I visited Jessica salon for my hair transformation Rishabh did my cut very professionally. I got a short haircut that hè suggested me according to my face. I am very happy from the services.

Me and my sister in law got our make up and hair done for three events at Jessica. Kulvinder (the owner), Riya, Deep and Rishab helped us. I was extremely hesitant as i was getting the makeup done for the first time… however i was amazed at all four of them!
They were patient, understanding, respectful and very very warm and accommodating!
Both me and my SIL received many complements and we both looked very elegant!
The hairstyles were fabulous!

I recently visited jessica Hair Salon and I was blown away by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My stylist hussain took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave me some great recommendations based on my hair type and style. I went for a party makeup and hairstyling. As i already told them not to do a heavy makeup on me. Still EMILY did a heavy on my face and when i looked into the mirror my face looked so horrifying as if theres an another layer on me. I was so unhappy. Thank to God DEEP was there she did my hair and they were awesome also she tried fixing my make up. Its not a good place for make up. I wou. Also wen u go to pay for ur services they say extra amount and gives a reason that it is tax. So why did not u yell me while booking that the amount with and without tax. Dont fool ur customers plzzld never reccomend a make up from them

I should have known from the beginning this was going to be a disaster. Starting off, they washed my hair with a very poor quality shampoo, that you can tell right away was not good based off of how quickly it began to sud up. It was already foaming up in his hands before he even put it in my hair. On top of that, there was no use of conditioner on my hair. Then the station was littered with hair from the previous client, evident from the lack of clean up afterwards. I asked for layers and curtain bangs with my original length minus one inch, but it has been reduced by at least 6 inches, probably more. Then the icing on this cake is that I asked specifically for curtain bangs, even clarifying that I meant curtain bangs to which he nodded and said sure. Instead I left with regular bangs that cover my forehead. As if that wasn't enough when I told him this is not what I asked for he argued with me saying I told him I wanted bangs. When I told him that I instead asked for curtain bangs, he insisted that I asked for just bangs. Which is completely untrue, why would I ask for something I didn't want? When I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said I should have asked for shorter layers instead. Even though the hairstyles name is curtain bangs and he had clearly been told from the beginning that was what I wanted. It was clear he had no idea what I wanted and did not even try to clarify with me. Tired and sad that nothing could be done I asked him to complete the bangs which had already been cut half way, There was no way of saving my hair. And what's funny is you would think a hair salon knows how to care for your hair, but instead blow dried my hair with the hottest setting without heat protectant or blow drying butter. The blow dry was extremely messy and clearly not meant for anyone with curly hair. The lack of moisture after, and lack of moisturizing product put in it showed they had no regard for anyone with hair types other than what they are familiar with. Overall, for the price I paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. Will not recommend to anyone. I wasted my money, please don't waste yours.

I know Kulwinder the owner of this salon from very long time. She is very professional & know her job very well. What I like about this salon is that they keep adding new services. Also Deep is really good & does her work professionally.

Good service, People here are very kind make you feel like your at home. Had my hair cut done and beard did a wonderful job would highly recommend.

We went for a haircut and wash and they straighten the hair without mentioning that it will cost extra. During checkout they add it in the bill and we explained it the price was not mentioned, they started arguing that we should be aware of that. After that she forcefully said us that we should sit their and provide review if we don’t want to pay extra money.

I went here for a special occasion with a package for highlights, facial, make up and hairstyle. I can't express the feeling, it was just amazinggggg.the facial was sooo relaxing and I felt my skin was refreshed and rejuvenated after it.make up and hairstyle was the besttttttt by far I have done outside.the owner Kulwinder knows her job best and it shows in her work.highly recommended this place.

I have been going to Jessica salon for almost 4 years, and i am not an easy girl to please, especially when it comes to hair, but Jessica dee always went above and beyond my expectations. I really adore her. I always come to her all the way to Malton from my home (caledon). If you ever need a blowout or a cut and colour while you are in the city, CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! ITS WORTH IT!

I went to the salon yesterday. I was recommended by a friend. I met their owner Kulwinder. Her dealing is good but I would suggest you guys to please check the price before sitting on their service chair. Go straight to the counter and get complete breakup of the charges. I went there for haircut and colouring. I had very long hair and wanted to get it shoulder length and coloured as I was looking to get a positive change. They just referred me to the service chair. Kulwinder asked her staff to prepare me for the cut and color. I asked her the charges. After her staff opened my hair and helped me to choose the color then she came with her calculator and told that the total cost would be 280dollars. I asked her for the discount. She said she will do it later.she gave me 5 dollars discount It was little confusing and embarrassing for me to deny the service after I was prepared for it. She said global plus highlight and hair cut. Remind you guys it’s until shoulder length. And so expensive. I thought may be the result will come after the service so I kept sitting there for around 5hours. But the result came totally diff from the color I selected. She suggested me a straight hair cut. I went as per her professional advice. But I am not satisfied. It was not worth spending that much on so short hair. Everyone is saying me that it’s not worth. I am regretting that why I went for global color as no changes at all. It looks like highlights. It’s so hard to earn money but they charged me so much: (with no positive feedback from my friends. I wish u could get my 50% refund.

I wish, I could give less than 1 star. Very bad experience. These guys keep changing the barbers. I should get a good hairstylist or barbar. Here you explain something and get surprise haircut which you don't like.

Guys I suggest you go for other salons, there are plenty of it. Once you had bad hairstyle then you just need to hide it until it grow.

I took haircut from there and they ruined my long hairs. I asked for layer cut and the lady, she did nothing but just did my hair straight and equal In length. I wasted my money there. Doesnt matter what we told them about specific cut but they never listen.
Never Recommended. So upset about first experience there.

I went to Sahil for haircut yesterday and he totally ruined it. He is new and just learning. My personal advice is please don’t visit him for gents haircut.

Recently went in to get some services done and I was very impressed that as soon as i walked in there was someone at the door doing temperature checks. This made me feel extreamly safe because no other public place i've visited is taken this extra step to protect their customers from Covid. I seen another staff member cleaning and wiping down surfaces while another asked me for my telephone number and address.

I was nervous walking in due to the pandemic however with the practices in place i will be revisiting again.

Monica ruined my eyebrows, she doesn’t listen to what customer wants. Both the eyebrows are different shaped. She is very very over confident about her skills. Please learn to listen! Never going back.

They have only one color for hair in their saloon that is golden.they can do exttra favor like if you tell them to color few strips of hair they will colour all.totally embarassing.before visiting this saloon, i loved my hair because texture was too gud but now even i dnt like to comb my hair because they spoiled my hair with their one and only golden product.

They had another employee at the time as well named "Maria" who asked me if I wanted a haircut, but she is notorious for screwing up men's hair. I respect the owner, but would not recommend this place to anyone because the employees don’t care about the customer’s time. You lost a long time customer today.

I am very happy with service. Very proffesional and friendly staff. I was suffering from acnes, blamishes and hyperpigmentation. They have got a new guy name Mustafa, I have been getting haircuts in malton from last 8 years from different guys but this guy has the most stable hand and so calm person and best barber for me in malton I would say, he did my beard the indian way with blade (ustara), thank you so much again.
I have been to hair master on airport, he does nice beard too and few guys in the mall and MLB barber but Mustafa is great.he did the best haircut of my life.bas last thing is kamaal kraati bande ne.

This is such a nice place to have a makeover done. Recently I had to go somewhere and I had to get a bunch of services. I just came and talked to the owner and she right way provided me the services without any appointment. The staff is really good, warm welcoming and helpful. I was really hungry and was wondering to go and have food but they gave me pizza slices which they had ordered for themselves. I really appreciate the way they treat every client and give really good services as well. Usually they close by 8 but yesterday they gave me proper services and two of the staff members went at 9pm. I really appreciate this thing. On a whole this is best place to come and get things done. And i would recommend everyone to come here.

Worst Salon for waxing. On thursday, i went their for full body waxing, girl does nt know how to V Wax. After that when i checked there was blood all over tissue. I let it go as i have to take flight on the same day.
Now i can see rashes all over my body. They have used expired wax on body. Soon will post doc reports.
