JEM Machine Maintenance

After reading positive reviews, I called the shop on Tuesday, they picked up my snowblower up on Wednesday and called Thursday to say work had been completed. I received a detailed invoice and was able to see exactly what the boys at the shop had worked on. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from JEM. Well done! I highly recommend them. Bring on winter, my snowblower is ready!

I asked Jacob to repair my beloved inverter generator and he was able to do it in no time! I appreciated that Jacob took the time to explain his work and even teach me some of the finer points about how these machines work.

Contacted Jacob about snowblower service and repair. He was quick to provide info over the phone. He picked up my snowblower in Kitchener. Provided a complete maintenance service and repairs as needed. Returned the machine ready to go for next winter. Amazing service and at an amazing price. I highly recommend JEM.

Fantastic people. Took my lawnmower in to them. Within 15 minutes they had taken it apart and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a cheap mower and would have cost more than the mower was worth.

Jacob came to our house today on short notice to check our standby generator. I was concerned with the coming ice storm that we could be in trouble. Jacob mentioned he could at least stop by and check what the issue was to be able to repair it next week. An hour and a half later he had solved the problem and the generator was functional again. What a great experience. Contacted JEM and left a voice mail and in less than an hour had a return call from Jacob. He showed up at my house a few hours after that, diagnosed the problem with my snowblower, fixed it and had it running in no time. I searched online for a small engine repair shop for my older model snowblower. Found JEM was local, contacted Jacob and he picked up the machine right away. Service was quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to others.

Been here a couple of times now. First time was for my 10 year old weed eater. Got it back and now it runs better than new.

Today I couldn't get my chainsaw running. Took it in expecting to drop it off. Instead, Jacob diagnosed, repaired and sent me on my way in less than half an hour. He even gave me some great advice on chain tightening.

Jacob provides a seamless repair experience by doing a thorough servicing of my neglected lawnmower. I was very surprised by the quick turnaround, I had expected it to be gone for weeks. He originally said it would be done next day, but only had to wait for a part to arrive. He kept me informed as to when it would be done. Hardly recognized my mower it was so clean. My lawn tractor would not start about 2 weeks ago. The machine was purchased 2 years ago from Brant Tractor. I tried to contact their service department several times, and finally drove to Buford, made an appointment for someone to pick it up today with the proviso that there was no guarantee it would be looked at any time soon. I confirmed the appointment by phone this morning. I waited all day for them to show …. NOTHING, not even a phone call.
I called JEM at 6 pm, Jake said he would be here shortly, and he arrived just before 7, he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes, for $40!

Jacob is very quick to respond. I had an issue with my riding lawn mower, it wouldn’t run. I called Jacob in the morning and he came to my house and had the problem resolved that afternoon and I was able to cut my grass. Jacob did a great job on my riding lawnmower. I purchased a used machine, so I wanted to bring it to a professional to have a look and fix a few things up. He made adjustments to the deck and installed a new throttle for me at a great price. Most importantly, he's just a down to earth honest guy that immediately gave me the sense that I wasn't being led on to fix anything that I didn't need to. Really knows his stuff, and quick to respond to calls and texts. Would definitely recommend.
