Jasmine Thai Cuisine Restaurant (at Charlotte Mews)

We dined in at Jasmine Thai Friday night and what a little gem in the rough. This lovely restaurant is tucked in behind Charlotte Mews and off the beaten path. You wouldn't know it was there. Our server was polite and courteous, our food came out piping hot and delicious! We started with an easy pick of spring rolls and Crab ragoon. We've had Crab ragoon before and these were by far the best we had and twice the size of other places! Next we both picked spicy sauce for our mains, I picked chicken and glass noodles with mine and my husband choose seafood and sticky rice with his. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It is spicy but that is what we like. They had nice music playing while we ate. It was a fantastic experience! 5 out of 5 for this hidden gem! We will definitely return. What a wonderful experience!

The food here is amazing. I've had several of their apps and entrees and it's all delicious. I usually just order take-out online. The food is packaged well and it was very simple process. Definitely a go to for Thai food.

The vegetarian lemon grass soup was fantastic! I got takeout from here when I was sick and the soup hit the spot! Great takeout place!

Great service and the food portions looked small but they filled you up and tasted FABULOUS. Great spice levels and lots of shrimp. Good times I'd go every time I'm in Peterborough.

Food is decent and authentic and the staff are friendly enough. However it took forever for the food to come out which was annoying because there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The portions are not particularly generous for the price point. Appetizers and entrees for two people with no alcohol just a pop and some tea was nearly $90 and we both left hungry.

I believe this place is overrated. I don't like any of them which we ordered. And so expensive if you compare it with other places!

This is my favorite go to place in Peterborough for Thai food. Their authentic Pad Thai is different than in most places but taste like the pad Thai that my cousin-law from Thailand makes.

Great atmosphere, food and service at this cozy restaurant in the heart of Peterborough. I went with a group that had several different dietary restrictions (celiac, peanut, dairy, vegan). We chose Jasmine Thai because of the great menu selection and attention to allergen detail. The service was amazing, our allergies were well cared for, the server was very careful to ensure that everyone got the right food, which as all delicious! We will definitely return on our next trip. My daughter is already craving the soy noodles again!

Tried the fried tofu and Thai red curry. It was delicious. The service was good and staff is super friendly.

The service was good, prices were high, and the food was good. However, within an hour of arriving home my partner and I have both come down with food poisoning. Will NOT be returning.

Jasmine Thai is always a popular suggestion at our house. We really enjoy the quality of the ingredients and the final dishes. This restaurant has also been popular with our daughter who has been going to Jasime's since a young age. We also appreciate the GF section of the menu. Whether we dine at the restaurant with friends or have take-out at home, everyone is always happy. Thanks!

Food was amazing, huge portions and good ambience. There is parking in the plaza but can be crowded during peak time.

Overall a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I ordered the lemongrass soup, green curry with coconut rice and the crab rangoon. Both dishes were delicious and full of flavour. The lady at the counter was super sweet and very helpful with our questions. Great customer service. This will be our new to go lunch spot when up at the cottage. Highly recommend when in the Peterborough area.

Wonderful cuisine, the food is beautifully arranged and served. Everything is a taste delight, my favourite is Crab Rangoon. Walking into the restaurant is like sitting in a jewel box. Right now it has to be pick-up, can't wait to go in person.

Very impressed. We had 3 mains which were delicious. Red Curry chicken, pad Thai, and ginger beer. Mango salad was amazing. Chicken satay was so yummy.

Then to top it all off we got sticky rice mango dessert sesame seed balls and fried bananas. My oh my over the top delicious.

We had take out last night. We ordered a variety of appetizers along with 5 entre dishes. We enjoyed everything and are happy to say there was enough leftovers for a second meal for 4 people. This was the first time ordering and we will definitely order again!

Amazing food! Coming from Toronto where there are some truly great Thai restaurants, this place is a welcome surprise. My wife loves Thai food as do I. For our 20th anniversary our hope was to go to a restaurant and enjoy an awesome dinner together.
That ain’t happening says Doug Ford. Oh well. But this was the next best thing. We weren’t disappointed. Hot and sour soup, chicken satay, basil noodles, mixed veggies, curry chicken and mango salad were all perfect. Good portions. What a feast! Thanks Jasmine Thai for great food! When you open up again we’ll be there!

Jasmine Thai is THE best choice for Thai food in the Kawartha’s! The menu has a wide variety of delicious, authentic Thai dishes. We would recommend: the Thai Spring rolls, the pumpkin soup is amazing, the Green Curry is excellent and you simply must try the Curry Grilled Chicken, with extra vegetables! The staff very helpful and engaging, and the service is spot on. For the time being, due to COVID 19, it is curb-side pickup only, and you do not even have to enter the restaurant to receive, your order. Jasmine Thai is a must-try for Thai food lovers.

Jasmine Thai, is a hidden Gem Thai restaurant in Peterborough. Had a delicious takeout meal on Friday. Delicious! Ordering again next weekend!

Ordered through skip the dishes and the food was AMAZING. Everything was so flavourful and well prepared. They put smiley faces on all labeled containers and included a note saying that if you order through their online system, jasminethai.ca, there are cheaper prices! I will definitely be doing that next time. Best Thai food, highly recommend.:)

We ate here this month. The food was authentic Thai. Delicious, helpings were perfect size. I ended up taking some of mine home. The atmosphere and a aromas were wonderful. Service was great. Never waited on anything. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as I needed some help.

We ordered off Skip The Dishes recently and our food was delicious. They even threw in a free dessert which was really nice of them! I don’t think enough businesses know that a smiley face on your styrofoam container can go such a long way for some people. Thank you!

This was an hidden jem during my trip. Don't judge from the outside. The interior is tranquil, and the staff are very pleasent. The food was delishious (Thai ribs with mango rice for desert). And the hoses followed better covid controls than I've ever seen in any other establishment. All with a pleasent word and a smile. Would definitely eat here again.

Best Thai food in town! Definitely recommend the pad Thai, green curry, and mango salad. Their kitchen is equipped with a second full set of kitchen utensils to ensure no cross contamination if you have a nut allergy in the family. Excellent for take out or dine in!

Fabulous food, excellent service. Try it if you haven't already. If you have, try it again. I am yet to have a dish I dont like.

I picked up veg Pad Thai today for takeout and even though the people were super nice and accommodating, I did not enjoy the Pad Thai at all. It had a sweetness to the sauce that was in it and no spice at all, the noodles were very soft with no body to them. I normally go to a place who's chef is straight from Thailand and I guess I have become spoilt with his Pad Thai. If you really like your Pad Thai, I do not recommend this place for the Pad Thai. I have not had any of their other dishes so they may be great. I gave them three stars as they were so nice and they take really great precautions regarding Covid, sanitiser on the counter, constantly wiping surfaces, excellent job.

We ordered from Jasmine for New Years & it didn’t disappoint! Authentic Pad Thai with chicken, green curry and spring rolls — all delicious. Would recommend.
