Further to my earlier review we were back at Jensen Trailers to get our travel trailer ready for our snowbird trip into Florida and once again everyone was fantastic to deal with. Beginning with Ally in service, she is always kind and thorough in keeping us posted and then Russell the technician took the time to explain what he found and what he did and then a big thank you to Nick the lot/yard associate that helped us with the unhooking and hooking up of our trailer to our vehicle. They don't do interior or other exterior RV repairs but if you need brakes, bearing packing, tires or anything else related to the mechanical components of your trailers I would definitely recommend these guys. Also, Peter whom is one of the owners always makes a point of saying hello when he sees me. Peter, you have a great service staff so kudos to you and your team.

A few weeks ago I was in touch with Alex regarding our recently purchased travel trailer from a private individual and had called to see if they would and could do an adjustment to our weight distribution hitch which was all new to us and don’t have the tools required. First of all Alex was very attentive to our request and didn’t just shove us away as it wouldn’t be a big paying job and secondly gladly made an appointment for this past Monday.
When we arrived we were advised that Alex was on vacation but Ally in service got things rolling with my wife Kathy as I was waiting outside with our vehicle and trailer awaiting to get into the service area and while waiting a gentleman came out and introduced himself as Peter, I found out a while later that he was the new owner. Peter was very friendly and quickly got us set up with one of his technicians and within a half hour all was looked after. I had a great conversation with Peter and was totally impressed with his “customer service” and I told him so.
When we discussed that we were having tire issues and openly said to definitely reach out to them and at that point Ally went a step further and suggested that we come in the day that we were leaving for a 2 month trip. Ally said that she could squeeze us into their schedule in the early morning and get us away within a few hours. I was so thankful as we are new at pulling a travel trailer and backing into spaces right now is our nemesis. Doing what Ally suggested brought some peace of mind and less stress so we thank you for that.
Peter, you have a wonderful staff and associates there and you showed us true “customer service”
Also wanted to give a thumbs up to Shayla (I hope I spelled her name correctly) as we didn’t have much interaction with her but what we had was also a pleasant experience.
Sorry for being long winded but wanted you and other readers and potential customers to know how we were treated.

I have dealt with Jensen's several times and I have always had great service. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always my first choice for any trailer supplies.

Martin got me on the road with exactly what I needed in record time. It was a superb buying experience.

Great price for wheel bearings. They sell individual parts and competitive with the retail box stores.

Fit my travel trailer repair right in, replaced my springs and had it ready in half a day even kept my pets nice and cool by allowing my trailer to stay plugged in during the repair! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Waited a month to write this review because it's our first trailer and learning the basics. First off Martin was our sales guy, he was fantastic. Friendly and took time to learn our business model, directing us towards the trailer we finally bought. Turns out he was right, the barn doors was the way to go for us.

The trailer is a 2022 night hawk. 16feet. It's good for the price. You can see some build issues, (screw gone through plastic frame for vent). As a glass installer I'm can't help but notice the caulk job in spots, but that's just me.

He did mention some ideas like undercoating and come back for torque wheel nuts.
He sold me 2 locks that attach real easy and have a little cover for the key hole keeps weather out. I bought the ball and the part it attaches to as well, he took it out to garage and torque it then installed it on my truck.

I feel I got a good deal from a knowledgeable person.

Will be buying here again.

I give good reviews where a business is worthy of it. But my experience with this business is far from positive! Bought a blacked out trailer and disappointed in the quality and experience with Jensen trailers. Although the accounting staff was great, sales guy-not so much!

Happy with my 12' trailer, good inventory and affordable. It would have been a 5 star review, but I was little disappointed that a couple of the wires for lighting were left exposed to the elements, and the wheel bearings were almost bone dry.

Professional and knowledgeable service and skillful repairs. Friendly and skilled technician who explained things to me and did an excellent job on the welding.

I called Jensen's today (in the midst of this pandemic) to see about getting a towing system installed on my SUV. I am moving long distance and decided to tow a smaller U-Haul trailer, rather than rent a U-Haul truck, with a trailer for my SUV. It just so happened Martin (sales) answered the phone. I mentioned the reason for my call and he was about to patxh me to the person who provides such quotes, when I asked if I could also speak with him about possibly buying a trailer.

Without hesitation he immediately educated me on the why's and wherefores of why my plan was a bad idea. I know nothing about hauling trailers and the logistics, financial savvy or otherwise, of what I was entertaining. I knew he knew that and my inner voice said 'here comes the sales pitch'. Boy was I wrong.on all accounts. He truly and sincerely wanted to give me some sound advice on the best possible resolution to my current predicament.no strings attached. Seriously!

The long and the short of it, I was far better to buy a trailer if I could afford the expense upfront and then sell the traiker when I got to my destination. I might even be able to recoup some of my moving costs by doing so. He took the time to explain why the lack of inventory is happening in these unprecedented times, and how COVID is wreaking havoc upon the manufacturers who are unable to keep up with the supply and demands. As a woman, it is rare to feel I'm not being taken advantage of.and let's face it, the negative aspects of human nature during these times.like greed.seem to be high on the list. My experience today taught me otherwise.

Now how many businesses do you know that are reasonable, accommodating and most of all, transparent with a potential customer? He was professional, courteous and most of all transparent. I was assured if I decided to do business with Jensen's, that if they were not able to deliver and/or if I found something suitable, in the meantime, I would be fully reimbursed at no penalty.

I also dealt with another employee, Laura, about quotes for installation of a towing package. She was quick, courteous and professional, as well. I did not feel like I was a sucker with a wrapper on it!

The customer service and quality is above and beyond the norm, let me tell you. I felt it was not about the sale but about the relationship.they are top notch in my books. I would not hesitate to recommend them in a heart beat.

Called and spoke to Janice looking for prices and information on what they have on 5x10 and 6x12 cargo trailers. As I’m not in immediate need and I can order and wait. She didn’t want to provide any pricing or other information and I was simply told everything is on the website. The website has very little information. Wasn’t very pleasant or helpful.

I've been buying trailers from Jensen's for almost 20 years. I always enjoy dealing with Martin, Alex, Brian and their whole team. Their trailers are good quality and their service is fast, friendly and fair.

I dont know where to begin! I just purchased an incredible horse trailer from Jensen's. I was truly privileged to deal with Scott Rehill. He was beyond knowledgeable, kind, patient and so respectful to the demands of a proud horse farmer. Purchasing farm equipment and products can be a challenge when you are a woman. Scott treated me with respect, professionalism and with great integrity. I am beyond thrilled with our trailer and will indeed be back! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff but they don't call you back. I went in twice emailed and called and no one got back to me. Ended up ordering from a different trailer dealer

Brian and Alex always provide good service and great advice. I continue to come here even after 13 years for anything I need for my trailer. Don't trust anyone else!

Have been taking my utility trailer and travel trailer here for years. Always helpful and what I particularly like is that they thoroughly check them over. They have caught several things with both trailers that would have been a future problem. Thanks everyone! John

Bought a brand new 12 ft enclosed trailer, upgraded on a few things like frame and floor. To this day after 3 yrs it always leaked, took it back to be fixed 7 times, still could not fix it, when I finally spoke to owner, he told me that, and I quote 'we dont make the trailers we just sell them'. Finally gave up on returning it to be never fixed. If I had to do it again I would have picked a Canadian built trailer, not USA.

Bought a new tire and installed by them when we noticed one flat on the way to camping. Great and quick service, friendly and reasonably priced.

If you're looking for utility trailer this is the place to buy it. All the staff I dealt with we're great would highly recommend.

Service was awesome and the staff we very knowledgeable and very helpful, however though the Owner was VERY rude and VERY condescending when I posed questions on additional potential costs of repairs hence only the 1 star!

The team, more like family, definitely know trailers and would Highly recommend Jensen trailers.

I highly recommend Jensen trailers. My ten ton trailer developed a problem a couple months after my warranty ran out. After very little talk the owner told me that he would take care of my problem.
I was speechless because I was not expecting any free help just a solution to fix my trailer.
My trailer was shipped to the manufacturer (in London) repaired in a very professional manner and shipped back.
All at no expense to me!

I drove 4 hours each way for my trailer at Jensen’s and have 0 regrets. In fact, the next trailer I buy I will just go straight to Jensen’s as there is no reason to shop around. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and how robust the trailer was. Scott knew his stuff too!
Obviously I highly recommend this place!

GREAT place to go. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I have an older camper trailer, shopped around everywhere, even Amazon for brake shoes and drums. They recommended upgrading to new axles that included brake shoes and bearing buddies. All in all saved me hundreds of dollars. Very knowledgeable people to deal with and great service and prices

They aren't the lowest prices but they have quality products. I bought a trailer and it is extremely well made by Jensen themselves. I will definitely go back for any other trailer needs.

I have purchased numerous trailers from Scott and have dealt with just about everyone in the office and yard. They Re an amazing group of people to deal with and I would recommend everyone to go there.

Excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Small SNAFU with my order (nobody's fault.just life) and Scott and co.made it right immediately. They worked through some custom modifications with me and bent over backwards to get me what I wanted. What else can you ask for?

Jensen Trailers has always been great to deal with when we need a trailer. Due to how far away they are we do not get service here but their sales staff are excellent.

Over the last 5 years we have purchased 3 trailers for our business and can't be happier with our purchase. They have held up very well, especially considering we regularly spill chlorine and pool salt in them (steel and aluminum's worst nightmare).

I'd like to thank Martin for all his help and the Jensen staff for helping us pick up another great trailer.

Accommodated my basic installation needs. A little pricey $180.1.5hr.labour rate, with no wiring for lights or trailer brakes.

I bought a 14' cargo trailer from them in 2014. I went in the other week to see if I could get a replacement bearing for my 2000lb jack. They said that they do not have bearings because that cost $60 to $80 or buy a new jack for $40. So I looked online and found a bearing in Ontario for $2.99 and as in the picture it fits. In the first year I had to repaint the tongue because all the paint started to peal. They would not do any thing because it was not part of there warranty. They would not do any thing about the screws that sheared off the side. For some reason the aluminum on the back door also started to corrode.
