Very good atmosphere based on customer orientation, Mr. Jeff and Mrs. Asal are very personable and professional in their work.

First time visiting this barbershop as I explore what it could be my go-to in Richmond Hill and definitely they are in the top, super clean barbershop, friendly, professional and very customer oriented. They have other services available that I will try but when it comes to hair cut definitely they nailed. Clean, fast, and professional.

John (Khalil) is one of the best barbers that I’ve ever seen, very professional, agile and kind, highly recommended.

Great barbershop, John was very professional, and he fixed the mess that was my hair after I've visited a cheaper place. Price is reasonable and fair, you won't get a better haircut for this money. She is a professional hairdresser I’ve ever been in Toronto, GTA. She is also so friendly and because she has years experience in her job, she can advise you what is suitable for your face and hair.

Just had the worst hair cutting experience. I went without appointment, but the owner accepted me, even though he had his next appointment in 20min. He was extremely hasty right from the start, doing hair and beard together. I had to give instructions atleast 3-4times for him to understand. He couldnt see the difference between a straight line and curve on the 2 sides of beard. I had to leave with shoody fades, 2 different beard shapes on my face. No small hair clean up either. And then he charged the entire amoubt for hair and beard, when i was clearly i happy.

The service used to be really good, not anymore.

But hey, they offered coffee.thrice.so 1 star for that, i guess.

The fade of the haircut was garbage don’t recommend at all specially if you want curly under cut or any skin fade

I did my hair cut at Jeff's barber. The environment was so nice and clean. He offered me a very good coffee and biscuits while I was waiting. It was so neat and respectful. He was so professional. I realized that he used one comb for each person. After he finished with one person, he exchanged the comb and put the old one in a different bin. He charged me a fair amount for my hair cut. The hair cut was excellent and professional. It was at high standards. I also asked him to wash my hair. He washed it very smoothly. I really liked how respectful and kind he was. In general, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend to everyone.

The guy cutting my hair was extremely silent and kept glaring at me.
During the haircut he decides to pull on my hair multiple times without saying anything. All in all very violent, and I won't be coming back.
