Got an oil change done here, service was very fast, also got a free pair of Bosch wiper blades which they install free of charge

Came for Lube oil filter. Had a coupon for either wiper blades or $15 off. Even though they had the wiper blades, they told me not in stock.
The tech did the oil change, didn't do any lubrication. When I asked for it, he said two doors should be enough? After I said no, he partially did the lubrication to 4 doors but not the hood latches and lift gate latch. I couldn't find 1/2 of the star or zero, that's why gave 1 star. One star was way over generous. The price was more than the Toyota dealership too. Never go back to the same location.

Got my transmission fluid replaced and an oil change for my ford escape. The thing which I liked the most was how fast the team is in terms of services, specially sunny being so polite and professional. Defiant recommended to everyone!

WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. I wish I can rate them in minus. They are not looking for any client to come back so they put all their efforts to squeeze whatever client bring in their wallet. I went there for oil change for my jaguar. They gave me price 119$…. After opening the oil filter they came up with 249$ because they were unable to find the right oil filter in their store. I was unable to do anything. Got stuck there. They increased the price 4 different times and finally made me pay 344$. While leaving I noticed the engine light turned ON after service. Upon my request they open my car again and left me helpless leaving my car with all the lights ON available on the dashboard. I had to spend 1784$ today at jaguar dealership for the mess they made. Why you will even touch a car if you have absolutely ZERO KNOWLEDGE about that. If there is any law available to punish those culprits, I am going to spend happily just to teach them a lesson. WARNING- DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE TO GO AT JIFFY LUBE EVER.

Changed oil there for buick enclave. Bad service for transmission flush lead to engine sieze. Don’t go there if you want your car safe. Go to mr.lube rather than this.

My go to place for all my services. Certified by Mercedes but alot cheaper. Always happy with my service, they’re quick and organized and explain what they are doing well before starting.

Went for oil change service and I did before at another location and they were truthful what and how I’m getting service. At this location a guy said himself a manager (I doubt he was) So I pulled in for semi synthetic oil change and this guy said you will get $25 gift card if you go for synthetic BUT here is the catch you will get but you will have to mail/email the company to get one. Manager first language must be English and mine is not but I would have been clear that you will get it from head office not from the store itself. And buddy the person so called manager if you are reading this be truthful and not play with words. Its not about money it’s about being truthful.
Update after reply from owner: that’s what I’m saying the miscommunication is on your so called managers side, I did asked for it before payment but he knew that he did not say the TRUTH ABOUT HOW TO CLAIM. He specifically said “you get $25 gift card” but he should say that you have to claim $25, I think you are smart to understand what I’m saying. (I’m repeating myself) But owner might be as well the part of this scam tactic. Do not say the fine print just the big words which are easy to read and easy to misunderstand.

Worst service I have ever received. They claimed to have checked everything off but did nothing other than change the oil. For a $100 I could have gone to a dealership and had better service. This will be the only time I use jiffy lube.

Extra charges for oil filter,
Cabin filter price $47, same filter available for $17.
When I asked and requested to replace with the old one, the technician said he couldn't replace it, and neither he could return the difference, and that difference is because shipment. Never recommend this location. Very bad experience.

I have a usual mechanic, however, due to recent work hour changes for me, it's proving a challenge to get there during their work hours. First vist to Jiffy. Ethan and Nigel both assisted me with my concerns, answered my questions and were very friendly. Awesome visit.quick, painless and thorough. Thanks guys.

Ray the store manager and his crew are very respectful and intelligent guys. I brought my daughter's car here for the first time. I will definitely bring all my cars here, great service and staff. These guys really get the job done quick and they do a great job doing it! I got a full inspection and details of of my car needs for maintenence all within 15-20 minutes. I'm impressed! There shop location is perfect for my family and I! I've recommended this place to numerous amount of friends, looking forward to my next visit!

They did change engine oil on my Honda civic but left drain plug loose that caused engine oil to drain completely. Luckily engine saved from damage. I had to spent a lot of money to fix that.

I arrived less than half an hour before closing. I was guided straight in and was out in less than 15 mins. Overall a fairly good and professional experience. My only concern is the final price of mid $60 for a basic oil and filter. Just seems a little high.

"Technician" over-tightened oil filter and broke the oil filter housing off of the engine. When confronted with the situation, manager differed blame. Poor customer service and no technical knowledge. Avoid at all costs.
*Edit-Owner asked to be contacted about incident. I contacted them, and they ghosted me.

Came in for automatic transmission service and transmission fluid change, these guys are very knowledgeable and responsible. Ray and Nigel are prompt and respectful. I would think twice about going elsewhere. Amazing service!

Always take my cars there. Since the last time I had a bit of a concern. Without getting into details, I've been busy with the holidays and getting the worst flu of my life I have delayed bringing it back to ask if there's a problem. It turned into NO PROBLEM with DJ and Nigel who took immediate above and beyond care of mea and the car. And just cause I've been going there for years doesn't mean they would remember me. 2017 Honda pilot After waiting for almost a hour for a oil change I was told they dont av the proper tool to open the oil tank to empty out old oil

They are big cheaters i call them to know about oil service they told me 90 then my car service is done they told the total is 145 dollars. Oo manager Give the proper information to ur customers. U thug

Leaving a coolant cap off and sending you patrons (who have stuck by you for many years) on their way is not acceptable, car overheated due to lack of coolant (which i fixed) but could have put my wife in a bad situation had she been driving on her own. Will probably not go back as I don't want to have to check my car over after every visit to see if the job was done correctly.

Bunch of clowns, i was waiting outside for 20 min. When the guy came over he smelled like marijuana. This place needs professional help and staff.

This place is horrible. These guys costed me over $1000.00 with my mechanic. Dont go here please, they are rip off. The owner is very disrespectful and was fully ignorant of my complaint. You can read there reviews how bad of a place this is.

As oppose to other shops that will try to maximize profit. The Senior Manager DJ was extremely pleasant, and I would honestly recommend this Jiffy Lube 10/10 times due to their positive attitude and their high quality of service. If you’re looking for a place to be your regular oil change shop, look no further.

Owner tried to tell me that my Kia Soul needed synthetic oil or at the very least semi synthetic. Claimed I was risking voiding my warranty.
It's a leased Kia Soul and it takes regular 5W30.
If you are going to lie to increase your profit, I would suggest being slightly less ridiculous.

I asked the mechanic what oil he was going to use in my bmw and he told me European oil. Then I asked what the viscosity of the oil would be and he told me he doesn’t know that. I will never bring my car to a mechanic that doesn’t even know what oil the vehicle he is working on needs.

Literally the worst experience at a oil change facility. Gretted by a guy with no uniform who was smoking, entered a filthy disgusting shop. The invoice said my tires were checked and washer fluid was topped up, neither thing was done. Shut down this garbage facility and let Mr. Lube show you how it's done.
