Very nice place, specific if you are pregnant from the receptionist to the technician who did my ultra was very nice and friendly, even allowed my husband come with me, and I said that because I need a lot of ultrasson in my pregnancy, and had terrible experience before, very happy to find then, for now on gonna be my and my family place for future reference.

This clinic is a fantastic place for your x-ray and ultrasound. I got referred to this clinic by my family physician a week ago. I had to do an x-ray for my right knee. The receptionist let me in within 15 minutes of my arrival time. She had a very warm attitude and was super patient and responsive to the questions I had. Once I was called into the room, I noticed how the x-ray technician, Peter, was thoroughly cleaning the bed and sanitizing all high-contact areas. In spite of that, he managed to do my x-ray in no time. He is a very nice guy and I certainly recommend anyone to do their x-ray with him. I'll be heading back there again for my ultra-sound as well.

Peter is a very patient professional who takes the time to instruct a patient what is required prior to the X-Ray. It was a nice experience to have Mr. Peter to take the X-Rays. Thank you

I had a man that was extremely rude to my dad. He was upset that my dad needed me to translate (Italian) and was so awful and rough to have his knees x rayed my dad had tears in his eyes. I told the front seat this man (also an immigrant) should not be dealing with the elderly sick or immigrants even though been here for 60 years he’s so so terrible and should not be employed. No compassion whatsoever. Beware

With Natalia and the whole team, I was extremely happy with their professionalism, kind nature, and patience with my father's appointment. It is highly recommended that you use this location for diagnostic imaging.

Friendly staff, 45 minute wait time. Unable to complete anatomy scan. Picture of baby provided was indistinguishable.

Place was outdated and requires a fresh coat of paint and a facelift. Place feels dark and depressing.

The male receptionist, Hirad, has no idea how to do his job. When I walked in for my 11AM ultrasound, Hirad told me to take a seat. 25-30 mins later I remind him that he hasn't asked for my info, health card, and hasn't even taken my temperature yet. He took my info at 11: 30 and then told me they don't have my referral anymore and to get my Dr.to send another. My Dr.sent another referral within 5 mins.

10 mins later, mind you he is consistently taking in other patients before me, I had to remind him to check the fax machine for my referral. It was just sitting there. By 12PM I asked him how much longer I would have to wait and he proceeded to blame me for not having my referral, and that's why I was being taken late. I reminded him that when I walked up to the reception area, he told me to wait, which I did for 30 mins before reminding him I was still waiting. He proceeded to blame the long wait on me and said he never asked me to wait. Why would I just be sitting there for 30 mins if he never asked me to wait? He is a liar and should be fired.

If he had taken my info right away we would have known that my Dr.needed to send another referral, but instead he made me wait for 30 mins for no reason. I ended up getting out at 12: 30 for a 20 mins appointment that started at 11. Complete waste of time.

I highly recommend this to all potential patients/clients. The service is efficient, the receptionist is kind, and the staff are so comforting during the procedures. They offer walk ins and appointments. It’s in a little hidden spot next to Cash Money. Go there everyone.

Just make sure you ALWAYS book an appointment!
They honour appointments here (which is great), so if you walk-in, prepare to wait a while. Even if you get there before someone else, if that person has an appointment, they will be looked after before you.

I did walk-in and I had to do a pelvic ultrasound. I was about to pee my pants.

Quick and efficient. Peter was great. He gave me a quick course on radiology. Highly recommend this place.

I had the ultrasound with a male technician. He was so professional and friendly. He kept changing the gloves and disinfecting the room before I entered. I will definitely come back for ultrasound and x ray if needed.

Initially I assumed due to all the new protocols that it would take a while, but the receptionist let me in within 15 minutes of my arrival time. Be aware before coming to Jane-Wilson Diagnostic Services Clinic your temperature must be above 36.2 degrees due to covid-19 (so they say) or you will not be attended at the clinic, my 81 year old mother was to do a x-ray and was rejected because her temperature was 36.1, I had no idea 36.1 was a fever!
Still waiting for a manager/owner to call me back.

I dont like the receptionist.why she ask about xray she is not my family doc.she is racist.staff are ok.but this receptionist.very bad.next time if she ask me about the thing. I'm going to sue this lady.

There was a lady ultrasound technician she was extremely impolite and angry, i had no chance to even ask a single question, bad experience.

Male tech did my ultrasound and he was the worst ever! He was far from professional. Did not even use gloves or washed his hands. He seems lazy and did not give proper sheet for coverings and cleaning. For sure he doesn’t sanitize any of the equipments or station which is very dangerous. He also doesn’t give enough time for clients to change or clean up. He goes back in the room right away which is wrong! I hate the fact that he rests his whole arm on my leg during the whole session which felt very gross and uncomfortable. I will definitely not go back here again after this experience. And i recommend others to go somewhere else!

I had visited this place for an ultrasound examination and x-ray.there was a lady ultrasound technician wearing high heels shoes, who was super impolite, rude and unprofessional.she yelled on me two times without any reason, can not believe why these kinds of people work in this field since they don't have any modesty and ethics. They must learn how to deal with patients before joining the team, im very much disappointed with my experience here, please don't go for ultrasound here. Receptionists were good.
