If you’re getting you’re hair done with Pascal, he will not disappoint you. I’ve gotten my hair done there plenty of times and have never been dissatisfied. I’ve gone in with ideas on what I want to do and Pascal nails it every time!

Had a great experience at JASK this week. I was frustrated at the typical barbershop haircut experience, and wanted to try something different. Booked a men's haircut with Les and was thoroughly impressed. The whole team is very nice and welcoming, and Les was awesome - great haircut, super comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to any other guys out there looking for a good spot

Les and the team at JASK delivered a caring and personalized experience for both my mother and myself in their elegant yet modernized century farm house studio (including exposed stone wallsI My mother has dementia and Les and JASK team welcomed her, accommodated her needs and communicated with her beautifully! She left feeling like a queen. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, beautiful hair! I highly recommend JASK!

This spa is located in lovely old house in Stittsville. The services are of great quality and the atmosphere is serene. Colleen provides professional care and attention to detail as well as being a calm presence. Prices are moderate but well worth a day out.

Fabulous Salon My husband started going here and I loved the way his makeover looked and decided to give it a try. I got my hair cut and styled by Bob and I must say I love the way the textured layers looks on my hair. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him and his Salon to everyone.
The place is very neat and clean and they have given the highest importance to creating an ambience and maintaining hygiene standards.

This location is perfect with this historical house. The service you get is very good, polite, clean, and very nice hair dressers, some known by reputation for a long time. They used to be at the Centrum before this location.

My son is a very picky person when it comes to his hair, and this is the only place he wants to go.

My son always loved the haircut that Johny gives him, he as the touch for cool boy teen cut. Johny also showed my son how to do his own hair with a good product that really work for his waves that Amanda did on him a few month ago (a perm).

If you do have a problem, they are always willing to fix the situation, and Bob do put his heart into that business, which made me update my 4 stars to 5 due to the care after services.

After my long time and dearest hairstylist hung up the tools of her trade I was on the search for another salon. I started to go to JASK a couple of years ago. The moment you walk in the door you are warmly welcomed and you know you will be treated with care. Both Nick and Pascal have served me. The two hairstylists are excellent and my hair and my spirits are always lifted and shining bright after seeing them. Thank you JASK!

A wonderful experience - went here with my mom and sister for a belated b-day treat. We had the volcanic pedicures. If you’re looking to spoil yourself look no further!

From the massage chairs to the sugar scrub to the hot stone massage everything was fantastic.

I came to see Pascal for the first time six months ago. My hair looked orange and the style was atrocious. I now have beautiful highlights, the orange is gone and a modern easy to deal with hair style. I highly recommend him as he has done wonders for me! Five stars is simply not enough. Thank you!

The entire Jask team are always welcoming, courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and to make your service unique, relaxing and beyond expectations. Bob has been my hairdresser before Jask opened and I have followed him to all his new locations. He is definitely my hairdresser for life! He has an exceptional skill, creativity, knowledge and keeps up with the latest in hairdressing. He always takes extra time to give me an excellent cut and styling so that I come out feeling like a million dollars and highly satisfied. All hair stylists are excellent and experienced. Jask is definitely the place to come.

I was lucky enough to get a last minute booking for a haircut because the front staff are sooooo super accommodating and kind and Jenna cut and styled my hair. She was EXCELLENT! She did such a fantastic job and listened to everything I wanted and delivered a great service and more. We even talked about the plan for my next cut with colour. I FINALLY found my stylist! Not only did she do a wonderful job but she is also so kind, fun and personable too! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Not to mention it’s a gorgeous spa and very nice environment!

Had my hair cut and toned by Jawni at Jask and I am absolutely in love! From the head massage to the blow dry, it was such a wonderful experience. He chose such a perfect toner and was able to take just enough off my hair to allow me to grow out my cut without taking too much off and giving me a perfect shape. The toner made such a difference in blending out my blonde ombre as well. 100% an amazing experience.

I've known Les for years, and he's consistently over-delivered on my highlights and cuts. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. To top it off, the beautiful, heritage venue is soothing, relaxing and warm; love the colour palettes and plants!

I tried JASK for the first time today and will certainly be booking again. This is a lovely spa with such kind and welcoming staff. I had really bad orange hair (see photo) and Bob at Jask was incredible at repairing the colour. He was very clear in the steps he was taking to repair it and had such great customer service. Loved the colour he was able to get done with balayage! Beautiful atmosphere in the salon - highly recommend ️

To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
I booked my mom and I a facial here as a fun way to spend our Saturday together.
Before we began the lady asked if I had any concerns or allergies, I mentioned I had sensitive skin and was allergic to some tropical fruits. She looked concerned and ran off to read some of the product labels…
After a few minutes (I am already undressed and in the robe at this point) she comes in and tells me ALL of their facial products contain tropical fruit…. Every. Single. One of them…
Now I have had many facials but this… this was new for me.
After I asked what kinds of fruit etc she really did not seem interested in listing them all and simply said she would not do my facial…
I was very surprised and honestly very upset.
She tried to convince me to get a pedicure instead…?
I sat in the parking lot waiting for my mom (who also has sensitive skin to finish up) she came out RED and SORE saying “they ran out of the sensitive products and decide to mix and match instead”
I had to quickly get her home so she could wash off all the product!

I am so disappointed at the lack of service, professionalism and honestly lack of variety in products… only serving products with tropical fruit!? !?
Will NEVER be going back.

Had a great hair cut from Pascal. He is truly a master stylist. He did a fantastic job adding body and volume to my naturally fine hair. Will definitely be back.

Amazing service and highly professional. The business has adopted some very efficient health and safety procedures yet not taking anything away from the level of customer care and service. The experience was comfortable and safe and I would highly recommend Jask Spa and Salon services.

Everyone was friendly and very nice, the place is very clean and sanitized. But I payed $99 for a lash lift and tint, when only the tint was effective, my lashes did not curl!

I had the worst cut and colour at this salon, after being a customer for 2+ years, my regular stylist left (Melanie). I was not told this until I came for the appointment. Once i was there i provided pictures of what I wanted to Faddy (supposedly a Senior Stylist) I was clear i did NOT want golden blonde but grey/white streaks (again i showed him over 5-7 pictures). He then spent 8 hours colouring my hair golden blonde. I then asked for long layers as my hair is curly, he didn't do that but cut it into a blunt type of cut, which if you have curly hair ends up looking like a triangle when its naturally and not blow dryed straight. I paid 500.00 for this! I was appalled walking out of the salon and every single person said "its golden blonde it doesn't suit your skin tone and the cut makes your hair super heavy at the bottom like a TRIANGLE". I found a new hair stylist, her feedback was it was the worst colour she had ever seen, and took multiple corrections to get it to a grey shade. I'm not hard to please, I gave pictures of what I wanted both colour and cut, explained what my stylist (before she unfortunately left) had said we could do. It was a disaster. Can't believe I spent $500.00 on hair that i needed corrected

Dissapointing is an understatement

I finally got to return to my favourite salon. Jask cares about their clients and have taken measures to ensure my safety and theirs during COVID 19. Much appreciated.

I have been to several spa's and Jask is by far the best. Service is top notch, staff are very friendly. I have had several services at Jask, manicure, pedicure, facial, eye treatment, messages. The atmosphere is relaxing and serene. Book Colleen if you want some incredible art work for your manicure. I have never had so many compliments on my nails with Colleens creative art work and she helps me get out of my comfort zone, which is really good for me.

Could not say better things about Jask's implementation of policies to make their clients feel safe during appointments! Every aspect of the appointment was structured, but did not lose that relaxing feeling you always experience with them!

To top things off, Jawni was absolutely amazing in revamping my "quarantine hair" and always giving such honest opinions and advice to protect the colour!

I just had my first Covid haircut, and I have to say I was a bit nervous about it, but it was long overdue. The team at Jask has such a great setup that made me feel at ease and comfortable. I also love my haircut from Jesse!

I had my first experience at Jask today, a haircut with Jordan. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional, the building itself feels special and is decorated with a lot of attention to detail and Jordan did an excellent job on my hair. Very reasonable price for a great haircut. The relaxed atmosphere made it more positive than busy high energy salons. I will be back.

I have been patronizing Jask salon for many years now. They have provided a safe and clean environment after reopening from the Covid-19 virus pandemic. They are caring for both employees and guests. They have become friends and I will be going there for as long as I am able.

Just went to Jask this past week for hair services - I felt very safe. They have all the proper protocols in place including sanitizing and wearing of masks. As usual they were extremely professional and I felt relaxed. In addition great haircut and color:) I would always recommend Jask to family and friends. I will be going soon for spa services and can't wait.
