I bought a set of winter tires and rims from Jerry in January of 2022 for a fair price. When the tire pressure sensors were not able to be programmed as the new vehicle model was not available in his equipment, he offered to program them in the fall and switch my tires for free. He lived up to his word and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with JD Tires.

I really wanted to believe all the positive reviews here, unfortunately, my personal experience with Jerry was NOT a pleasant one. I was bargaining for a set of alloy rims. I was so surprised that he was SARCASTIC with his answer. He could have simply told me, "Sorry, I cannot give them at your price. " But he answered me differently and very disappointedly.

Jerry is seriously the best! No matter how busy he is he always takes care of you. Every car in My family is from Jerry and he takes care of all his customers. He is a straight shooter that keeps his word and finds you fantastic deals. I appreciate his prompt answering of calls and he takes time to give you advice no matter how busy. Most importantly he is a gentleman to women and that is hard to find in a male dominated industry. He works quickly to get your product and values his customers. What an amazing experience. As a single woman who came from Alberta and didn't know anyone and I never once felt like was being taken advantage of. There are a lot of places that see a woman coming in and try to take advantage of them financially. I got a great quality for a very great price. I have been back to JD Tires twice now and I can say when I'm ever in need again I will not go anywhere else.

Looked around and met with 10 different private sellers on kijiji that don't know the difference between 95% tread and 50% tread. To save time and a wasteful trip, I would ask if they can take a tread depth measurement by ruler or tread depth monitor and these sellers have no clue on how to do something so simple let alone ask how to do it. Tire companies typically don't sell used tires, so when I found JD, I thought it would be a re-run like a used car salesman. Boy was i wrong. Jerry was upfront and not defensive at all. He told me the tread depth on all tires and even took a measurement to verify and provided me a cost. Drove all the way from Toronto since he had unheard of pricing for used Michelin tires that were essentially brand new which only speaks on his ability to be get competitive pricing. Worth the drive and saved $600.00. He's a no non-sense businessman that built his business from the ground-up and came from humble beginnings and knows tires very well. Highly recommend. 5 stars without question.

Went to Jerry all the way from Ottawa to pick up a set of rims; they were perfect and exactly as he advertised in his online ad and over the phone - very trustworthy. He swapped my old rims onto my winters, and installed the new rims on my current road tires then calibrated the TPMS for a great price and he knows what he's doing. Great shop, great guy, highly recommend!

Brought our vehicle in to this place to get my tires balanced. Day after I was on the highway and the shaking was horrendous way worse than before. When I got home I took of my tires and noticed none of the old weights were removed. We took It to another shop and all is good. I don't recommend this shop.

From ensuring the correct tire is chosen to cleaning the wheels properly to balancing perfectly to installing and precise torquing of every lug bolt. He will even verify and/or reset the TPMS sensor system if needed. Huge selection of tires and wheels!

Bought 4 OEM used Nissan aluminum alloy rims for my winters tires a week ago. Jerry was fantastic and very pleasant to deal this. He did a very thorough, professional, and careful job making sure my tires were put on the rims and balanced properly. He was knowledgeable and accommodating to my schedule and he was punctual. Found the JD Tires and Rims ad on Kijiji for a set of new snow tires and rims for what seemed a fair price. Called just to make sure there was a set available, which is recommended.
The shop is just a small, out of the way place but seems to have a large inventory of used and new tires.
Jerry, the sole proprietor, is a no nonsense sort of guy. It took me all but 5 minutes to pick out the set of tires, already mounted on factory rims and TPM sensors installed.
It was snow tires season so Jerry was fielding calls and dealing with two or three customers at a time.
Definitely a small, one owner type of place with a no fuss attitude where you can get decent deals. Check it out.

After re balancing from two tire shops found out he Sold me a bent wheels & out of round tires, called in to ask for a refund he got angry and said "i cant coz it was already mounted" mind you this set was used when i got it, save your money, go to a shop that doesnt get parts from wreck vehicles.

Was recommended to use JD tires for replacement tires and can’t say I was disappointed. Friendly staff great prices and top quality service. Can’t fault them at all will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

Called Jerry up for tires for my Camry he told me to come down he had a few sets. Very knowledgeable and informed me about my lug nuts. No nonsense Jerry save me a great deal, balanced, rotate and out the door in 40 minutes.
