I started seeing David a few months ago to treat scarring and he has been such a great help. He recommended the coolpeel and secret RF for my skin and it has already improved so much. Amanda does my treatments and she is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone!

This place has changed my skin! I started my skin journey late and was looking at clearing up my skin from the inside and removing some old stubborn pigment marks. Everyone here is incredible, professional and most importantly, you will achieve your skin results fast. I have been hopping around to other clinics and places for a while and regret it. This is a one-stop shop for all your skin needs. So grateful.

I’ve been a long time client with Jeunesse, more than 10 years. We’ve only had a very friendly, respectful relationship. I knew them when they were just a store (no spa) where I regularly bought their Jeunesse skin care products from in Richmond Hill. Loved their products for my super sensitive skin.

Fast forward to pandemic summer of 2020, I’m close to running out of my skin care products so I order my usual ones online. Six months later, no receipt of products. In that time, I AM THE ONE FOLLOWING UP, again in a friendly, respectful manner because of our long standing relationship. No initiative from Jeunesse to give me updates. In those 6 months, I’ve followed up I think 4-5 times by phone or email. David explains they are on back order. A month later, they have the products in Mississauga and he’ll ship them to me. Then a month later, he apologizes and says that he will personally go to Mississauga to pack and ship the $235+ worth of products to me. All correspondence still remain friendly, polite & respectful because I’m the type that dislikes confrontation. After 6 months though, I was out of products for a while now, found something else that I didn’t react to and was frustrated with Jeunesse by that point. In the end, I had to call VISA to get my refund. David never gave me that option with the store so VISA it was.

Since then, I’ve been trying to book my last 2 facials from a 10-facials package I purchased years ago. They have no expiry date. However, I started to notice a pattern from David, preventing me from booking an appointment with excuses like we are fully booked, etc. Finally I get a date in March simply because David was not the one who answered the call. The day before our appointment though, David calls to cancel my facial because the spa had a flood. I give him the benefit of my doubt but to be honest, my heart sinks. Two weeks later, an acquaintance is able to get an appointment with them at the end of March. I wait another 3 weeks because honestly, dealing with David at this point is stressing me out. Today (April 19) I call to make an appointment and he BOLDLY LIES and tells me that they are still not taking facial appointments because of their flooding. It’s been more than a month since he cancelled my appointment AND another friend has facial next week!

So obviously David is lying and making sure I could never use my last 2 facials. Through NO FAULT OF MINE, he’s basically “black listed” me because of THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (really it’s David) after being a long time, dedicated and friendly client of theirs.

Yes, their facials & aestheticians are good BUT David is like the gatekeeper. My word of advice is to be wary of buying their spa packages and don’t get on David’s bad side because he won’t honour the packages you purchased, even if you have been a 10+ years customer.

I've been seeing Theresa N for a few months. She's been doing cool peels, red touch and chemical peels on my skin. She is fantastic at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and I'm very happy with the progress I've made. Make sure you ask for her. You definitely won't be disappointed!

The service is good when you are at the clinic, they will try to sell you a lot of good services. However.when I was there for my appointment one day, they did not notify that they were closed. And due to the painful procedure, I was told to take 2 Tylenol before coming in, which I did. Waited for 1 hour outside and left them about 4 voicemails. No one informed me that they were closed or reschedule my appointment or cancel my appointment. There was no notice whatsoever. They never got back to me. By then I had moved to Oakville from Vaughan.

Now that COVID restrictions are relaxed/gone, I've rescheduled another appointment. There was no apology or anything but they were nice enough to keep my credits for the Secret RF. I am having microneedling sessions at another clinic in Oakville and because I'm 2 hours away from Vaughan, I had to make sure I do not do Microneedling so close together between sessions. It is recommended for a rest period of 3-4 weeks between sessions so I called to reschedule again. I left a voicemail as they did not answer, left my number and name. They did not call me back.

A week later, I called in again, and this time I asked to reschedule for April and they said there was no initial booking under my name. Turned out they cancelled it (saying it was because I called in to cancel, but I did not call in to cancel, I called in to reschedule). Overall, I don't think they care if they lose customers. I don't think they care much about having my business at all.

I just want to get this done so I never have to go back there again.

Very professional and I've gotten great results through working with her. Everyone compliments me on my skin. Amanda is very knowledgeable on a variety of treatments, and knows which treatments should be used to meet the needs of your skin. I highly recommend her!

Had a microneedling session with elena, and couldn't be more pleased. I already see a difference with one treatment! She is highly knowledgeable about skin and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her! She is also very flexible with time and patient. Thank you elena!

I am driving 2 hours every week to come and see David and the girls - this should already say how much I love this place! After trying various institutes to help with my melasma, seeing no results and even more patches on my face - I was fortunate to find Jeunesse and book an appointment with David. He was very patient and explained everything that went wrong with my face and proposed a package that would include different treatments targeting my condition. He also made sure that I understand that this condition requires time and patience but when treated it with consistency and the right treatments, we’ll eventually get rid of it!
Since I started the treatments 4 months ago, the results I am seeing are incredible! It’s still a journey but I am so so happy!
On top of this, I have been doing laser hair removal treatments with the latest technology (David always uses the latest devices on the market) and it’s great, efficient and painless!
I definitely recommend trying Jeunesse Spa, even if you need to drive longer - it is 100% worth it!

I have been coming to Jeunesse spa for a-few years now and I absolutely love it, I live an hour away now and still make the trip! David is wonderful in guiding you through your skincare journey. When I first came I had quite a bit of stubborn acne and no matter how much money I invested in products…they did nothing for me. When I started my treatments here, it’s gone! And hasn’t come back…been acne free for 2-3 years now. Staff is very kind and always welcoming. Thanks jeunesse spa team!

David is very knowledgeable and gives amazing customer service. Antonia is also a very good aesthetician she takes great care to ensure your comfort and always offers advice on how to treat your skin on a daily basis. My complexion has gotten so much better, David and team have delivered all the promises they made during the consultation.

I highly recommend this state of the art medical spa in Maple, ON for offering the latest technology available on the market, its highly efficient skincare therapies and its excellent customer service! David, the owner will suggest therapies best suited for your skin type. He is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. During my skincare procedure Antonia made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure step by step. I also loved the spa's beautiful decor and cleanliness. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this medical spa! The staff is extremely professional and made me feel comfortable at all times. Some of the therapies I’ve had include the coolpeel, carbon facial, PRP and chemical peels. All had excellent results and I’m always happy to go back for more.

Been going to different spas for facials and luckily my husband recommended Jeunesse spa for me to try. Been going there since 2019? Got the facial package since i liked the service plus its a good deal. Staff are nice and welcoming I feel comfortable there. I have some skin issues and david knows what treatment to recommend based on my concerns. He recommended cool peel i signed up right away. It was for 3 treatments and after my second treatment, i saw huge results. My skin got smoother and the pimple scars from wearing mask is gone. Although theres minimal downtime, it was worth it! I feel confident not to wear any make up. But i still wanna see more improvements and he guaranteed he’ll help me achieve it. He was really helpful! Awesome!

My wife had purchased a package of 10 facials. She gifted 2 to her friends and used 7 for herself prior to the end of 2020 (one facial remaining). She called in the Fall of 2020 to see if they are open, but was advised that they were closed due to the pandemic, however confirmed that she had one facial remaining at the time.
Due to many lockdowns in Ontario she was unable to use the final facial over the past 8 months, and so she waited until restrictions were lifted to go back. Upon arrival, they didn't check her temperature or make her use the hand sanitizer (ok whatever).
The owner/manager asked what facial she wanted, but when she said whatever is included in her package he said there were no facials remaining. This is towards the end of her maternity leave so she had to pay someone to watch our baby at home just so that she could enjoy this herself (after driving 30 minutes to the spa). He went on to say that it's been so long that she was not even in their system anymore. My wife didn't cause covid, so she obviously would have wanted to go in sooner to use up the rest of her package. She argued with the owner for 15 minutes, but obviously he did not care.
I'm disappointed in hearing about her experience and in the professionalism of retaining their existing customers - she will not return and will make sure all her friends she referred there are aware this is how the business is run upon re-opening.

All the staff at the spa are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Antonia and Sarah provide the best customer service I have ever seen. They make every procedure feel comfortable. David makes you feel welcomed from the minute you step through the doors. I cannot recommend this spa enough. Results are unparalleled.

I come to Jeunesse Spa and Skin Care for laser treatments. I've only had two sessions with the Motus Ax laser machine and it is AMAZING. I've had laser treatments done before that did nothing for me and were extremely painful. I was hesistant to get laser again because of my previous experiences at other spas. At Jeunesse, staff and owner are super professional and knowledgeable. Inside is very clean and organized. My sessions are never over 30 mins and I get three areas treated - upper lip, under arm and bikini - ZERO pain! Believe me, absolutely no pain, it's like nothing is happening but a couple of days later you start seeing the results - with only two treatments my underarm and bikini area hair growth is probably 80% LESS of what it was when I had my first treatment in November and my upper lip takes 5-6 weeks for the growth to be even noticeable (I used to wax on a weekly basis). If you are considering laser treatments I 100% recommend Jeunesse Spa, they are the best, treatments work, and you will see the results.

My mom had a very bad experience with this company.   She spent a 1000 dollars, on a service package, just prior to the pandemic and when they reopened they did not offer services anymore.   She tried to use her left over funds (500 dollars!) on products but the manager was very difficult to deal with and it was very hard to find a solution.   When she went there a month ago again he tried to make it very difficult for her to recoup my funds and she left very exasperated.   After this she decided that they can keep my funds.   We would not recommend this company at all.
