Had a great experience with this pharmacy, got my needed prescription right away, staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Check your pill counts on prescriptions. Jasmin Pharmacy shorted me pills for months, giving less pills than the prescription requested. They over charged me twice which they did correct after I complained. I would not trust them, there is something shady going on in the whole building that needs to be investigated.

Don't waste your time with Jasmin medical. Their receptionist, Lynda, put me in a loop of getting a referral from my family doctor, and then see Dr. Ahmed. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called them again, and have been told that doctor cannot remember you to have a phone conversation and he needs to see you in person! It might be a in a couple of months from now due to covid! Can you believe that? ! Unbelievable!

This is a great pharmacy! I had an amazing experience dealing with the pharmacist Shadi. He really helped me in a tough time dealing with my complicated medical situation. He made the process very smooth and gave me a great advice. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this pharmacy, I’m sure they will help you out.

The pharmacy is great but think twice when you are visiting Dr. Adam. If you want longer wait times and untrustworthy service, go ahead!

I have been there with my three young children numerous times. Dr. Adam seems to be a doctor who cares but only speaks of what's necessary. I chose to come here is because they can fit us in quickly, short wait time and he is willing to refer us to specialist when something is concerning for me. Highly recommended as a walk in. The staffs are friendly and are accommodating.

Recently moved to Burlington so I needed to get a new doctor. Dr. Abbas has been extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this office. The pharmacy is also extremely nice and helpful. A+

I was there on January 13th 2019 and both pharmacist and assistant were so rude, the assistant didn't answer my questions. Was terrible.

I have been a patient here for 3 years and have nothing but glowing reviews about Dr. Adam and the incredible Pharmacy staff. Unlike some of the reviews below, I have never been treated in a rude manner by Dr. Adam or the staff. I've never had to wait over an hour for an appointment - he is always punctual. The pharmacy staff always remember your name, they are through in going over all prescriptions.

Have seen Dr. Adam a few times. Terrible to be punctual. Waiting time can be >1hr WITH an appointment. Then why is it an appointment, not a walk-in clinic?
Service is also so so, if you not plan to buy his vaccine.

Dr Adam is good but I wish they'd prioritize booked appointments over walk-ins because it makes no sense to book an apt the end up behind all of the walk ins?

Medical Centre takes a very long time >20 minutes to pick up the phone. Cannot talk or schedule any medical issue without taking a long time.
