Honestly, the worst Quesedilla I've ever had in my life. Everything was soggy and nasty. Chicken was flavorless and box was filled with liquid like a soup. Disgusting!

Been a customer here for a long time. This is my favorite burrito spot. I walked into Jimmy's the other night waiting to order after 5 min of waiting a worker comes out from the back and says " Hi sorry we are closed". I said it's only 9: 20 it says your open till 10. The worker replied to me " nope we just closed". And to top it off this has been the third time this has happened! 2 other times they have closed way before hours state. Won't be coming back.

Food is ready, ingredients are fresh, customer service is great! A great spot in Whitby!

Arrived at 6: 18 and didnt leave til 6: 40. After one customer walked out I was told that there is no rice and no chicken, this is the 2nd time in a row for me. The store doesn't close til 11pm. Didn't look like there was any urgency to restock the front either, workers looked uninterested and struggled to get through a line no more than 5 people (which 3 walked out due to lack of food). This place USED to be good.

Once upon a time this place was good. Then they changed the fish they used and it got worse. Just had it again recently after a while and the beef in the burrito was underwhelming and kinda dry and the fish was still just so so. It might be just coincidently the times that I go but they always seem to be out of various toppings. With all of these other burrito places to try nearby I'm not sure I'd come back. It's not terrible. Just not what it used to be. And prices have jumped but then again so has everywhere else.

Such good food. Not your average burrito or bowl.great flavor throughout. Been going back quite often since I first tried it.

I placed an order online for two burrito bowls through the website. Told me it would be done by 12: 27pm. I go there at 12: 30pm and there's no order. The lady working there doesn't even apologize, doesn't say anything. The guy comes in and starts making the bowls. Nobody said anything about the fact that I placed an order and it wasn't ready. Horrible service.

Also, the portions have gotten so small! I ordered the Basa fish and the piece of fish was the size of two fingers. Still paid $13 for it. The other bowl was pulled pork and even that they put one small scoop of it. The crushed tortilla chips were stale. So disappointed.

Terrible experience for first time visit.
1. Chilli dog was not available
2. Side Chilli bowls not available and was put in two tiny condiment containers. I basically received 12 kidney beans and tomato sauce….
3. Burrito was good but very little steak for the price
4. Burrito wasn’t provided with Salsa as requested
5. Tacos were good but value for the amount of ground beef added is questionable

Really disappointed with my recent experience here. Used to be my favourite go-to burrito place. They were busy when I arrived and seemed that there was only one person able to make the food. I understand being busy, but the woman made a fish burrito then served other customers and touched everything (including putting her hand in the cheese) and she never changed her gloves. When it got to me I told her I have a deathly allergy and asked if she could change her gloves. She tried to argue with me saying she didn’t touch any fish.
They should be changing their gloves after every order. The end. I should probably call the health department. They’re lucky I didn’t get very ill. Never again.

I ordered my food which sat on the counter while other customers who came after me was grilled. Then they proceeded to cash out everyone before me while I waited and my food was ready just sitting there. Not happy at all. Orders should be completed, you cannot have someone grilling meat, one on take out orders and one making the orders of your not fulfilling those in line?

I could not be happier. I have really specific allergies, and was so worried I wouldn’t be able to eat anywhere anymore. The staff at Jimmy’s took the time to check ingredients/seasonings and made recommendations. Tasted amazing. Forever a favourite!

This is my favourite burrito place, they never fail to impress me but the prices seem to be getting higher every couple months. It’s good but it’s becoming an unaffordable option to eat at often. The burrito are truly delicious and they have such a great variety.

Got the fish tacos from this place last week. It was disappointing to say the very least. The taco seemed to have clinical depression and a lack of “spice of life”. The taco was incredibly soggy to the 3rd degree, and appeared to have livestock feed ingredients. Taco Bell is better than this place.

Just picked up a meal for my family. Pulled pork burrito, chorizo burrito and kids taco meal. Compared with other local burritos restaurants, Jimmy Guaco’s is the better option.

Nachos are excellent for the price. Nacho toppings are aplenty. Make sure you get it spicy. Burritos are pretty good too.

When somebody asks for green peppers but actually points at a bowl of jalapeños, you should probably correct them instead of loading them on a $16 burrito and ruining there afternoon. Figure it out

Also, you shouldn't have a tip option if your employees lack customer service.

Burrito's are good but not worth the price now! They had an amazing deal for $7.99 (small burrito and drink) but now back to regular price. For a small burrito (fish) and large veggie salad, it cost me almost $26 with tax. I will likely spend my money elsewhere, unless they came back with a good deal.

Better than Mucho Burrito but not as good as Chipolte. PROS: Portion sizes are pretty generous CONS: Chicken is extremely bland with no flavour. On the menu the chicken is described as tender/juicy/flavourful but it is extremely dry with barely any seasoning. The chorizo is the only protein I would recommend getting as it is pretty flavourful. Also the iceberg salad leaves and kale leaves are not always the freshest if you are like me and opt for a salad bowl. Hoping this location can re-look at their chicken recipe and be more diligent with keeping salad more fresh.

Unfortunately this visit was not impressive. Beef was over seasoned to point that could not get half way through. Salt was over powering. Nacho chips must have been expired 3 months ago. Sticker on bag said " Always Fresh ". Texture was like gum! Also took 50minutes for online order to be ready at 7pm on a Wednesday. Place used to be good.

The food was great but the old blonde lady that works here reminds me of a crazy lunch lady from high school, but replace crazy with "witchy". She's a wichy woman a wichaaaayyy woman!

A little pricey by takeout standards but certainly worth it for some of the best burritos around.toppings are shoveled on generously, even the regular sized burritos leave me satisfied.no additional cost for guacamole is a welcome bonus

Terrible food, especially for the price. If looking for a wrap near here, go to Elias's Naan and Kabob, the schwarma wrap there is a far better option. The service was also not very friendly, however they did their job. Overall pretty bad.

By far the best burrito place in town (and we've tried them all!)! We've ordered burritos from them a couple times per month for the last few years and have never left disappointed.

Very friendly staff, delicious food, and good prices relative to the portions. Big variety of menu options, toppings, and sauces. We bring all our friends and family here when they visit and they always rave about how amazing it is too.

The burritos are good, better than the competition in Whitby. However, I would like to bring the managers and owners attention to clean their ducts! If you look up you will see how all the ducts are covered in dust, when the AC is on, guess where all the dust falls on? The food! Most of the girls are friendly and the burritos taste good, but please owners! Look up your ceilings and hire a professional company to undust them.

Food tasted amazing. However the portion size was a joke. My salad was half full at best and it was supposed to be a large salad. The burrito was a small but should have been called mini. This was not a burrito off of the kids menu either.

I've been going here for years, amazing, and healthy choices. This Whitby location is much better then the Oshawa location on Athol. For some reason oshawa's seem to have issues with their ingredients sometimes being dry, watery etc. Whitby 10/10, oshawa 6/10.

We enjoy the variety of toppings. However, the proportions can vary drastically. I’m vegetarian and only get the large veggie bowl or the large baja fish bowl and the bowl can range from being a full meal to a bowl that is 2/3 full.

I can echo what other reviewers have said. Over priced for small portions, even when ordering large. The kids making burritos usually making them too small and not enough ingredients added. Management also doesn't seem to care about customer feedback or issues people have at the place.
(Had to throw away a meal in the past and management refused to address the problem)

The burrito quality is really good. It's big, stuffed full, and there's actually seasoning on the meat! The salsas and guacamole are also seem better than your average burrito place. They taste better and, I'm guessing have fresher ingredients being used in them.

I've order many burritos from here including chorizo and pulled pork or steak and it's always been fresh and tasty. The staff are very nice too.

My beyond meat sausage was cold (like basically frozen) and the girl who made my burrito didnt smile once so I was scared to tell them even though the cash lady was nice because all of it was at the bottom of my burrito! This was a redemption burrito from a burrito I had elsewhere yesterday that was also dissapointing.

Ordered a shrimp burrito Saturday night. Took one bite, noticed the shrimp was raw. Pulled one out, ice cold still. It's raw shrimp, not pre cooked. Threw it out.

Girls working were friendly, but man seafood faw might cause some problems.

I found the staff friendly, the food delicious and reasonably priced and great portions. They have sparkling water free on tap. It is not a franchise and is privately owned. I ordered sweet potato fries, and a burrito. They loaded it with Good for no extra charge, unlike some chainfood mexican restaurants. Inside it was clean, very tall chairs. I noticed a lot of EMS people visiting. Usually that is a good sign that the food is good.or that you need help.

Quick, good service and even better food. It's a bit pricier, but it's well worth it. Would definitely come back again.

Ordered the chicken burrito with olives, mango sauce and some amazing hot peppers that were beautifully minced.

Best burritos in Durham. Hands down. Dropped a star because there’s maybe ONE staff member who is actually kind and pleasant and the rest seem to be in a bad mood all the time.

Used to be my goto place but it's gone downhill lately. They're cheap as hell on toppings and more expensive. $14 for a tiny burrito is a rip off. I'm done with this place.

We've been going there ever since this establishment opened. Although the prices have gone up, we continue to come back as the food tastes good and the customer service that we have received from one particular server, Shirley, is excellent! She always greets us with a friendly smile and a warm hello. She's awesome! If you like fresh ingredients you might want to give this a try.

Whoever the owner is, you are disgustingly cheap and you have also trained your employees to act cheap as well. The prices have changed big time over the years. I ordered nachos “you are only allowed to pick one salsa or its $2 extra for more”. I asked for sour cream and borritto sauce “oh you can only pick one” and the one sauce i got was a little squirt maybe on 3 nachos.so basically i am to eat dry nachos or pay $20. The amount of money customers are paying for this low quality food we should be getting better service and more quantity. Employees are also rude and unwelcoming. Dont ever go to this location. The other locations are more generous with their toppings.

I like jimmy guacs as a franchise but this location is going downhill. The burritos here are made with structural integrity comparable to soup and my most recent visit left myself and my girlfriend both sick.plus they didnt have the same selection of drinks as other locations AND charged me for cookies but did not put them in my bag. Go to the oshawa location instead.
