Please choose this law firm carefully. There are many pitfalls and the fees are much higher than other law firms. Even the front desk charges for answering ordinary consultation calls from clients and responding to ordinary emails. It is not an exaggeration to say that this is a black shop.

Ridiculous. The law clerk seriously mishandled our case file and only contacted us the night before the execution. Absolutely ridiculous. Where is the 0 stars option? !

Such rude reception, the worst service I met, the lady do not know what is manner and arrogance attitude, ask me EMT money and send the contract first, if I need lawyer talk with me then I should pay extra money.execuse me? I pay the money and even do not meet the lawyer and talk with him? And I need thanks this receptionist suggestion, go find a new lawyer if I do not want pay the money first. Haven’t talked to the lawyer yet, but was so disappointed and frustrated by the front desk. She totally ruined my day. Such a rude woman, don’t know why she is still working there even thought there were a lot of complaints already in comments below. If you want to get business, you need to learn how to be polite first. Not just be mad and angry with your client who doesn’t know anything and just looking to seek for advice.

Two stars for Lawyer Zhang, patient and professional. O star for his clerks. They obviously don't realize why they could survive in a Chinese law firm.

Lawyer provides professional and accurate information and charged with low professional fees. The main problem is the law clerk, very unprofessional, makes a lot of mistakes.

Horrible experience working with them. I have been working as realtor over 12 years. This is my first time met such unprofessional and rude service. Waitting over 20 days after deal closing date and they said cheque is still on the way and then hang up. If you don't want your money from selling house, work with them, good luck!

Very impressed by their professional services. Staffs are all friendly and knowledgeable. Mr Zhang is very kind to answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends.

Very very rude service. The lady who picked up the phone was not professional at all. The way she talked to her customers was like everyone owed her money! Why were you yelling to your customer? How dare you!? !? ! Not sure if this is normal to other offices. The worst service I've ever seen. I would not recommend anyone to go to this office. The lawyer was okay. Please fire her!
