Jasmine Florists is my absolute favourite go-to florist! It was a no brainer for me to hire him for my daughter’s big day. He was incredibly attentive and responsive to my daughter’s ideas and added his creative touch to the venue. Theepan is truly an artist. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience or a more beautiful execution. His work speaks for itself. We had so many guests approach us during and after the wedding, raving about the floral arrangements. He exceeded our expectations. Theepan and his team truly made my daughter’s fairytale wedding vision come to life!

I Ordered 4 Hair pieces but they didn’t give it to me on time, When I call them to pick my order on the event date it wasn’t ready and even they don’t know my order, they ask me come late. Also most of the roses were fallen from hair pieces and they stick the same roses with glue gun. Not suggested

My Grade 12 business leadership class hosted a business banquet to help fundraise for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and Theepan generously donated 21 light blue floral arrangements to us! Theepan is highly experienced and worked with us to choose the type of florals and how we could display it as a centerpiece. Arranging pickup was also very easy; the flowers were ready when we got there. Jasmine Florist is an excellent choice for any of your floral or event needs.

Theepan and Mathi were amazing at helping us not for just one wedding ceremony, but two of our wedding ceremonies. Whatever we needed they took care of it right away and always had everything ready to go when needed. I highly recommend them for anything floral related.

The lady at the counter was very polite and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. They can make quick bouquet for walk in customers. Overall nice experience.

Extremely disappointed, We came from Montreal to attend a wedding In Toronto and we wanted to purchase jasmine flowers. I had ordered jasmine flower a week ahead and it was confirmed. When we drove there at 6: 30 pm on a Saturday there they were surprisingly close even tho i told them that i will come and pick it up for 6: 30 pm and that they initially close at 8 pm. I kept calling the shop and the wife’s cell no answer at all! They didn’t even think about calling me or texting me to let me know that they are closing early or something! Will never order with them!

Ordered floral arrangements for my 3 wedding events and everything came absolutely beautiful and perfect. Flowers are so fresh and vibrant. I highly recommend the garlands, boutonnières and bridal bouquets. You will not be disappointed!

Such a horrible service, they took the advance and didn’t gave the flowers. When we went to pick up the flowers they even don’t know what order we placed. Owner was initially denying that we pay advance. She even don’t know how to manage her order book. My humble request to everyone is that if you don’t want to see spoil your event then please don’t order anything from this shop.

I would Definitely recommend Jasmineflorists! We just got married and for our wedding we ordered all our fresh floral needs from Jasmineflorists. The flowers were extremely fresh, great quality, and was packaged in a way to keep everything safe and cool for us to open the day of our wedding. Theeban was Very helpful and easy to communicate with whenever I had a question. Originally I asked for Orchids For my hair, When the orchids arrived from its destination Theeban sent me a message with the picture of the orchids saying they are not the best quality and recommended I go with different flowers. (Understanding shipment may be hard during covid) I appreciated the honesty and transparency, it’s very easy for vendors to just give you what they have as they spend the money to get it shipped but Theeban ensured that what he sends out to his customers were only of top quality! I would definitely recommend jasmine florists to anyone! In fact my sister is getting married and I told my
family they must book with jasmine florist!

Jasmine Florists did an exceptional job at our wedding. Theepan was so excited for us and helped us in every way he could. He was courteous and very easy to talk to. They worked till almost midnight the night before the wedding to finish decorating. The result was just so beautiful with all the flowers placed in the perfect location. Guests were very impressed and gave lots of compliments for the decorations. We would highly recommend Jasmine Florists. I was very happy with the quality of the florals and open communication from Theeban for our wedding. I ordered rose and baby breath garlands plus jasmine flowers. They were so fresh and full. Theeban was also upfront that the jasmine flowers arrival may not be guaranteed due to covid and shipment delays and suggested alternative arrangements for my bridal hair. Thankfully the flowers did arrive in time but I appreciated his honesty and alternative suggestions.

We had a great experience with jasmine florists. I had to add an extra bridesmaids bouquet the night before my wedding and they told me not to worry and they would take care of it for me! The flowers were beautiful and fresh. They were also very accommodating when it came to visiting their shop and taking us to the new location (in the midst of expanding) to see which Ganesh we would like to use.

We approached Jasmine florist for our wedding ceremony and reception. When me and my husband had the vision for a floral mandap it almost seems impossible to create something so extraordinarily with real flowers. We met with the team to discuss the arrangements. We realized shortly after that this was the best vendor decision we have made. Sitting by the mandap we could smell the flowers through the day which us and the guest really enjoyed. They also provided us with the most beautiful bouquet, flower garland and reception backdrop. A team that takes every detail into consideration.

Jasmine Florists did the flowers for my wedding and I was absolutely blown away they did an amazing job putting everything together, the quality and presentation was top notch. They arrived on time & the bouquets were really full and heavy, very beautiful flowers we will definitely be using their service again in the future!

Poor customer service, just visited today for flowers for Pooja and he was like don’t buy too much what other customers are going to buy? So We asked to pre-order then again he denied I’m not sure if I can prepare the order or not. If you’re running a business it’s your responsibility to match the daily need and have enough stock. Also, he was serving other people (belonged to his race) first and politely.

The flower arrangements were done beautifully, just how I had imagined. Would definitely recommend Jasmine Florists for fresh and beautiful flowers with great variety and colours!
