I had a consultation with Jaz today, it probably lasted a little over an hour, and even though I ultimately did not end up listing with him I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and integrity. Jaz came in, saw the place let us know what needed to be done, how and why those things would impact the perception of our home in the eye of the buyer. Jaz didn’t try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need, or advise us to incur additional expense by fixing or improving things that were good enough as is or would not make a difference to the bottom line.

Even when offered a higher percent on a sliding scale, he declined, saying that regardless of whatever his rate was, it did not make a difference in how he approached the listing and that he was going to be working to get us top dollar for our home.

I don’t know how much I can realistically surmise about a person from meeting them for only an hour and a few conversations via text or on the phone. But this guy impressed the hell out of me, and if my situation was only slightly different I would have listed with him, no doubt about it.

I gain nothing from leaving this review, I just wanted to thank Jaz for his time.
