Excellent Thai food at reasonable prices. Great service, good location, clean bathrooms. The food is excellent, and when they say hot they mean it!

I ordered pad thai on Sunday evening around 05 30 pm and it had so much tamarind on it that my lips and tongue got burnt.i could eat anything next day and couldn't sleep. I called the next day but the lady was rude and did not acknowledge my complain
She started talking to someone in a language other English for 10 minutes to keep me waiting. She said if I wanted refund I should get a doctor note
First I never asked for refund and since when restaurant are asking dr note to justify their complain? Can someone please acknowledge

Delicious food, they convert the dish on the menu to vegan as well! Good quantity and taste! I enjoyed my lunch here!

Their food is good but they are very distracted. I repeated my order twice on the phone but they got it wrong. When I called back to complain, they heard me twice, put me on a brief hold (while I'm here thinking they're resolving the issue) and asked me to repeat myself again. They are probably understaffed or whatever it is, I won't go back ever.

Great place for a casual meal in the east end. Lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong. All dishes are de licious, but my favorites are the Spicey Beef Salad, the Chicken Penang and the Tom Yum soup. 3dcellent date place.

Service was terrible. No sooner had my food been delivered than they were trying to rush me out. The place was empty except for a large party. More people were being allowed in and even without proper proof of vaccinations (which I'd provided) were seated and served.
This felt like there were hints of racism/prejudice. I am a middle-aged Caucasian male whereas the majority of the large party were otherwise. Have not and will never return.

Went to dine-in for lunch on Christmas Eve and the ambiance of the restaurant is very cozy and welcoming. Everything on the menu was priced reasonably. We ordered the Spicy crispy chicken with jasmine rice and the Jatujak pad Thai with chicken (extra spicy). Both meals came in big portions, which allowed us to take-out the rest of the meal for later. The spicy crispy chicken was delicious. Each bite of the chicken was very crispy and flavourful, and the rice was the perfect addition to it. In terms of the pad Thai, the spice kicked in after a couple bites. The meal itself was extremely savoury and satisfied our taste buds. Overall would give the food and service an 8/10. Would definitely come again and try the other dishes here.

So cold inside the dining room. Please consider more warm! Food was origin taste of thai but toomuch sweet almost all the food. Pls use less Sugar! So far ok!

Ordered a pad thai which tasted stale. We didn't even have a bite more and asked them to take it back. Paid full money for something we didn't eat.

Friendly staff, but slow on service. Not only I had to wait for my food for awhile, but I had to go asked them about it. Also, when it came to get our to go containers and the bill it took for ever.

Jatujak Scarborough is the best out of all the locations that I have tried. It is also the best Thai food restaurant out of the various ones I have tried. The best of all.

I visited this place recently on a weekday evening, It was not that busy so pretty much no wait time. We ordered Thai Curry Puffs, Jatujak Pad Thai and Gaeng Kiew Whan, Thai curry puffs are essentially Samosas with Layered coating, did not like Gaeng Kiew Whan as much but that is my personal taste but Pad Thai was quite good, It had too much Tamarind for my taste but I will definitely go again and try other items. The Ambiance is pretty good and they have quick service with friendly servers

Also visited recently and tried their Pad Kee Mao with Fried Tofu which was really good.

AMAZING food! We ordered the chicken pad thai and the massaman curry and absolutely love it! The portions are large which was great as it lasted us a couple of days, will be dining there again!

Best Thai restaurant in Toronto. The place was cozy, it is a mix of sport bar and traditional Thai restaurant. I ordered Fish Panang curry, first time in a long time, after all it’s pretty hard to find Thai restaurant that offer Panang curry. The curry was creamy and the vegetable was fresh and not overcooked, and the first was well cook and crispy. Moreover, customer service was excellent. I really enjoy my experience there and would come again soon.

I love Thai food! I have been going to this location for years now and I am so happy this place never disappoints! The food is served very promptly and is very warm. The plating of the meals are always excellent. The customer service can be improved but I understand they are usually short staffed. They only have two servers/waiters/hostess doing everything! This is my go to place for comfort food!

Pretty good quality food, a little on the pricier side. The service has been pretty bad. Ordered take out many times from this location and had wrong orders multiple times. Dined in for lunch and asked for chilli oil three times but the server kept bringing me crushed chillies. I gave up after the third try and just ate my Khao Soi the way it was.

Extremely poor food quality. We ordered cashew nut beef which came extra sour and indeed was very hard to chew. The other item spicy beef salad was tasteless, perhaps they forgot to put the spice.

Our orders for extra eggs and drinks came when we were about to leave. None has any attention to service here.

It was great. The yellow curry broth was divine. The noodle dish was too spicy for my partner but right up my alley. I'll be a regular now. The restaurant itself is like a throwback to a place you just want to hang out.

So my craving for Thai cuisine again brought me to Jatujak and this time I tried something new. I had the green curry with fish Gaeng Kiew karee and Thai puffs. As compared to last time I was somewhat dissatisfied with the overall presentation and service. The food though tasty lacked in the overall appeal. It was good but nothing as compared to the first time I dined there.

Dined in recently. Staff are very cordial. The restaurant must replace it's Menu charts, as those are redundant. ‍ ‍ must take care to put salt in the dishes. I was unable eat the food I ordered. It was close to closing time so I didn't react.

Small place but packed with great Thai food. Seating is limited and cannot accommodate large group. It is a cozy place. Their location has moved further east on Kingston Road. Food still taste great

They used to be a smaller restaurant at the corner of Warden and Kingston but the new location is spacious. They served very good Pad Kee Mao. It tasted great with the right temperature and spice levels but it is also very greasy. The service was kind of slow.

The place is very well kept and pretty. Service was good and price is also reasonable-ish. The food was delicious, especially the mango salad. The tom yum soup portion was big enough to make you full, but it was a bit salty. Found this place by sheer coincidence, but overall liked it a lot.

I really enjoyed their food.even though there was delay in everything. They were under staffed and they apologized for it. Price is moderately reasonable. Their lemongrass chicken wings was my favourite item. It’s sauce was so yumm. Pad ke mao was delicious but it wasn’t that spicy like they mentioned. Holy Basil Beef was good as well. The don’t have much dessert option so we didn’t get any. Ambiance and customer service are good. Parking can be difficult because it’s street parking only. I recommend this restaurant.

Some of the most friendly staff you'll find in Toronto, a beautiful Decor throughout the entire restaurant and the best Thai food!

Highly recommend the tom yum soup, thai iced tea, and pineapple fried rice!

A better experience than the Victoria park one this time around based on takeout only. Their mango salad is very good and worth getting. Everything else comes in a large portion with a good amount of content to base ratio. The pad Thai seems to have changed a lot over time with it being in chopped noodles format opposed to longer pieces. Overall a good experience and will continue supporting them.

Holy moly! This place blew my mind in complete honesty, the puff pastry is to die for and the cashew curry thing was amazing with the rice (even dipped the pastry in it!)

Jatujak Pad Thai and Green Curry. Each dish was bursting with fresh flavour and prepared to perfection. Restaurant (and washrooms) were spotless, and our service was flawless. We even go a parking spot right in front - oh, and their COVID-19 protocols were impeccable. Just all-around excellent choice if you're in the mood for authentic Thai.

This is my favourite Thai food restaurant in Toronto. The green curry, beef pad see ew and crispy chicken are amazing. I especially love their Thai green curry. My boyfriend loves the crispy chicken. We went to the location on Kingston Road.

I love there pad Thai because the portions are very big and tasty and delicious as well as very spicy and their fried rice that was spicy was delicious as well as their curries!

The worst restaurant I've ever seen is this one and it's so late in food delivery that no other restaurant ever does.

Terribly oily food and frustratingly low amount of meat in their curries. Ordered take away food that I collected myself. The waiter clearly wasn't happy when I didn't pay a tip. I am sorry but I am not tipping you for handing me a plastic bag!

Love their food five stars, fresh, flavorful, great service and the best restaurant on Kingston Road.

Their use is worse than that of ferocious beasts and they are so late in delivering food that it doesn't seem like there are any other restaurants in Toronto.

I’ve ordered take out here a few times and each time the food has been amazing. Having tried multiple dishes I love their menu, the flavours are awesome and the portion of food is huge!

Came here for an impromptu dinner. The vibe and atmosphere was a nice change from outside. Service was prompt and the wings were delicious. Pad Thai had the right flavors.

I'm writing specifically for this very branch of Jatujak on Kingston which recently opened up. Pad kee mao is probably the best thing you can order here but it's really spicy as it shows on the menu. It's enough for one person and really authentic in taste. Please check the prices of the additional chicken and Beef etc.before ordering anything, and there's an additional price of Tax and Tips which you have to consider even if you order takeout.
Not too many people who work there can actually give you any idea on any food, so unless you are sure and have taken a look at the item online, don't order anything arbitrarily.
They have special daily offers on things, which you can go for.
I have also tried their Gaeng Kiew whan, which shows super spicy on the menu, which is the sole reason I ordered it and when i finally tried it it was sweet like Orange juice. So I would absolutely not recommend that unless you want to try some sweet bamboo shoot curry.
Don't expect enormous amount as per the price, you'll be disappointed.

Really enjoyed the last few times! They actually know what spicy is so if you ask for Thai spicy (hotter than their normal hot) you gonna get it. Staples are good but just discovered the pineapple rice and enjoy that very much!

Excellent portions and value. Fresh and authentic food! We ordered the shrimp green curry and the chicken massaman curry with rice with fresh mange and guava juice. We got free spring rolls with were also delish! Will def order from them regularly!

We used to love the food but when I brought a few coworkers to the location on Kingston road we found a cockroach crawling on the table.yuck!

This place is worth giving a shot. They have big portions for convenient rates. Always clean and with excellent ambience. Will come visit again.

Came here on valentine's day and the place was extremely busy with takeout and delivery orders. However, we decided to eat in the restaurant and they prioritized our order. The servers were extremely nice. The food was amazing. Would definitely come back.

Usually their food is excellent but on the one occasion I ordered a meal to go, it was a reheat or a leftover from other customer. Food was barely warm. Was quite disappointed. Willing to forgive and try them again.
Update- went back for a retry and found their service and food to as I usually remember it. Tasty and heated to perfection.

We live in the Birch Cliff neighbourhood and this is a great local thai food place! So far I've enjoyed every meal I've ordered! I'd recommend if you are hungry and in the area.

I always stop by buying some food in this spot. I enjoyed the speedy customer service and well made food. 5 stars from me.

This location is very small, so I don't recommend dining in. I have only done takeout and delivery. Food is always 10/10, service is quick and prices are reasonable. A really good staple in Birchcliff.

It's really tough when you go to a restaurant and the first thing you order is so, so good that going forward when you return to the restaurant, you just want to order that item (green curry).

But that's what I order now every time. I know that the rest is good because my husband orders other items on the menu.

Average Thai food. I’ve had much worse in Toronto, of course, but the ratings for this place are inflated in my view. The flavours are not that intense, nor are they well balanced. The portions are generous, however. They also use unsustainable packaging. But it’s tough to fault them with that when most Toronto restaurants do the same.
