Words cannot express how amazing of a person Geraldine is. We were referred to her by our Day of Coordinator for our wedding, and within seconds of meeting her, we didn't want to look anywhere else. She is genuine, caring, and her prices are beyond fair. We took in photos of what we wanted, asked for some unique flowers to be added into my bouquet in honour of people, and she did absolutely everything we asked. She always had a smile on her face and always made you feel like a valued customer. As a bride, she was one of the best vendors we worked with. I called at 1130 am and had funeral flowers delivered to the funeral home by 1230. All done within a 10 minute phone call. Incredible fast and friendly service. The flower arrangements were perfect and beautiful! I would recommend this spot.

I had ordered flowers for my wedding, sending multiple photos and even descriptions of what I wanted for my bouquets: dark purples, maroons, all dark flowers with greenery. When I got to my wedding I had bright red, white and orange flowers completely different then what I had asked for. I was compensated 150 but am absolutely devastated that my flowers did not match my vision for my wedding. I look at my photos and could just cry.

I called ahead of time for valentines said they have tons of options to pick up for feb 14th, once I arrived on said day selection was limited and they hiked up the prices asked for $75 for a generic arrangement of max 8 flowers. Could 100% tell they were making up the price on the spot avoid this place at all costs flowers weren’t even nice

I order flowers all the time from Jim Anderson for my Mum for all occasions, been doing so for many years now! Living overseas it's hard to send gifts and things, but my Mum always loves some beautiful flowers! My Mum has always been happy with the flowers she has received!

I stopped in in Sunday afternoon but they were closed do had to rush to find another flower shop for that day.

I've used Jim Anderson flowers for many occasions and they never disappoint. Birthday, Sympathy and get well flowers as well as my wedding bouquet and floral decorations. I would definitely recommend.

So firstly I want to say that I really loved my bouquets, and my table runner, and my arbour piece. They were exactly like I wanted. However, my 2 star review comes from what happened after the wedding. Throughout the planning process, in the two meetings (which were 30+ minutes each) I had talked about how I wanted lush greens, a lot of ivy (I had wanted an all-ivy backdrop at a point in time during the planning process). I had brought in my centrepieces-gold lanterns, and had a conversation with Geraldine about what I wanted. I was very specific in describing my vision, she verbalized her understanding, drew a diagram and everything. Fast forward, wedding has come and gone, it was a fantastic blur of a day. I get my photos back and there is a photo of my tables. I was incredibly shocked to see that instead of greenery surrounding my lanterns, it looked like 5 stems of eucalyptus that were laying flat which was literally the opposite of what I had discussed with Geraldine. I contact her for a meeting to discuss how disappointed I was, which required me to send two emails in order to get a response (her typical response time during the planning process was same-day). I go into meet with her and explain that she had quoted me $50 a table to get what I wanted-and that i had agreed to that. She had said in one of the emails leading up to the meeting that she wouldn't have charged me more than $5-10 per table for the centerpieces. Throughout the meeting, she denied quoting me $50 a table, she repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain why I was upset, she tallied up what she had charged me and then pulled a quote of $15 a table out of no where (her calculations still left $187 unaccounted for in what I was charged for), she repeatedly gaslighted me by saying that "my math" didn't make sense and that what she charged me for table is what the eucalyptus cost and said that's what it took to stay in my budget (I never had a budget, she quoted me after I told her what I wanted) that it would've cost more to do what we had previously discussed at length (which I would've gladly paid if that meant she was going to deliver what we talked about). Only by the end of a 20 minute meeting did she finally take some responsibility, that she realizes she needs to take more detailed notes (despite her reminding me she has been doing multiple weddings a weekend for decades). She refunded me $200, which was appropriate however I would much rather have had centerpieces that didn't look like someone pulled a handful of greens from my head table runner and threw them around my centerpiece. (Succulents were my favors, placed there after set up in an attempt to make it not look bare).

Geraldine was our florist for our wedding in June. She was so fantastic to work with and made the whole process so easy! Her prices are so affordable and was so helpful in helping me achieve the look I was going for. Our arbor was supposed to be a simple arrangement of greens but when I saw it I was so surprised by the amazing arrangement of floral and greens! My bouquet and hair piece were perfect.everything turned out better than I could have imagined. Geraldine is so talented at what she does and runs a great business!

Stop! I did all the web researches, so save your time & order from here. They truly have beautiful fresh flowers in London Ontario! Also, Geraldine went above and beyond to get the delivery done perfectly at her expense. You cannot find this type of service anymore but WOW! You can count on Geraldine and her driver! I wish your services was in Toronto! I highly recommend everyone to call her directly and order too! Any teleflora you want she can create! She's so nice and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Very happy with this company. We ordered from the USA. Flowers matching the advertised photo arrived on time. When we called the florist to ask if indeed the intended recipient received the bouquet, the florist went above and beyond to assure us.

This horrible, greedy business delivered my Mother's Mothers day flowers one day early (they knew this was to be specifically for Mothers day).
They assured me it would be delivered on the correct day.
When I called them to complain, the Woman I spoke with was extremely rude, she kept repeating this was human error, as if this somehow exonerated them from responsibility and offered no redress.
Do your self a favor and do not do business with these rude dishonest people.
