I just participated in the most amazing Bakery class. The place is beautiful and the class was full of tips and very clear and practical explanations. I totally recomend this class. Cakes are wonderful and I love that you can even use the space to celebrate birthday parties. Loved the experience.

My daughter attended a birthday party and it was so very well done! The kids were engaged the entire time and so excited to create their masterpieces on their own. The talented team led the kids through decorating a cake step by step!

I can’t wait to book one of the cake decorating classes for myself.

The cakes are delicious and beautiful. Don’t pass up on trying the alfajores, they melt in your mouth!

I was in a birthday celebration yesterday at Jeanette's Cakes and I was impressed with the delicious cupcakes that we baked and decorated, the service was impecable. I was delighted with the the venue, it is gorgeous and the atmosphere is incredible, Everything is cleaned, organized and first class. We've ordered from Jeanette's Cakes a number of times for our special occasions and we've loved the quality of the cakes and cookies every time. One of my children has a severe peanut allergy so I love that they are a peanut / nut free kitchen. We've ordered regular menu items and highly customized themed cakes for my kids' birthdays and they have all turned out great. Highly recommend!

There was only one Cake maker I was calling to make our Wedding Cake.
Jeanette, had first made my husband's 50th birthday cake with our Bulldog theme. Her imagination, creativity and execution, in addition to the deliciousness, had our guests asking to take any extras home! Can't wait for our next big party! And today was my moms 80th and Jeanette created the perfect tennis themed cake! Incredible

Jeanette is always amazing, responsive and her cakes are the best. I have been ordering cakes from here for myself, my family and friends and everyone loves it. Cakes are alway fresh, beautiful and delicious. Personally, this is my only favourite bakery since I've moved to Canada as the cake's taste is nice and balanced, not too sweet and heavy like all other places. Highly recommended Jeanette's Cakes!

We had my 8yo daughter’s bday party at Jeanette’s cake this week. Once we walked in, we were immediately impressed with the decor and set-up at the studio. There are a camera set at the instructor place and it is cast upon 3 big screens in the studio so all the participants can get a good look throughout the decorating process. We did the 2.5 hrs party package and some participants needed some one on one help and Jeanette was patient to provided that. All participants get to take home a good size cake so I didn’t have to worry about loot bag. The cake that the instructor used in class was used as bday cake so I didn’t have to worry about getting one neither. We love the place and we look forward to going back again.

I had a terrible experience with this cake company and would strongly advise anyone against ordering from them.

I placed an order and paid in full, including an additional fee for shipping. I received an email from them saying that they could either refund me or have it delivered the day after my requested date - which was for a birthday so obviously not an option.

So, I opted to pick up the cake instead, but still never received the promised shipping refund. After contacting them again to ask where the refund was, they suddenly changed their tune and said that they can't do refunds - despite having offered one to me in the initial email exchange.

To add insult to injury, they claimed that "extra time" had been put into the cake in lieu of the refund. I was never informed of this, and would've MUCH preferred my funds.

After that, they completely ghosted me and never replied to any further attempts to contact them. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with this cake company's lack of professionalism and customer service.

In short, stay far away from this cake company. They will nickel and dime you, make promises they don't intend to keep, and then refuse to give refunds even when they promised to do so. Save yourself the hassle and find a different cake company that actually values their customers.

Ordered the Lightning McQueen cake for my two year old's birthday and it was beautiful! The best part was that it was also delicious. Not too sweet, even the fondant was good. Highly recommend!

My daughter’s 11th B-day party was at Jeanette’s Cake, which was a wonderful experience. Her place is beautiful for photos and spacious for any parents would like to stay. Jeanette is knowledgeable and capable. Everyone learned bakery skills and practical tips. All the girls brought home a delicious bundt cake.

I ordered a birthday cake from Jeanette's Cakes for my boy's first bday and we were beyond pleased with it. The cake was delicious and the design was just adorable. To make it easier, we opted for the delivery and the cake came in on time as promised. Amazing experience and very pleased.

Had my son's birthday party at Jeannette's cakes and it was awesome. We showed up at 10: 45 and Jeanette had bases organized for all the kids, their places set up, and did an amazing job guiding the kids through decorating their individual cakes. The kids had a great time and it was such a fun way to celebrate my baking loving 5 year old! Thanks Jeannette for the experience and making my kids day extra special.

I honestly can’t say enough of Jeanette’s Cakes.they are just sooo Yummy! All my guests just loved it! I personally love the lemon cake.the tartness in the centre.just delicious! From the freshness of the cake, to the care in making it.perfection. Keeps me going back.

We had a lovely experience at Jeanette’s! Jeanette hosted us for a work social event, where a group of 12 of us did a Nailed It style cake decorating competition. It was a total blast!

Jeanette is clearly an expert baker; her example cake was perfectly decorated, and delicious. She is really friendly and knowledgeable, and made for a wonderful instructor. The bakery is very beautiful and clean, and the equipment is in excellent condition.

I would definitely recommend Jeanette’s for speciality cakes and events! 10/10

Purchased a dozen hydrangea cupcakes for a colleague's birthday celebration. They were a huge hit! The cupcakes were beautifully decorated and tasted divine. Jeanette hosted a group of 12 for a corporate team building event. We had the best time. She was so easy to coordinate with, kept in communication leading up to the event and executed things flawlessly. She gave our team the perfect “hard time” to give us endless laughs and memories from the day. The cakes were delicious and much harder to perfect than it looks on TV. Thank you Jeanette for the amazing experience. You’re a gem.

We had our 9 and 7 year old daughters birthday party here. The experience was amazing. All the kids thoroughly enjoyed making and taking home their own cakes. I also loved not having to lift a finger to do anything. Food/drinks/party favours were all provided by Jeanette. I would highly recommend this business for events as well as the delicious cakes!

Jeanette is my cake lady. I've been coming to her for the past couple of years, when I needed a cake for a special occasion. She always comes through with the most beautiful and unbelievably amazing tasting cakes. Recently, my wife, while organizing our daughter's 1st birthday party ordered a cake by someone else. Before I had the chance to tell her to go to Jeanette. The cake turned out to be horrible. We are not people who complain but this thing didn't even look edible. With less than 24 hours to the big day, I called my trusted Jeanette. She came through with a masterpiece for us. Jeanette, this will be the first time you hear about our thoughts on this particular cake. Everyone absolutely loved it. I should have had two made because everyone wanted more and more. Thank you so much for saving our daughter's party! We will be calling soon. Xoxo

Can’t say enough great things about this place. The cakes are both beautiful and delicious and Jeannette is amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I am baffled that this place is rated very well and that was primarily the reason why I chose a cake from this place. The chocolate cake I ordered for my husband's birthday was extremely dry, lacked flavor and had very little icing in between the layers. The price does not reflect the quality received. Also, online I put a note to include my husband's name on the cake not knowing there was a charge of $10.00 for this. When I picked up the cake, she didn't put his name and said because I didn't choose the extra charge. She should have sent me an email or a simple phone call would suffice letting me know rather than being surprised when I pick up the cake and don't see my husband's name on it. She doesn't correct the issue by simply offering to use some icing and put his name on it instead she does nothing about it. I am sure the bank won't break by adding a little icing to add his name on the cake.
I found her to be very rude and not friendly at all. The customer service is beyond terrible. It's not just the quality of the cake that counts but customer service is very important especially if you want the customer to return and in that regard, she falls miserably. My honest humble advice, there are many many cake places available, she is not the only business so choose wisely and stay away from this place.
