Wow go here. Great customer service amazing products tons of stuff and stock. So if you're sick and tired of getting ripped off and Extremely poor service stupidly higher rates. Go here stop going to. Guiho Biggest rip offs in town.

I recently bought a new polaris sled at j & b cycle and was extremely impressed with Alexander and Shane.
Initially there was an issue with the machine I wanted and decided to change my mind for something else.
They bent over backwards and made it happen! I got a 2023 model instead.
I've been a repeat buyer and they valued that and wanted to keep my business!

Unprofessional and unorganized.
I want to buy a Cargo trailer.
1-They changed the price 11k to 15k.
2- the day after they said it was the wrong measurements.
Just wasting time.

Very unorganized staff. If you plan on purchasing 2nd hand don't expect to be treated as if you were buying something brand new. 1st and last purchase here.

Friendly staff, might be a bit unorganized as I went to purchase a 4 wheeler and after getting approval for the unit it and ready to sign I was told it’s now sold, tho it’s sitting on the lot awaiting financing. Why not sell it to the guy who is already approved?

Very busy this time of year so service was a bit slow. Picked up a pretty amazing boat. Staff thoroughly explained every nook and cranny without rushing through things. One female staff member wearing an extremely short skirt (bike shorts under it). Totally unnecessary. Seemed inapproprate in this setting although young male customers probably approve.

HANDS DOWN GO TO ANOTHER DEALER/ONLINE FOR PARTS. I bought a 2021 Polaris for 30k, I had to get a new tire for it as I popped one of my current one's, I was told my tire would be able to be picked up in 3 weeks that was ok with me. 3 weeks go by I go to dealer on day they said, drove 2.5 hours and was told my tire would not be in for a week its on back order. I was very upset asked to speak to owner, he was on phone so I said I would wait, during this time I bought new helmet and looked around for about 30min owner was not off phone, and I was not going to stay any longer. I waited 2 more weeks and my wife called they still could not give me tire I had already payed for more then a month and 2 weeks ago. So I end up ordering one online it will be here in 2 weeks. IT HAS BEEN 1 month and 3 weeks almost now still have not got tire in. I will never buy something from them again.

John in sales is awesome, called for a boat and told me he would let me know as soon as they show up. He actually did a follow up and I purchased a boat an motor combo. He is fair, polite and actually the reason I will keep buying here. Thanks
