Amazing service. I unknowingly ordered flowers for someone who was out of the country and Janette Florist arranged for a new delivery time when the recipient returned. At no charge, despite it being my error, they did all this extra work and even stated they would create an entirely new bouquet for the recipient when they returned. Excellent communication and went above and beyond to remedy my mistake. Exceeds expectations in every aspect.

The worst flower arrangement I ever sent looks like someone from kindergarten arranged it I aske for 18 pink carnations arranged in a vase. How hard is that, I will never send flowers from Jannette flowers again

She did an arrangement for my sisters birthday - It was it breath taking.

I ordered sight unseen from Calgary for my sister's birthday, I changed a few flowers in the bouquet to include bright magenta gerberas and my sister said the whole bouquet was absolutely beautiful, she was extremely happy and the gal that I talked to on the phone was quite pleasant and took all of my instructions perfectly?

Excellent home delivery service. I requested that the recipient of the flowers be called beforehand to make sure they were home (it was during winter) and they did so efficiently. Gorgeous flowers - have not been disappointed. Have always ordered via website as well.

The Birthday "Cake' flowers, were magnificent, so unusual, my cousin was thrilled. Expertly crafted, arrived on time, excellent quality, reasonably priced. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Stunning bouquets. They are not cheap but the flowers are all perfect, the arrangements impressive and the bouquets last a long time. The store itself is also well curated and adorable.

Extremely dissatisfied. These were the flowers my mother received for Mother’s Day. Paid a lot of $$ for them and they’re wilted and broken.
I cannot upload pictures but if they request them I will send to them.
Update*** they took care of the flowers right away and sent my mother a new batch with complimentary chocolates. Thank you!

I ordered flowers for my Uncle’s birthday. I live far away and they chose an arrangement for me and he Loved them. His Sister was with him and she told me they were lovely. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Will definitely order flowers from them again! Thank You so very much!

We were blown away by the beautiful bouquets Sarith put together for our wedding. I gave her the freedom to create something and she did not let us down. I just gave her my girls dress colour and that I like greenery and she did not disappoint. They were like a work of art and she even went above our expectations to deliver them herself to our venue out in harrow. We loved them so much I will definitely be buying flowers from Janette's again. Thank you Sarith and to everyone else involved we could not have been more happy!

Terrible arrangement, doesn't look anything like what was posted on their website. I'm embarrassed to have these flowers and you should be too. Money well wasted.

My sisters and 1 ordered some flowers from Janette Florist Inc.and what a super surprise that they were delivered within 1 1/2 hours and my Stepmom was thrilled and she showed us the flowers via a pic as we don't live in Windsor. Wonderful service and the person spoke with was very helpful and nice.

I called in over the phone and the woman who answered was extremely helpful and super kind! I wish I could remember her name because she was lovely! She even helped me pick a different colour of flowers and asked for the order to be sent out ASAP so it would get to the address early. I would 100% order from them again and would recommended them to any friend.

I received Mother’s Day flowers ordered by my son in Apsley Ontario. This bouquet was the ugliest bouquet I have ever received. The majority of flowers were identical to ragweed. Absolutely no colours other than light green and ragweed. I would appreciate your returning his money. Please contact either my son or myself. This was awful.

Just received flowers for my wife's birthday. When they arrived there was an issue with my arrangement. They assured me they would send a new one. The new arrangement was above what I payed for.

Made a online order for roses for my mother and sister weeks before Valentine's day. They delivered today. The flowers were like the photo, nothing bad or anything wrong with them. But I was very unhappy they messed up my message card. Since it was typed and confirmed through the site and in my emails back. Completely pointless as I wanted to surprise them since I live out of town. They assumed it was from someone else the whole day. I worked all day, so it was awkward to tell them they were from me at the end of the night. Very disappointed.

I don't live in Windsor, but my sister attends school there, so when I realized she would be alone on her birthday, I wanted to surprise her. Janette has a beautiful selection of flowers, I chose the birthday basket with the ballon. I indicated a time for delivery, as my sister had an exam and Janette was more than happy to accommodate. Extremely happy with the final result. Not only was the basket stunning, but the woman who delivered the flowers sang 'happy birthday' to my sister as well. Highly recommend their services!

What an awesome little find.
I was in the area planning a welcome home party when I came across this place. The atmosphere itself is very mystical and cute. The service was very welcoming and the flowers and options of flowers they have are lovely.
I found some really great bouquet options for a fraction of what supermarkets charge you.
The ladies in the shop were very helpful with the questions I had and made the bouquet for my party absolutely beautiful! Just the way they put it all together was very unique as well. So many different colour options, types of flowers and fillers. The wraps they put the flowers in were adorable too.
Highly Recommend even just a little visit inside. Super cute.

I wish I can give them minus five stars. Their flowers are so old and half died but they are still selling it.the girl who helped us was soooo rude because we were looking for special design. She kept excusing to walk away instead of having us to find a design. After twenty minutes she gave us book with samples of bouquet. After picking one she maded it but with broken flower and when I requested a replacement for it, she said I broke it and she will change my for it. Worse, the manager was watching and laughing, prude of her good seller person.plz close your store. Dealing with flowers is for artists not for useless and jobless people
