We used Jia Jia for a condo-to-condo move last year and could not recommend them enough! They were extremely professional, incredibly efficient and careful with our belongings. Even our condo concierge commented that they were the most professional, respectful and effective movers he had seen - our loading area was very small and awkward to manage, but the Jia Jia movers maneuvered it with no issues and no complaint. The whole move went way faster than expected, and fees were exactly as quoted. We've since recommended Jia Jia to our friends/family and they have all had positive experiences as well.

(This review is long overdue, but in the course of reaching out to them again for another moving job, we realized we didn't review our previous experience and they deserve all the kudos!)

Jia Jia moving company saved the day for us!

We hired a different moving company that decided to cancel our move the day of and all of our stuff was already boxed up. In desperation we called a new moving company, Jia Jia, and they were incredible! They came and quickly, carefully, and expertly moved everything into their truck and moved us to our new house. They were professional, friendly, kind, and respectful.

I was a bit hesitant at first to go with a company I had never heard of but was pleasantly surprised. They were very professional from the start and were patient with me throughout the moving process. The process was pretty straight forward and communicating through email and phone was smooth. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Johnson, Terry and Abebe on the day of my move. They arrived at the appointed time and continued to work diligently, until the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company for your next move (based on my personal experience).

So one of best choices if you are moving your house Office. They are really great with prices, but with move it's more than price you care about service.

They have excellent people everyone was experienced and has been in that business for decades. I recently used them to move our office and they were excellent.

My friend had recommend me to use Jia Jia when I moved from condo to house. They don't slack around. Managed to do everything from start to end in around 3.15 hours. Very efficient and fast. I would highly recommend this moving company to everyone.

Used them for the past 7 moves. They are extremely hard workers. No complaints. Friendly. Prices not as affordable as they use to be as there seems to be more additional fees from what I remember. Also the last move, one guy seemed a little moody because of the amount of stuff I had which I found a little unprofessional. Also they were a little loud vocally for a moving into such a quiet neighbourhood, which is never a good first impression with the neighbours. I say things balance out because they are fast and don't really take many breaks. Overall a very good option for your moving services.

Jia Jia was very professional when it came to my move. Came on time and all the movers (3 movers) were very friendly, clean and presentable.

Had them dispose 5 big drawers and they did an "INCREDIBLE" job of cleaning out all the garbage in my basement.

The actual move to my new place was done with care and they were so careful not to damage anything.

Their price was below what I had expected. Unbeatable!

They are a legit moving company and they won't scam you. They quote you a price range with conditions and they stick to it. I have used them multiple times over the years, but my most recent move with them only scores 3 stars. I had 3 guys and the large truck. While 2 of the guys were excellent, the 3rd guy seemed careless and inexperienced. He didn't follow instructions well, he banged some furniture on the wall and made a dent in my new house, and he wasn't wearing his mask properly. Its probably a bit tougher to find good workers during covid, but in the past their movers were all professional and experienced, unlike this guy. A number of my furniture items seemed really roughed up after the move as well. Nothing valuable, but this move was definitely a downgrade from what I experienced with them in the past. I would still use them again and I would still refer them to others.

The movers showed up on time, slightly early in fact, they got right down to it and were very efficient. They took care to move the larger pieces carefully with a mind to protect both the furniture and the walls. All in all I would use them again.

Excellent movers. They arrived a little late but were very fast and efficient. I was budgeting for 8 hours with 4 movers and they managed to get the job done in 4 hours with only 3 movers. Came in way under budget and everything was moved with no damage. I highly recommend these guys and if I ever move again, I'll be a repeat customer.
