Great atmosphere and ambience. The decorations are cute and the servers are nice and accommodating. The food tastes great and came out fast (although it was a bit pricey). Will definitely come back again!

The food was good but we are extremely disappointed at the customer service today. I went to the Kingston road branch today in Toronto and the server who served me was rude and insisted we should give him more tips when he did not even serve the water first; we had to ask for the water. He also told us it's better for us to have takeouts instead of dine in if we don't give good tips. Whether a customer gives tips or not entirely depend on him, a server can not ask rudely for tips or neither can suggest whether someone should dine in or take out. We won't be visiting this particular branch of jatujak again, Thanks.

Surprisingly, the food is really good compare to price and everything. We had holy basil with beef, tom yum. Recommend

This is what happens when people comes in droves like sheep, quality & care goes out the window! Ordered two Holy Basil Chicken with Eggs, paid $35, for completely bland and mediocre tasting dishes. It was a takeout so no utensils, napkins or anything was given, as they couldn't care less. Had to go somewhere else to get utensils. Save your money and headache, recommend to avoid.

Best thai food experience in Scarborough area. Usually order over phone and pick up so don’t have dine in experience but food is always good.

Pineapple fried rice is a must order. I choose chicken which is awesome with pineapple. Every single rice is separate and the flavour is quite balanced.

Khao soi is a great bowl of curry soup noodle. Very crunchy deep fried noodle at top. The curry soup is tasty with strong coconut milk. I like it.

Right, the appetizers are nice. Shrimp chips and Mango salad are soooooo good. Promise me have a try.

Last but not the least, Mango sticky rice is such a surprise dessert. I’m not a big fan of sticky rice but this one is very good, the presentation as well.

I love their pad Thai here a hint of sweetness and spicy! Taste so good and very big portions! Highly recommend!

I haven't been in a long time but have always enjoyed their food. Today I went for the lunch special and got the stir fried veggies on steamed rice. So fresh and delicious. This is the first time I tried this dish. Will definitely be back for that one when I'm in the area.

I've ordered for take out many times and the quality of the food have been really good. Yesterday for the first time I ate at the place and it had a really nice vibe, clean, and good service.

So far my favorites are the Kao Soi and Green Curry. The Pad Thai is a bit too sweet for me in this place.

One can never go wrong with Jatujak when it comes to Thai food. They are the best. I love their Pad Thai & Pad Kee Mao. Have also tried mango sticky rice which is amazing. I had tried Pad Thai from other restaurants but they are nothing compared to Jatujak. And yes, even the quantity is really good! ️

Great food! Having been to Thailand a few times … I can say this place reminds me of the food in Thailand. Love the saucy pad Thai … spice level is on point! Definitely my go to place to satisfy my Thai food cravings!

Do NOT order from their website. The site crashed so i reordered the same order and ended up paying for 2 orders.

The restaurant checked for vacinnation record as soon as I stepped in. All tables are spaced far apart. The important thing is the food tastes great as usual.

One of my fave Thai restaurants. This location specifically has always been very consistent with their food quality. I love their Pad See Ew and Jatujak Pad Thai. My go to is always their Mango Sticky Rice. Delicious. Highly recommend this location.

We love coming to this (Vic Park) location. Food is always fire! We recommend the Panang curry dish and the soft shell crab from the chef's menu.

First time coming here and wasn’t disappointed at all. The food and the ambiance was great! We wanted to try so many things but ended up picking 2 dishes (pad thai chicken & Khao soi beef) and the spicy beef salad and they were amazing! We wanted to also get the mango sticky rice but were too full! Will definitely come back! ️ ps. Their thai iced tea was awesome!

Horrible food not sure why it's rated so high. Probably paid reviews not sure but went here for special event and felt violated by the food. Staff is super nice but I wish the food was same.

Hands down, this is the best thai restaurant in Toronto. I love Thai food and have tried pad thai all over the city. I have concluded that nobody does it like Jatujak. The servers remember my order everytime. They are very consistent in their food, as I find most restaurants' pad thai's taste different every visit. Love love love it here and I ALWAYS recommend it to everyone.

Went to get takeout and the staff was rolling her eyes at me I usually don't give bad reviews but, I was polite to her.

Really really good Thai food! I always get their lunch specials! -1 star since their mild, medium and hot spice levels aren’t so consistent. I specify to include 1 Thai chili for all my dishes now.

After BKK Thai, Jatukak on Victoria Park is my second favourite Thai place. Great staff great food.

Been to this location many times and they always meet my expectations.

Today, was the last time I ordered food from this restaurant. I got again overcooked, chewy chicken.
We have been long time customers.
We always order mango chicken, it is our family favorite dish.
We order food from this restaurant for very special family occasions.
The food is good, but lately it become little bit sloppy.
Our last three orders were complete disappointment.

Red curry was really good, unfortunately it only came with a little bit of rice. It was a very small amount.

Had the pad thai and pineapple fried rice and both were amazing. Reasonably priced, good sized portions and both times I ordered online my orders were ready for pickup in ten minutes.

Would have been 5 stars but the staff were not friendly which adds to the overall experience of having someone else prepare a meal for you.

Quality was good but don't try to ask for a special order to your liking:) - they are not very receptive to changes and extras.

Had the Pad Thai with Chicken add-on - was a bit pricey and wouldn't serve 2 hungry people.

Will try again one more time to see if the service was an anomaly or the norm.

When restaurants get popular, they start taking their clients for granted. Customer Service is part of the charm and flavour of any restaurant.

Tasty Thai food at affordable prices is a hallmark of this restaurant and location. The Khao Soi is tasty and prepared fresh to order. The side salad is a nice touch to the spicyness of the meal as well. The pad Thai was also delicious and flavourful with various toppings included. Service is great and efficient, with takeout is available on a variety of platforms for easy ordering. Definitely worth visiting for your next Thai cuisine fix!

The best pad thai, curries and khao soi I have ever had. Testy and fresh food. Highly recommended place for Thai food. Awesome and friendly staff.

Ordered via Ubereats, food came hot and in good portion (we ordered 3 different plates for 2 and there was still so much left) their pad Thai is good/average, pineapple fried rice was also good but not worth the hype and came with only 3 shrimps (yup I counted) so basically paid 3$ extra for 3 shrimps.best was their cashew nut beef. Overall good experience but very pricy especially due to lack of protein. It was mostly noodle and rice except for the beef that saved the meal.

This has become my favourite Thai food restaurant to order from. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Great portion size, quality and flavour. Highly recommend!

Portions are small for the prices. Food tasted okay. Nothing special or outstanding. Staff were friendly. Lots of better Thai restaurants. Not worth the trip.

Avoid this place at all costs! They do not care about or respect their customers and hate their jobs. This has to be the worst restaurant experience I have had. I arrived at the restaurant before 3 pm to order an item from the lunch menu. I had to use the bathroom, but was refused my basic human need, so I told him I am going to use the bathroom somewhere else and coming back to order later. Then, the staff rudely argued with me and blamed me for having to leave and come back, refusing to allow me to order the item from the lunch menu.

Service was very fast and food was delicious. I got the Jatujak pad Thai and green curry with rice. I especially enjoyed the green curry.

As half Thai girl, I tend to be very picky about authentic Thai food places. The flavors here (and at the other two locations) are just like my moms home cooking! This is my go to eveytime. Even got my friends hooked. Prices are fantastic for the flavor and portions

Friendly and quick service. Very well priced and food is very good and flavorful. It is not as greasy and heavy as some other thai restaurants.

I ordered the Khao Soi and everything was up to par to my usual thai place but I found their beef brisket too chewy/tough to eat. The curry sauce and noodles were great.

I come to this outstanding place many times as I like the special atmosphere that is unique to this place. The staff is extremely attentive and well trained. The service is deeply rapid. Also, the food you eat is perfect. I came more than once and I was never disappointed. The price is modest. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

I had the Holy Basil with Egg - Beef. It was SO delicious! The egg made it taste home-cooked, it was the perfect amount of spicy and it wasn't drowning in sauce.
I also had the mango sticky rice and it was divine!

Great food. It was a small comfortable place. Unfortunately we were placed near the cold drafty door, but the food and service was good enough to make up for it.

Food was good but I was served with the cheapest quality of wine. I ordered glass of red house wine.after a half glass, I started feeling tipsy & After few hours I had the worse hangover of my life that too only after half a glass of wine. That should not happen. Never going to this place again.

You walk in to a medium size dining hall which opens up into a bigger space on the back. Chicken pad Thai Jatutak special and it had nice harmony of spicy and flavour. Same with the chicken wings appetizers. The meat was falling off the bones - finger licking good! The iced tea also looked delicious but I didn't get to try. Bonus: you get 10% off when paying by cash. HALAL*

Food was a bit oily but tasty. Some friends couldn't finish their padthai due to this. Most people enjoyed their meal though.

Nice and cozy place in a not so trendy neighbourhood however. For starters, we tried chicken filled sausages which were not too bad, along with chicken skewers, which were a little dry. The chicken didn't hold its juiciness.

For mains, we got 2 different types of red curries. One was with shrimp, the other with chicken. Both were great. We asked for extra hot for the shrimp red curry, and man, that dish was actually extra hot.

Compared to sukhothai, I would confidently say that they're pretty much same level. Better in terms of less wait time and lower prices in comparison.

Will definitely come back again.

Decent Thai soul food and generous portion sizes. I prefer my curries a bit thicker though. They don't have the traditional water chestnut dessert either.

Definitely have to be on your list to check out if you enjoy Thai food. Parking lot can be a hassle so time your visit esp with a large group. Don't be fooled by the size of the space. There's an even larger area further at the back of the restaurant. Food is very tasty & their shrimp crackers and sauce is super good. Not what you expected. You can also request for mild dishes if spicy is not your thing.

We ordered delivery on a Tuesday night. The food arrived quickly (about 30 mins after ordering) and I would say it was the tastiest and most satisfying takeout/delivery I've ever eaten. We got the khao soi, pad thai, and spring rolls. Strongly suggest this place and we will definitely be eating there again soon.

Found this gem of a restaurant quite by accident as you do for many things. We were there when they were in a very small space, but since then they have taken on more sq.footage and it's made a difference. They are still busy and may have to wait for seating, but it's now comfortable.
As for the food - well that is delicious! We've tried a varied selection from their Menu and have yet to regret anything we ordered. Our choice is chilli hot, and it is but the flavour comes through despite the heat. A wonderful to your group for a Thai meal.

Came back for our favourites: satay chicken, chicken tom yum soup, chicken pad thai and beef pad woon sen. Everything was excellent as usual!

Came here based on an online review. Chose some favourites to see how they fare. Wasn't disappointed. Had: chicken satay, chicken tom yum soup, and chicken pad Thai. Chicken satay came with a generous portion of fresh made peanut sauce and a salad with a great dressing. Flavours were great. Tom yum soup had great depth. Pad Thai was excellent as well. Overall a great dinner. Will definitely be coming back!
