I attended a Pranayama workshop and the experience was nothing short of amazing! Charu who led the Pranayama part was energetic, knowledgeable and truly inspiring.

After a lovely lunch, the Restorative Yoga with sound baths was so good, that I was in a Zen like state for the rest of the day. I have never experienced anything so relaxing.

I cannot recommend this workshop enough!

We have been doing yoga with Anita for the past 6 months. She is amazing! My partner experiences a lot of back pain. She knows all the right positions to help with the pain and we have seen progress each week. We started attending in person and now attend via zoom. She is very friendly, humble, and accommodating. I absolutely LOVE going for Abhyanga massages with Anita. She is such a gifted therapist and being treated with the Abhyanga oil adds an extra layer of healing. I always feel nurtured, relaxed, and rejuvenated after her treatments. Would recommend for everyone!

Had the 60 min Lomi Lomi massage from Stacy to improve circulation in my leg after surgery. This Massage style was very different from what I have had in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to have it again. I noticed improvement in my circulation, less swelling, as well as an overall cleanse through lymphatic manipulation. Very happy with the service and treatment offered.

I had a wonderful lomi lomi massage with Stacey. Lomi lomi is a traditional Hawaiian technique of long, fluid, rhythmic strokes with the full arm and elbows. Stacey worked intuitively with my body to relax my muscles and relieve tension from tight spots. She was very detailed with my hands and feet, getting right into the fine joints and releasing knots. My soul, mind and body felt beautiful after lomi lomi with Stacey.

This business was my absolute life-saver though out my pregnancy and post-partum c-section recovery. Anita's reflexology massages are so absolutely relaxing and were the key to eliminating edema, headaches and stiffness during my pregnancy and soothing aching muscles and speeding up recovery once my baby was born. Anita's skill level is beyond question and yet they are honestly the most relaxing massages I've ever had. I've recommended her to all of my friends!

I went to Jeevanaya Wellness and tried Lomi Lomi massage from Stacey. I’ve had many massages in the past. Jeevanaya Wellness has an amazing atmosphere. I’ve never heard of Lomi Lomi before but it was very relaxing. I booked my next massage as soon as I was done and I definitely recommend it. I am also looking forward to trying all the different kinds of massages at Jeevanaya Wellness.

This was my first time trying reiki. I always have such a hard time turning my brain off and being present and in this experience I was nothing but present! I can't believe it! I will be going back!

Booked an appointment for 11am this morning. Sign on the door said we will let you in if locked. So waiting patiently. Tied calling at 11: 15 no answer. Got a message saying to text them on this number. Told them I am outside waiting for my appointment to begin. 11: 30 rolls around still no one at the door, waiting in the pouring rain so I left. Wasted time, gas and wages. Will not be supporting this business in the future.

My mum just had the

'Choorna Swedham' Bundle Massage over the weekend and according to my mother it was wonderful. The Choorna Swedham massage is especially good for people with chronic  autoimmune inflammatory diseases. It worked wonders for my mother. Since the therapy she has been more active, able to walk properly and has been in better spirits. Anita Kaur the owner and Ayurveda practitioner is very, polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. Anita did an amazing job on my mother!   I highly recommend booking an appt for one of the many therapies offered at Jeevanaya wellness

Amazing treatments! Tried Lomi massage with Stacey. It’s one of the most relaxing experiences I have had. Very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a very smooth and delightful way to spend my 90 mins.
