despite agreeing on an installation time, I had to remind them on the day itself. They arrived five hours late, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The installation itself took around two hours, but I was surprised to discover a charge on my credit card later for the materials used during the installation (water side). I was never informed about separate charges for materials, Overall, the lack of transparency and punctuality has left me dissatisfied with Jameson Pool Services.

My pool was blurry and I needed help. I went into the store and the retail team was there to help me. A retail member came up called Ryan and helped me throughout the whole process to get my pool less foggy. He also gave good maintenance tips.

I bought a replacement pool pump. When I got it home, I noticed that the pump housing was cracked. I took it back to the store and showed them, and they exchanged the pump with no problem. When I got the second pump homeand installed it, the pump would not develop suction. Eventually I noticed that the filter housing cover had a manufacturing defect that wouldn't allow it to seal. I took this cover back to the store and explained the situation and showed them the cover. They ultimately exchanged the cover. I want to thank them for great customer service. They turned what could have been an installation nightmare into a great customer service experience. Thank you and I will keep coming back.

We just had our pool installed by Jameson a few weeks ago. Like any project, there were hiccups and hurdles, with covid not helping anything, but Jameson handled every obstinate with such class. Communication was less than I would personally like, it was short, and brief, but the team is so well organized, I totally understand that you can just trust that they have you covered. The original installation started 2 months ahead of schedule which was amazing for our family. Jane, Christine, Daniya, Jonas, Arik, Chris, and Deven and their crews were wonderful through the process. I have had a lot of renovations in my home and some terrible experiences with contractors but the owner Paul was really truly outstanding and honestly I felt like he cared to ensure our experience was great. After each day, the team cleaned my property so we didn’t have dust and dirt everywhere. The company is truly impressively operated. I would 100% recommend Jameson Pools for a pool and landscaping and would use them again if I ever move. Thank you all so much for helping make our dream a reality.

Wanted a part to repair my fibreglass pool. I called them if they had the part. I sent them an email to show picture of the part and called them after. They said yes they have the part so I went to the store. There were 2 younger guys who didn't seem helpful and they didn't have the part I wanted. I told them I sent an email and called and was told you carried the part but they didn't seem concerned further to check more. They brought one part and said that's all they have if I wanted it. Waste of time. I sent the email and called ahead so I don't end up making an unnecessary trip. This was my first time going there.

On a different visit, got the 10 refill chlorine card for $67.50 + HST, buy 9 get 1 free. Am glad they are still doing that and it's great price. The other store near my house has the same size refill for $16 or so. Even without the 10 purchase card, it's $7.50, big difference.

I have an older pool that had been remodeled. All pipes had been upgraded and we had continued issues with suction and getting the pool to run. After many calls and assessments by multiple companies, Jameson was the only company willing to spend the time to sort it out. The issue was complicated and as with all pool complanies, response was in between other calls but I am so grateful for their experience and dedication. They have officially won me over and I will use Jameson exclusively from now on. Thanks Carl and team for your help. You saved our pool and saved us from many many headaches.

Just wondering if you install pools anymore or stopped installing new pools. I called because my ex-neighbour gave your contact information. I called last year in September. My information was taken down and I was told someone will be calling in November. No one did

I sent an email to the email on the website. In January this year Paul Jameson sent me a response asking whether I have a quote. I replied that I need to get a quote. Sent another reminder. But no response

I called about 2 weeks ago and left a message to get a quote. But no one responded.

If you don't want to quote for new installations please do the potential customers a favour by leaving a message on your website and/or in the phone message.

Don't waste your time with them. After paying for cover and installation they destroyed my electric line and would not reply to my repeated request for repairs after being promised they will look after it. The PM said he won't do a damn thing and the decision came sown from the owner.

Jameson Pool & Spa provided great service for a repair required for our in-ground hot tub pumps! Bettina was the one that took our service inquiries. She was responsive and directed us to Arik immediately even though Arik was not in the office at the time. Arik was professional and helped us do the diagnostic first via emails and pictures, even off his working hours. He identified the potential problems and came to fix it right away. I was impressed by the response time and professionalism from both Bettina and Arik. Thank you both for helping us resolve our issue and we will definitely be recommending Jameson Pool & Spa to friends and family!

This company is amazing to work with, my entire project was completed on time and on budget. The workers were extremely curious and skillful. The final product was incredible, we enjoy our pool daily in the summer season. Thanks again, would highly recommend

Went there to book an appointment for a quote on a pool installation. That was several weeks ago - have phoned three times since then and no one has had the courtesy to call back. I know they are busy but courtesy and basic customer service is lacking here.

Have had a consistent issue with the pool liner since the pool build in 2015. Have been asking for the issue to be resolved every year as it is getting worse and worse. After having multiple conversations via email with Paul the owner, I summarized my concerns and asked for an update in a timely manner.the day was May 29th and today is August 25th and haven’t heard back. Clearly customer service a warranty promise and stand behind there craftsmanship gets thrown out the window once that final payment they get from you is received.

Store and showroom is fairly sparce after Covid opening. Otherwise the water tests are good and the pricing is fair.

Very helpful staff here. After getting a pool with no experience whatsoever I came into the store and you can tell customers know what to do and what they need. Me being a noob I go in to the store all curious and unsure only to have Ryan their stellar employee take me under his wing and explain everything I needed to know. I was Nemo in the ocean, lost and afraid of being picked up by the wrong crowd. Jameson pools and Ryan made me confident I could get the job done with the right advice. Thanks will definitely recommend in future

Constant issues with the liner of our pool since installation in 2016. The initial diagnostic was that the pool cover wasn't fitted properly, and as a result enabled moisture to get behind the liner. A new cover was provided, however the wrinkles in the liner were never remediated. Four years later, Jameson is not willing to service or attempt to repair. Complete frustration dealing with them. Buyer Beware!

We always go to the Mississauga location to buy all of our supplies with no problems at all. When visiting the store they have always been helpful. I called to book a service call to see if they could fix an issue with our liner. I was told that they are short staffed and that they would not likely be able to help me at all over the entire summer. I am not sure if they felt that perhaps it was just not worth the 3 minute drive from the store to our house but I was a bit put off. I realize that they may not be able to come out right away but to suggest that they are fully booked for the entire summer seemed odd.

Awesome family owned business. Great service and competitive fair prices, free water testing. Always get my chemicals here, feel assured that my chemicals are of high quality and concentration, and not watered down with fillers. If I'm going to be soaking in it, it better be good quality!

Great people and great service. Very knowledgeable team overall. Excellent job with our pool installation. On time and entire job was top quality, including all landscaping. Post installation and ongoing maintenance and warranty issues are always handled. Andy, Brie and Flo are great, just to name a few. Would highly recommend.

Our design and construction went well. The pool school (learning equipment and chemicals) is so short and quick and is hard to remember all the new information, especially as a new pool owner. We had our pool installed at the end of summer so by the spring we had forgotten everything and the service desk would help a bit but always referred us to the website for troubleshooting.

We met Arik Cartwright during a spring service call and he was amazing! He was so helpful, patient and friendly. He helped us with so much of the learning process that summer. Now we can say we know what we need to about our pool! Thank you Arik for your time and patience!

The worst customer service you can ever receive for your pool here in the GTA arrogant lady who I was shocked to learn she is the manager she talks very rude to both customers and employees. I have heard and seen her threatening loadly to fire them! Store front staff are ok but not so knowledgeable. Call center or service staff are the worst complete idiots and do not mind to keep you waiting on the phone for half an hour if they ever pick up to qoute you on a simple spare part and rip you off. Way more over priced compared to other pool stores. Look out somewhere else I do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience! The closing of the pool was done incorrectly. Cover fell in! When I called about it they refused to send someone out to fix the cover. All the leaves are now in the pool and will take forever to clean it out. Never have I dealt with such a lack of professionalism. We hire someone to do this for us as we know we don’t know how to to it ourselves. I guess because it’s only an above ground pool it’s not a priority for such a large company. Never will we recommend Jameson to anyone. What a horrible experience!

Wish we bought our hot tub here. We get all our chemicals here now and very happy with the service. Our next hot tub will be through them.

Chemicals are fair market price and they even test your water.

Called this company to open and close this year. Opening was fine. Upon closing they said they couldn't do a 'full close' (whatever that is - so my husband basically had to work alongside them to drain the pool), when left alone to finish the job, they covered the pool wrong (cover pulled too much to one side so 1/2 foot of pool was exposed on the other end). The didnt notice that. I had to call them back three times to fix and when they finally came, they took a video vs.fixing it and sent me an email saying they need to charge me more to do it. So my husband and i did it. Took five mins. What? Super glad we paid you guys! My recommendation is call the real professionals. These guys aint it.

Exceptional customer experience!
Had been struggling to find replacement part for my pool return jets and then a friend of mine suggested Jameson Pools. Visited them along with the part I was looking for and found Ryan at the customer service desk.

Ryan went went over and beyond by not only looking at the in-house inventory but then, when he couldn`t find the product, took measurements, and pictures of the product so that he could consult extended technical staff.
He then assured me that as their technical lead is sick, so somebody will get back to me in next few days.
Received call from Daniel on day 3 that they had found the part and was ready for pick-up.

Thanks Ryan and Daniel. Appreciate your help.
