Jason team, in special Debbie were unstoppable! They acted very fast and in my favor! With them I was able to find a lander willing to help a single owner, remortgage her property, which is very hard with these interest rates. On top of that, Debbie was supportive and very easy to communicate during the whole process. I will definitely recommend them to all my family members and friends.

Very strongly recommended! I just picked up the keys for my new home. Jennifer and Jason got me a mortgage when my banking institution of many years had previously declined. (I suspect because of my age, which is illegal, so they just gave me some runaround feeble excuse). Yes, it was a bit complicated and to-the-last-minute rush, but they did it! Thank you so much!

I've dealt with many mortgage brokers before but Jason was exceptional. He makes a typically painful process much easier to deal with.

Things went as promised. He’s straight forward. You might not get the best rate but you’ll get the mortgage anyways.

Someone I know suggested that I contact Jason for a pre-approval. I entered my info online and received a call very quickly from Jason to set up an appointment with him. I had to cancel due to the distance from my office to his office and the time of day for the appointment. I asked if I could send all documents by email instead and he said yes. I sent him my documents (the usual pay stubs, scans of ID etc) and never heard from him again. I even sent follow-up emails and did not get a response. If he did not want to accept my information by email, he should have said so initially. I thought something may have happened but he was still updating his social media with personal, non-work related updates (maybe you should make those pages private.). So, it is pretty unsettling to send personal information to someone only to receive silence in return. Perhaps in-person services are better, but I ended up using a different broker.
