They've been doing our taxes for a few years and we've have never had any issue. Staff is very friendly and responsive.

Decent place for tax prep.not the best at advising however.the lady I was dealing with felt far too rushed in her advising component.

I used Jay Dee Accounting for the first time. There customer service was quite good and it took them about 10 days to complete my taxes. I was able to submit before the deadline. I will use their services for next year as well.

I have used him for my personal and small business taxes and he has been very prompt with replies and overall very efficient and timely in his work. Crystal was a lifesaver! After hours (literally) of
being given the run around by serval people and the bank grrrr, Crystal gave me advise and my issue was resolved in mere moments! Thank you so much.

They did my 2012,2013,2014,2015 Tax returns and apparently they did 2 out of the years wrong. I called them and they seemed to care and say they will fix the error. I get called by Krystal and she says it is fixed and to stop by to pick up the 2 years they did wrong! So I can mail them in. Well I stop by and they ask for Money? I had already paid over $450 to do all 4 years and now they want me to pay for the mistake they made? Well paid it as this Krystal lady was like well my time is money! I said well why not do it correctly in the first place so I don’t need to waste my time trying to get this resolved. Anyways will never recommend this company or ever use them again. The worst customer service ever. They should have a Zero star option.

I had used Jay Dee Accounting & Tax Services in the past, went elsewhere for a few years and returned a couple of years ago. Going elsewhere was a huge mistake! Not only did I incur higher fees, poorer service but mistakes galore causing countless hours lost rectifying those mistakes.
