Jersey Mikes Subs

Fantastic subs, always amazing! If you are looking for a sub that has fresh-cut meat, fresh-cut cheese, 3 different sizes (the giant sub is Giant! IMHO), a variety of subs to choose from (vegetarian too!) and an atmosphere that is awesome? This is THE place to go! I never leave hungry:)

Sandwich Excellence. If you haven't eaten here, you're missing out. I'd suggest getting the sub "Mike's way" which is lettuce tomatoes onions and their blends of special sauces. Amazing.

This place is great! The manager is always friendly and sparks up great conversation. The food is always fresh and delicious!

Cheeseteak was not good. Dry af.

My friend enjoyed his cold sub. Maybe I shoulda asked for "the juice". Don't know if I'll return.

Wow best sub I ever had, seen a comment about the bread; that's true. The sub is big enough for 2 people. Really liked their club sub. I highly recommend this place and hopefully they will make a franchise across Canada

Great place to eat but on most budgets it was a bit over-priced. OK to treat yourself once in a while.

The subs are pretty tasty but the prices are absolutely bonkers. It beats subway as far as how good the sandwich is yes but they're BARELY the size of a subway footlong and you're paying firehouse money for less sandwich. I was hoping Jersey Mikes was going to dethrone firehouse for my favorite sandwich but I can't justify paying so much for so little. Looks like firehouse is the way to go!

This review is based on one order and one sub sandwich so keep that in mind while reading.
I saw a post online from a famous sandwich shop in Portland and it set me on a mission to find a similar sandwich in London and stifle this insane craving for a next-level submarine sandwich. I searched high and low and knew that this craving wasn’t going to be quashed by your regular sub chains (you know).
There were a few contenders on my list of places to try and Jersey Mike’s just happened to be first. I ordered “The Original Italian”, giant, all the usual fixins, from UE (shout out to my driver, Karan!).
It arrived promptly and when I took my first bite I knew this was going to be an experience I wasn’t going to soon forget. It was magical. The sandwich wasn’t slathered with sauce so I could actually taste the ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni dance around my mouth with the creamy provolone and tomato married perfectly with the onion slivers! Uhh, and the lettuce! The lettuce was, insanely, my favourite part - shredded and perfectly dressed with the red wine vinegar, oil & oregano. When I say it made the craving go away, I mean it annihilated it. It hit the spot perfectly. I was blown away. Now I must try the rest of the menu.
I 100% recommend this place for true sandwich lovers! It is as good as the hype. Better even. Kinda pricey though. Five stars.

First time here my son recommend it really excellent made fresh roast beef is made in house turkey is 99% lean great bread 3 choices staff were friendly nothing was a problem plus they were fast and they deliver

Very likeable staff with great senses of humor and their subs are not only extremely fresh but taste amazing.

I definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for an amazing sub and not some mediocre attempt at one made by cheaper name brand locations.

The service was excellent. My hubby and I tried the signature mikes sub and I did enjoy the taste. We just felt it was a little pricey.

THE BEST PLACE in town to get a sub sandwich. Hot or cold. The freshest every single time we have been there. The cookies are pretty darn good too. A 1 staff who are always pleasant and helpful.

Wow! Best sub I've ever had, and best customer service ever! Solomon was kind, helpful, and very understanding of my accent! Made my first time feel like I was a regular. Will be back.

Stopped in for the first time today and the staff were really nice and thoughtful. When I told the guy I didn’t eat meat he made sure he cleaned the slicer. The food was also very delicious

Ordered thru skip.great taste small portions for a 30.00 dollar giant sub. I can get the same sub for half the price with more meat at any other sub store.will not be ordering again.

Staff are extremely friendly and very patient! My significant other had a hard time choosing what sub to eat and they helped him choose. Service was quick and accurate! Would definitely recommend going:)

While in London, made a stop at this sub place. Was not disappointed. Usually it's hard to decide what to put on my sandwich, this time I went with what was being offered. The chicken club sandwich. So fresh and tasty, would definitely recommend. However, keep in mind that the large sub can easily feed 2 people. I had mine and shared it with my 2 kids.

Staff are super quick and friendly. Great subs which are fresh. It is a bit expensive but worth it if hankering for a good and fresh sub

The quality and service at this location has dramatically shifted. I go to this place a few times a month. Lately the store has all new employees who are not trained well, don't know how to run the register or make a sub. Today the girl making my steak and cheese constantly was pushing her hair behind her ears, this grossed me out but I already paid. Then I opened the 20.00 giant sub, to find the greasiest sloppiest sandwich I have ever had. The bread was dripping with fat (not the juices, this was a steak and cheese) I have had this sandwich many times and I know this is not what it's supposed to be like. Sorry today was my last time there. You are selling 20.00 subs not 2.00 Mcdoubles. Your quality needs to be on point.

Really wanted to like this. Ordered the large Philly and was a little bothered at the $18.45 price tag for a sandwich but okay, maybe it would be amazing. There was a lot of meat but very few onions, peppers or cheese. It needed salt or it needed pepper or it needed *something* to pull it out of “blah” territory. It was filling, but pretty bland. Had a whopping headache about an hour after eating it (and so did my husband who ordered the same). Wouldn’t go back.

Food is amazing. Service is equally fantastic. This will cost you a bit more than your average fast food sub shop, but it is well worth the price. Renil Thomas (manager) is one of those guys who remembers his regulars by name, and what their favorite sub is. And that kind of customer service excellence is equally instilled into his staff. If you haven't enjoyed some Jersey Mike's, you are truly missing out.

First time here. The sub was good, but not great, the staff was super nice but the price is too expensive for what you get. First and last time. Hard to justify a $21 sub.

Terrible first experience. I had very high expectations for Jersey Mike's, maybe this was my downfall. We were asked what bread and we told only 2 choices left, when they brought the bread out it was already cut in half (leftover bread from smaller sandwiches). I spoke to the employee about this and they played it off. They also said those were the only 2 choices left, but the employee told the next person in line they need to wait 5 minutes for fresh baked bread. We rather would have waited 5 minutes for this bread but were never given the option. The "Mike's Famous Philly, " was disappointing to say the least. The giant sized looked like a normal large sub from any other sub shop and the toppings were lacking. Was not able to get any jalapeños or any additional toppings on this sub, as it was wrapped off the grill and put into our to go bag. If it's $20 for a giant sub the toppings need to be seen and the customer service needs to be on point.

Was fast and friendly service! Sub tasted great but was very disappointed in the amount of meat that we got on our subs! Considering 2 subs cost $40 dollars

Regular sub is half a sub- for $16.50

We got steak and 1 meatball with extras which they forgot to put on.

Cost $39.50 for 2 half subs a pop and a cookie. The subs were okay at best and for sure not worth almost $40.

I would maybe come back if it was the only thing open.

They do make fantastic subs but I walked out spending $40 on 2 sandwiches, chips and drinks. For that much I can sit down somewhere and eat. Somewhere to go once in a while but not worth the money otherwise

Best subs ever!
We go there 1-2 times a week. Friendly staff; they know our order when they see us. They are like family.

The customer service is amazing here, that I will say. Also, the submarine sandwiches are very tasty. The reason I give 2 stars is because of the price point. Two subs, 2 drinks and a cookie for $35.45! That is absolutely ludicrous! For a few dollars more, I could get gourmet food take out! The subs were good, but definitely not gourmet, and not at all worth the price paid for the product that my girlfriend and i received. Will not be going again.

If you like everything fresh and you love subs you will love this absolutely amazing fresh subs you won't be disappointed, great customer service aswell! Would have posted a picture but ofcourse I couldn't wait to eat it!

Almost inedible. Asked for bbq sauce, put so much on that it was a sloppy mess that couldn’t be eaten. Waste of $20. Will not eat here again. Worse than subway for twice the cost.

My first time here, I ordered the biggest size because I thought it was the same size of a subway but with everything in it it was huge. A lot of cold cut in it, great sauce and the best part was the staff who guide me on what to order. One of the best subs I have

The best sub in the town. I assure you this is the best sub. Delicious, juicy, and flavourful. This is a must try food. Staff are friendly and fun. I like talking to them. Huge portions that you can not eat all. Totally recommend here.

The subs at Jersey Mikes are the best I've ever had! Very fresh topping and great staff. Make sure you sign up their email coupons, always have great deals. Would strongly recommend!

Love the subs even though they are pricey. My main concern is the atmosphere with the staff. I consider myself a confident and not quiet woman in my late 20's but I find the staff here intimidating. I've been in a couple times and if you don't know what you want right away or have questions and don't know their "routine" way of ordering they get annoyed. They actually teased me about using a coupon. I get they are having fun with each other but the bro vibe is way too strong.

I actually haven't been back even though I like the food because it feels stressful to walk into that environment. Some sensitivity training and more (or any as I haven't seen any) female employees would go a long way to make everyone feel welcome.

It was good. Great service as expected. Very busy. Not sure if it was a miscommunication or mixed up order but did not get the chance to put extra toppings like lettuce or anything else on the sub. Rather dry but chopped it up to miscommunication

Tastes good and very fresh.
But too expensive for the stingy amount of meat (about the same amount of meat as on a Subway sub).

Good value when they have 2 for 1 subs Tasty.

One complaint, they need to figure out how to stop yelling over each other with the customers.

When the cashier has to ask you 3 times the same question, because they can't hear you, thats an issue

Over prices but tasty. 7' run around 10 buck for basics other sub shop will run you 10 for premium 12". In long run think I'll stick with other subs shops as there no real difference other then smaller portions and more money.order thought ubereats so price might be dollar or so off

Tried this for the first time. The staff had some bold statements of how awesome these subs would be, and we were not disappointed. The staff was super energetic and friendly, which made the experience very good on-top of the food being great.
Definitely going back!

Would love to give a higher rating based on the good food and friendly service.
However, after we finished eating, we watched in dismay as at least one of the staff handled cash while wearing the same gloves he was using to make sandwiches. It went from bad to worse as we watched him working in the prep area then he made sandwiches for the next customers, without ever changing gloves or washing his hands. The tables and restaurant were also obviously unclean. These are unacceptable conditions at any point in time, let alone during a pandemic when sanitation is critically important.

Today was my wife an I's first time at Jersey Mike's, as alot have people said great service the guys were enthusiastic and that definately adds to the atmosphere and quality of the service you are getting. Great subs lots of meat and you dont feel bad after it like you do at most of the sub chains in the city, highly recommend trying them out and we will be returning again for sure.

Sub was delicious. 100x better than any subway/mr. Sub chain. Meat was superb and tasted like quality ingredients as opposed to the garbage that passes for meat at subway. Highly recommend.

Used to eat here when it first opened once a week. All the time. Emailed me coupons it was great. Got food poisoning and they kinda just were like 'that couldn't have happened here'. Even though it was the only same food me and my wife had ate in the last 4-5 days and we both were extremely sick. Started trying to eat there again but wont be consistent. Maybe once a year.
