Horrible attitude and behaviour! I can’t believe such school can exist Just waist of people time.
Especially the lady who seems like manager or coordinator very unprofessional and uncooperative. I have been referred to this school through by my social worker and just because the fund was covered by government she was acting in a way that it’s a privilege if I get accepted in there place 2 months after registration they rejected me without any explanation and reason even though I had gather all my information and Documents
Do you think is okay to waist a people time?

They I care about only money My appreciation was complete all my documents were gathered and all of them were accepted from her I was professional respectful and friendly all of the time with her and the front desk everything they were arrogant and uncooperative I was trying not to look at the behavior my goal was to get acceptance and start training anyway, after the orientation and I was accepted she told me to gather all my papers the (Documents Required) driver’s abstract, Police clearance, medical form she comfort that all my documents are accepted and I am going to start training and after waiting for aalmost a long time with no response even though I tried contacting them for days through calls and emails and messages no response so after I believe 2 weeks she notices my emails and calls and messages She told me that she will cancel my application even though I am about to start she wasted my time
and abused me emotionally because I can believe that they are some people who do not follow the regulation law of the Transportation Ministry I told her everything are completed and approved and there was no reasons to remove my name which is unprofessional she is unskilled to know that Violating the general system for admission to programs
I kept calling so maybe I could speak with someone that is in charge, she wouldn't pick up the phone. How is that good for business?
I just don't understand why she's so unprofessional, they should maybe hire someone that can take calls and answer simple questions and help people not give a hard time and waste their time. Guys seriously if your looking to obtain AZ go to this school im recommending cheap and you can make payments in installments no upfront payment make as low as $250 weekly till your road test.please saved your time and time

Highly recommended place in Toronto. I passed my test because of their proper guidance and they always give their best thats why they have 100 % pass results in the first attempt. There is daily road drive, daily backup, They give training really in a very professional manner and fully according to the Ministry Standards. I would say everyone to go to this place for getting good teaching in a effective and efficient manner.

Years ago I went to sprint to get My BZ.recently, I lost a job and had to go on assistance and Ontario works uses these guys so People can get their licenses. I wanted to come here to get my standard as I already have my big license. I called inquiring when orientation would take place she said she didn't know, and I said can ask, get a time frame? That's a pretty simple question right? She then said ' I don't know and hung up on me and I kept calling so maybe I could speak with someone that is in charge, she wouldn't pick up the phone. How is that good for business? I don't understand. I can easily go somewhere else to get my standard. I just don't understand why she's so unprofessional, they should maybe hire someone that can take calls and answer simple questions.

This is very good professional. I would highly recommend this school to learn all of the tools to be successful as a professional driver of any vehicle.

Jay is a Amazing guy, he is a best teacher for AZ drivers, they way of teaching in the school is easy and best, will definitely recommend this school for truck training, now i am a officially AZ Licensed Driver. Thanks.

My experience with Jay’s professional Truck Training Centre was excellent! I managed to get my AZ license in the first try. Jay, Chandrika, the receptionist as well as their instructors, they all are very helpful in every way.

I strongly recommend Jay's truck driving school because they really care about students. Before I go to Jay's I have been to another truck driving school and they don't teach properly and they don't give students really time experience on the truck and I end up taking two attempts and end up failing the test. My friend suggested me to go to Jay's trucking school and have a talk with Owner. He was really honest and friendly. Their instructors are much experienced and they trained me well. I attended and followed what they teached me and finally I end up successful in my road test. If someone thinking bout AZ please give a shot at Jay's professional truck driving school.

I will give 5 stars for this training school because its offers a best training with their professional trainers. I went to another training center before and failed the test.but Jay's professional truck training trained me for 10 days and I passed the test with 95%. Score.they have very good management too

The owners and staff are really excellent. They are patient, understanding, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Their approach is very relaxed helping in nervous situations. I would highly recommend this school to learn all of the tools to be successful as a professional driver of any vehicle.

The type of treatment you get depends on the type of payment you make. If you pay out of pocket I'm sure they will treat you like a human being. Try paying with a referral payment plan, you will see how it feels to be treated like a "second class citizen".

Jay's Professional Truck Training is the best place to be in Ontario if you want a friendly, helpful atmosphere and staff to assist you with your license. I highly recommend this place.
Mr. Jay is very knowledgeable and was able to educate me about everything related to the BZ license.
Ms. Chandrika who is the manager is also a professional lady who has a knowledge about everything and runs the place smoothly as possibly.

I had bad experience in terms of wasting your time if you recommended by Ontario work let me tell you one month wait for orientation where they tell you only 1 to 3 people accepted out of 50. So your hopes are gone and after orientation they make you wait one more month for interview, after interview wait one more month and then bang you are not qualified. So basically waste your 3 months almost and Results = 00, Good luck every one hope you find good positive people out there in world.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have not even been to this school but I can tell they don't know what they are doing. Called inquiring about a price, and how to go about making a schedule as I work during the day like any normal person. I was RUDELY told make and appointment and come in. I am coming from Brampton, I will not waste my time to come down to speak to someone that can give me information over the phone. The person on the phone told me the course is $8000 and there is no discount only if I come in in person. I had more questions but this lady just rushed me and gave me short answers. SO I will not be attending this school or even consider it based on my initial phone interaction.

Management needs to fix up and who ever the front desk lady is needs to go back to school to learn how to communicate to people properly.

As someone who had to go to a total of 3 driving Schools before getting my license I have to say Jays was able to give the full range of service you need to become an Az truck driver. The teachers were great. The owners are professional and respectful people. If I were to do my shopping over again I would have gone straight to Jays. You have time to study in class and are given plenty of in truck time to gain the experience you need. Jays had me train in a manual and automatic for the test. This is EVERYTHING. As someone who will never really work in a manual I appreciate their investment in automatics. 2 years longhaul driving this October. Thanks again Jays!

Poor costumer service, i have been referred to this school trough by my social worker.but i think because the fund was covered by the government they rejected me, please specially new comers to Canada don't even try to go to this horrible place, don't waste your precious time, you have a lot driving schools here in Ontario.

It’s almost been a month and still they didn’t give me any updates. Totally unprofessional services and especially the front desk agent, she have an attitude problem. Guys you need to update you clients asap because we have other things to do. Don’t waste our time.

Do not be deceived by the fake reviews by owner and his friends.
The proof is that all 5 stars rating has ZERO Likes except from owner.while 1 star rating got 5 to 7 LIKES.
The owner trying to be smart by a comment such " we don't find your record as student! Can the owner tell why strangers have to give a negative rating without any experience? Don't play it smart!
