I dealt with a gentleman that was just combative and awful I will be talking to all my family and friends and telling them to discontinue this insurance! Completely disappointed with this customer service

I called Jennifer Hunt Dejardins to inquire about life insurance and spoke with an agent named Jeff Hurd. He was extremely professional and easy to talk too. Explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. The experience I had couldn’t be better and we got amazing rates to protect our family! I highly recommend this broker and even more so recommend dealing with Jeff Hurd!

Customer service at it’s worst, manipulating customers if they ask for better options. Should get their attitude right, and make sure before talking behind a customers back your phone’s disconnected.
