** UPDATE: I have just received the hats we ordered and they look awesome! Aside from the communications challenges noted below, I would definitely recommend Japorms for your next custom embroidery! Plus, after the communications failings listed below, Japorms jumped at the opportunity to improve and they did! **
So I placed an order back in Jan. 5th and was told that I would receive my order by Jan. 25. Unfortunately, It is now Feb. 2nd and I have not received it. I was in contact with this company via email as they had trouble with their inventory to get me what I wanted, so they provided an option. I accepted it, but when I asked when I would receive my order, I heard nothing.
The chat function on this site did not put me in touch with anyone. Their is no phone number listed on their website, only a form. I did finally get a hold of someone on the phone, after calling for a few days where they actually confirmed my order and said it would be ready tomorrow.
In any event, I have updated my review as I really want this company to improve how they communicate with their customers. I will also update this post once I receive my order to comment on the quality of the work.

Japorms is great. I have ordered hats from them a few times and quality is great.ordering is super easy. Service is top notch. The owner is a great person to deal with. He is very responsive and helpful. Do not hesitate to use Japorms. I will always be using them for my embroidery and printing needs.

Extremely professional and kind service.
I was rushing to find an embroiderer who could produce a custom embroidered hat by Christmas (I contacted Japorms on the 15th). Despite the fact that I was a complete pain and messaged Japorms non-stop over the next few days (which are their busiest times), Aris reassured me that they would have my product ready by the time I needed it.
Couldn't recommend Japorms any more highly, and sorry for being annoying.
