Jersey Mike's Subs

I have always enjoyed the food here, as well as the preparation but each and every one of the incredible staff members. However, today they went above and beyond the call of duty by providing us with our meal for free due to their wifi being down. It would have been just as easy to shut the doors until it was working again, but they instead chose to reward their patrons by covering these costs. I was already a customer for life, but now they’ve made me a true advocate!

Great sandwiches! The regular is as filling as a subway 12inch but so much better! Giant is even bigger! We went Friday in the snow storm and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We ordered a giant steak and cheese to split on cheese bread. When we got the sandwich it was on white. We mentioned to them that we got the wrong bread. Immediately without hesitation they remade the sandwich on the spot, told us we could keep the one we had and gave us coupons for 2 regular sandwich’s on our next visit! They definitely went above and beyond to make it right and they definitely did! Their subs and sandwich’s are probably the best in town and we will definitely be back again and again!

Maze hooked me up with his favourite sub, gave me exceptional customer service, and it ended up delicious! Definitely coming back!

Best. Sub. Ever. Club Supreme extra cheese. So good. Staff super friendly, place super clean. It is exactly what you expect if you’ve been eating at Jersey Mikes in the US.

Went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time with my boyfriend and we were so impressed by the food and the costumer service! The atmosphere was great. “Hollywood” (Ron) was very personable and kind and even labeled our subs his and hers which gave us a chuckle. The subs themselves are delicious and so fresh!

Always amazing customer service, when I ask for extra pickles they alway fill the container. Never have any issues food is great with a lot of meat and toppings 10/10 experience every time

The ingredients are extremely fresh, and food is prepared in a well-kept, clean area. You gotta come here!

Amazing food and well worth the premium price for extra premium food! Had a Chicken Philly Cheese and a special non-menu Mazekine's Mushroom melt made by Maze themselves that is super tasty. I wish I ordered two! Always impressed by the service, attention to detail and quality of food here!

Absolutely delicious! Our subs were stacked with freshly sliced meats and cheese! I had the Original Italian 'Mike's way' and I was not disappointed. (We drove for almost an hour to try Jersey Mike's and it was totally worth it!)

Tried the Turkey one yesterday and it was an experience soon as i walked in, Hollywood and team brightened my day will be back for sure.

Wow what a sub. I drove all the way from Toronto because I heard there’s a Jersey Mikes in Kitchener and it was worth the 1 hr drive. The service from the nice people at the counter to amazing sub made it well worth it. I had the original Italian everything was fresh and tasted so good as a treat I got a cookie and it was soooo good aswell! I will be making this drive again in the future if I can give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for a great sub.

If you are looking for a run of the mill sub shop then keep moving. This is a premium sub shop with premium quality products. The meat is cut fresh for your sub and the product quality is second to none. You pay for what you get and you definitely get your money's worth here.

Alright sun, pretty oily and the lack of sauces was upsetting. Subway and Mr. Sun have a lot more sauce options. Lack of toasting of the sub was also disappointing but bread was delicious and a hefty amount of meat and good quality cheese were all great. Had a buy one get one so I got my moneys worth but I wouldn’t spend the entire price for one of those subs

Ordered two subs one regular and one giant. Ordered online and they messed up the toppings and the bread was stale. Your only job is to make sub and having stale bread is unacceptable. It was the most disappointing experience ever and I will never return.

Wow. After a long drive home after the Jays game we decided to hit up Jersey Mike’s. Shelby greeted us with a cheerful voice… loved her “I got you”… then James did a fantastic job putting our subs together and gave us an “I got you” too. We not only love the subs but also the way we are made to feel so welcome and appreciated. Keep up the great work team… we will definitely be back in the future!

We picked up sandwiches for the first time today and everybody was super nice.
James, Nikki, and Grace we're very helpful and the sandwiches were just great.

I'm really into sandwiches and this just became our new favorite stop to get them.

For a restaurant specializing in Sub Sandwiches this now is my favorite place. Your meats and cheeses are freshly sliced for you, staff camaraderie is fun to watch as they quickly build your Sandwiches. It's a little more expensive than other Sub places, but worth the price. Sizes are mini. Regular and Giant.

On Saturday July 16th I was on an errand for my husband who is a big fan of the subs. There were three young woman working and they were great! Welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. They asked all the questions making it easy for a 1st time customer to order. I was upsold on the cookies and did not regret it, they are yummy.

I can go on forever about the delicious subs, but the staff at Jersey Mike's definitely stands out! I've been in twice this week and the staff always goes over the top, they are just so sweet! Shout out to you guys!

Food was excellent! I had a coupon, but without the coupon it would have been too expensive to reasonably eat there. Joined their email list and will go when they have another deal.

Absolutely amazing subs. We take the drive from Windsor just to get these subs. Bring your subs to Windsor please! Firehouse subs just came to Windsor. But jersey mikes is wayyyyy better.

The manager was shaving his beard on top of my sandwich! Once I told him to stop because it was disgusting and I politely asked him to get me a new one he said “go back to your country we don’t want you here” and then continued to shave his hair on top of my food! He then squirted mayo on my face and said “that’s Better now your one of us! ” And smeared it across my face. Worst experience ever, do not recommend!

Used to love the subs but recently Ive seen the amount of meat really decrease and all you can taste is bread and mayo. For the high price they charge, they should not be chincing on the meats!

I've never had a bad sub from here! The last time I was there, the lady and gentleman working were so kind

Always quick service here with the employees friendly and helpful. Meat and toppings seem fresh. They usually always have a coupon emailed to you if you sign up.

We had James help us this evening! Wow what a great face for your company! He earned some lifetime customer's with his enthusiasm, kindness and knowledge! Way too $$$ I paid $42 for two "giant subs" one full of deli meat, onion, tomato and lettuce and a steak and cheese. What upsets me is the lack of options. A 6' is $11+. Not sure why.but no. Not worth the price. Yes they are good but not worth that ridiculous price. Never again. 1st and last time!

It's a decent sub, but doesn't hold a candle to Firehouse. Mike can make a better sub than Jared, so there's that.

Everything is good quality but in my opinion Jersey Mike's cheese steaks are very boring and expensive.

Best sub I have had in a long time! I was surprised at the quality. All the meat was fresh sliced, the bacon was thick and crispy obviously fried not nuked. The quality of the meats was higher than I expected and the bread tasted fresh with just the right crust amount. The service was super friendly and very fast despite fresh slicing The subs are huge (I got the giant) and price was high $18 for a giant but I felt I got my money worth! Highly Recommended.

I only have one word. Fresh! Subs are amazing. Prices are a little high but it’s a fair pay off for a amazing sandwich. Forget subway. I recommend the club supreme and you must have it Mikes way. No point coming here if you don’t.

Hands down, best subs in the region! The bread is house made and beef is cooked on site; the ingredients are always fresh and delicious! There’s hot choices such as the Big Kahuna, but my fav is the #9 club, with turkey, bacon, beef and Swiss cheese (I substitute with provolone). They add a tangy sauce of vinegar and oil to their spices if you do your sub, “Mike’s Way” along with tomatoes and lettuce…and they really load on the meats! There’s other toppings too, and the chipotle mayonnaise is so good. Sign up for emails to get amazing coupons, and be sure to provide your phone number with every order to earn points for free subs.

This is the best place to get cold subs in the region. Service is pretty quick and the giant sized subs are massive. I've gotten to try a lot of their menu items and I haven't been disappointed yet. If you're someone who frequently goes to subway or Mr.sub this is %100 a great upgrade. Side note, their cookies are bomb too

Their coupon states you get a discount for catered subs, but when you call, it's only on cold subs. Doesn't state that on the handout they give out to the public.

They use to pack the meat on an inch thick.
Now the meat portion is as thin as the cheese slice.
Not worth the high prices being asked.
May need to make a change.

My only question is why aren't there one of these on every corner like there is Subway. Sooooo good make sure you get it "Mike's Way". Sign up for emails you get coupons every week ama, ing deals!

$20 for a large sub? I can get 2 large subs at subway for that price the sub tasted like nothing I just tasted vegetables the steak didn’t have a taste and the girl behind the counter was super rude she was getting angry at me because I couldn’t hear her with her mask on she didn’t look like she wanted to be there I had 2 bites of the sub and gave it to my dog

Delicious subs. Fast and best of all all the deli meat is sliced fresh to order. Always an enjoyable experience. Definitely get it Mike's way.

First time customer to Jersey Mike’s. Ordered 2 Giant subs. The #13 Italian was excellent. However #56 was terrible and not as advertised or comparable as per photos/video reviews. It had very little cheese and no sauce - none. The meat was very dry as well. For a $40+ for 2 subs they have to top notch. Management was understanding when I called but no offer to make things right.

Ordered the #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly and #13 The Original Italian. Great subs although they’re on the pricier side. Fresh ingredients and the subs are packed with veggies and meat. The meat and cheese is even freshly sliced in front of you.

Best subs I've ever eaten (I got the #8- Mike's way). The bacon was crispy, the bun was soft and supple, and all veggies were fresh and juicy. The staff were so fast and friendly (in and out in under 5 minutes). Get the juice on your sub. Trust me, you will not regret it! Definately will be returning for some mouth watering goodness.

First time getting a sub here. I ordered the club and liked the fresh bun, fresh veges and cheese, and cold cuts were of good quality. The dislike was the bacon and price. The sub I got was definitely not like the photo you see on the menu. The menu photo of the sub shows strips of bacon coming out of the side. The sub I got had little chunks of bacon, definitely not strips; it was a game of, find the bacon. The cost was $12.50. I'm thinking you could get a comparable sub from a little guy for under $10.

Me and my dad come a lot and we are always happy with what we get. They are the most delicious subs in the world and I definitely recommend to get yourself a sub as well.

This place is fantastic! I have tried several sandwiches on their menu and I have yet to find something I haven’t been satisfied with.

I was in a bit of a rush to try and get home after a long day. James had finished my order in record time and had me on my way. Very friendly location!

Fantastic service as always from my man James, every time I'm getting a sandwich he always knows the perfect amount of sauce I like. As expected from the quality sandwich technicians here!

We used to live in the USA. We used Jersey Mikes in Connecticut it was good. We bought two Philly foot longs in Kitchener they had terrible meat and we got no preppers or onions it was terrible. I called and and was promised that two subs would be delivered to our house, This was on Sunday Nov 15! So far nothing! They have serous training problems and beef supply problems.

The food was decent but I damn near died when the cashier told me I owed her $48 for 3 regular sub combos.having eaten at their locations in numerous locations in the US it was an unexpected experience.it might explain their footprint in Canada.

Soooooooo gooood I used to come here everyday to consume Italian sub but it’s been month I haven’t cause I’ve been staying always from alcohol & pork

I was extremely disappointed this afternoon July 17,2019. I came in and had lunch at your Kitchener location between 12: 45-1: 45 today.
I ordered the chipotle cheesesteak and instead of steak you guys gave me ground beef.
If I wanted a burger I would have gone down the street. Is there an explanation for this?

I might be developing a slight addiction to Jersey Mike's. They taste delicious every time, service is pretty good and friendly. I think the price could be lower for what it is. You can get a whole sub elsewhere for cheaper.

FANTASTIC! If you think all sub experiences are equal then you've clearly not had a chance to meet Matt and his Gang at Jersey Mike's on Fairway Rd S in Kitchener near Fairview Park Mall. Fast, friendly, personal service; subs made fresh (they even slice the meat for each sub like an old-school deli) ; reasonably priced. You can't beat J-Mike's for subs!

The best place to experience an authentic submarine sandwich. This place makes Subway look like a joke. Not that they needed any help with that.

Not your ordinary sub joint. This place makes their Subs fresh and fast. If you are hungry order the Giant sub you won't be disappointed. My favorite is the "jersey shore favourite" #2 it is soooo delish.

Better than subway but very messy surface while making the subs. Onions were in the lettuce and there were loose food items everywhere.

Fabulous subs for our work lunch. Pre-ordered over the phone and service was excellent both on the phone and when picked up. 100% of sales not profit goes to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southwestern Ontario today. Great food for a great cause. No complaints at all. Will be back!:)
