Jessica’s Hair Salon saved my life. We met at the strangest of time's and it’s been history ever since then. Jessica is a positive happy individual, who works day and night to accommodate all of her loyal clients.

I've been a loyal client of Jessica's for years, and I can't rave enough about her exceptional talent with hair extensions. Her work is truly amazing, and I trust her implicitly with my hair. My experience with Jessica at Jessica Hair was flawless from start to finish. She was extremely quick to answer all of my questions prior and the booking process was very easy. As soon as I arrived at her gorgeous salon, she made me feel so comfortable, like I was one of her best friends. The application process flew by and she matched my hair colour perfectly, using four different shades blended in together. After it was done, I honestly couldn’t tell what was my real hair or not. I have been wearing hair extensions for about 9 years, so I know a thing or 2 about this topic. During that time I have tried many different brands and hair stylists. I was never too happy with any of them, some did a good job but took 8 to 10 hours to apply them, some had good hair extension quality, but bad technique on their application; some had good technique but horrible quality extensions. My quest to find the best person to do my hair extensions ended when I met Jessica, she is definitely the best hair extension salon in town. Here is what I like about her, her Salon speciality is Hair extensions, she knows her business and can please you with any kind of hair you desire and any kind of technique, she applies the extensions on record time, I don’t dread going to my extensions anymore as I am in and out in no time; she knows how to protect your own hair by changing the placement of the extensions every time, her placements are always comfortable on your head, no more sleepless nights or ripping the extensions because the placement is in the wrong place. I do fusion extensions and the bonds are small and discreet and no one will ever know I am wearing extensions. On top of that she is really nice and caring and her salon is relaxing, clean and beautiful. I am so happy I found her. Thank you Jessica for my beautiful hair.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR MICROWEFT EXTENSIONS!

I've been wearing this style of extensions for many years, but I moved away from my hometown and was looking for another salon to do it for me. I have very, very fine hair and have been told that stylists need to modify the extensions to my hair type and place them in the thicker parts of my scalp. The first time I went, the stylist did not install them correctly and they loosened significantly within the week. I went back a few months later and did tell her that they had loosened too quickly and even told her where to install them. However, these extensions also loosened again within the week. This method is supposed to last for atleast 1-2 months.

This clearly indicates that the stylist does not know how to properly install microweft extensions. I tried to get my money back, but Jessica was rigid and very rude. For a shop owner who was barely in the store both times I went, she really should pay more attention to what her stylists are doing and/or fix it herself or give clients their money back if they're unhappy.

I later went back to my original stylist and she discovered that they stylist at Jessica Hair had butchered my hair so badly that clumps had fallen out. All in all, save your money and don't come here.

Love my new extensions, Jessica pays great attention to detail and really cares about ensuring you love the work she does, the hair quality is amazing very satisfied

Jessica and her assistant cut my actual hair when I had been a good customer for a few times I started to notice every time I would go get my extensions fixed that they would cut my real hair more and after I took the extensions out I had so much small cut pieces all over my head and I was charged such outrageous prices. I would give this salon a 0 out of 5 stars very bad and I told them I didn’t want my actual hair damaged

Jessica is absolutely amazing! I came in for the first time back around 2017 with the most incredible hair insecurities and Jess literally helped me gain my confidence back! Jess has helped me along the way get growth back in my hair! Jess is very supportive to whatever your needs are and has always gave her most honest opinions. You will never feel pressured! The quality of the hair provided is always perfect! The best service I have ever received! Jess has amazing patience and amazing dedication to her job! Jessica needs to stop rolling her eyes at customers. Let me tell you thats what has driven me away lack of customer service, hungry for money she will rob your wallet for a stingy looking hair that is not worth it. Many more better places around gta. I went here today to get fusion extensions from Danielle and my mom got a haircut. It was my first time getting extensions. I ended up with the hair of my dreams! Danielle and the staff are all very talented, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. Super welcoming and the quality of hair is incredible. It was better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend this place not just for hair extensions but for a haircut as well. I seriously can’t express how happy and satisfied I am with my experience here, it was worth every penny!

Garbage hair, poor quality for $1260? No customer service, unprofessional hairstylist who has no idea about how to take care of hair extensions. Overcharged me first time and second. The owner Jessica constantly apologizing for everything. Omg never go there!

After a TON of research, I decided to try this place for the first time getting extensions. BIG MISTAKE.

When I arrived, I was not asked my name, not greeted pleasantly nor given her name.

I assumed that I was booking with Jessica since SHE is to whom I texted, to whom I sent an e-transfer deposit, and was never told it WOULDNT be her I was seeing.

The Staff Member I actually 'thought' was Jessica, was incredibly rude, -when I questioned a colour she had picked, she sarcastically ignored my concern and said "do you want your hair to match? ", never went through the process with me, didn't offered any suggestions other than Hot Fusion.

Not only did this lady not even speak to me, she answered every one one of my questions as if she was rolling her eyes at me.

Hair extensions are a BIG DEAL when its your first time getting them.and a big risk/expense. Clearly this woman couldn't have cared less about me as a customer.

I guess This Lady also double booked me since she left me sitting there for 20 minutes while she did a consultation for a lady who walked in. She then walked back to me, no apology, and continued on. I was furious to be treated the way I was being treated.like I was invisible. At times she pulled my hair so hard, my face winced!

When I asked her to cut the extensions shorter please, she said, again with her amazing sarcasm. "OH, so you want your extensions the same length as your own hair? " Obviously I didn't. The extensions were WAY longer than my own hair- I know my own freaking hair thank you! The "Know It All" didn't cut anymore off and sadly my housekeeper and 12 yr old daughter had to cut my hair to the length I wanted when I got home.

I walked out of that salon without any idea how to brush my hair, wash my hair, what product to use on extensions, how long my scalp was going to hurt.nothing. But I really wanted to get out of there before I cried.

I have NEVER reviewed a company no matter how bad the experience. I have never called them to discuss how bad things were.but this time I did!

Jessica called me back and was very sorry for my experience and say she would send me back the money that was overcharged that day.yes, of course she would send me my $$- they overcharged me and they were legally obliged to fix their mistake. But Jessica thought that was all she needed to do in the way of "Customer Service". She's great for returning money that belonged to me?

She also offered me an "on the house" haircut from someone- fairly empty offer in my opinion. And now Jessica is stating she offered me Extension Removal free of charge- I do not remember this offer. Besides.what part of my Complaint included getting my extensions taken out? Her wonderful 'Offer' has nothing to do with what I wanted. Its like offering a Dog owner some Cat food for free- not really helpful is it?
BTW- In the 30 yrs I've been getting highlights and haircuts, I have NEVER been asked for a deposit. If they had to order in extensions for me? Of course I would pay a Deposit. If the appt was taking 4 hours of their time, then I would absolutely pay a deposit. But this appt was shorter than most of my salon appts and I've NEVER been asked for a deposit anywhere in Toronto. NEVER.
I now see most of her reviews are from STUDENTS of her class, not her customers.
Oh wait.she said she would "TALK TO DANIELLE". WOW! That totally makes up for my experience. A good "talking to" for Staff Member-PHEW! PLUS.because I ended up paying MORE tip than I would have if I had been charged the correct amount - as a restaurant owner, tipping isn't done as a measure of a job well done, it is done to appreciate that the service is being done during a pandemic.

This is my 1 experience.

I took the hair extension training course with Jessica in March and I absolutely loved it! She’s very good at explaining different kinds of techniques and how they work. She’s also very kind and professional, and i genuinely learnt a lot from this course. She goes over everything in detail and fully answers any questions or concerns her students have, and it’s clear she wants them to excel in the future. Thank you Jessica!:)

I flew to Toronto from Vancouver to take Jessica’s Hair Extensions Course because no one really offered something like her course here. I have had my fusion extensions in for a month now. First I went in for a consultation with Jessica and she was very informative of how the process works, what hair she was going to use and how long it would take. Jessica blended my real hair with extensions seamless. You can not tell where my hair ends to the fake one. Although I can tell. The hair she uses is top quality after having it for a month it does not matt or gets knotted. Jessica is very sweet and pro at hair extensions! Her staff is friendly especially her mom Rachel! Thanks so much Jessica! Would recommend her to anybody that wants hair extensions!

Jessica is very professional and truly takes her time to listen. I lost most of my hair due to my health, looking at a full wig. I started inquiring about extensions. Jessica took the time to answer all my questions on the phone and in person. She was able to get me in within the week. The whole process made me feel so much better than I had felt in a long time, lifting my spirts and made me feel beautiful. Jessica is truly amazing and really cares for her clients.
