The falafel meal is delicious and great value for money. They give 4-5 falafels in the meal with salad, sour cream and rice

I have received the worst customer service experience from Salie and manager Farsheed at Jimmy the Greek, Eaton Centre.where I made the full payment $32.75 for an incomplete order and when asked server Salie starts arguing with me infront of other customers at the counter, not apologizing and pointing finger accusing me I am wrong. Manager refused to give me my money back after returning the food.
This is unacceptable and poor customer service I have ever experienced, sad to see they don’t value their customers and I am afraid I will never come back to this place again. I am a big fan of Jimmy the Greek food but this terrible service from inexperienced staffs spoiled everything. I hope the owner provides proper customer service training, ur staff lack patience and professionalism and I hope others don’t experience the humiliation from ur staffs in public as this may negatively impact ur business in the long run. I am not surprised to see others complaints, rated 1 star due to similar bad experiences.
Thanks to Salie and Farsheed for the horrible customer service experience and refuse to refund my payment $32.75 or bother to even correct the meal.

Literally DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been to jimmy the Greek so many times and I can say with confidence this was a complete mess. My chicken wasn’t even fully cooked I had 2 undercooked pieces of chicken. I was so disappointed didn’t know if eating any other piece was going to be like the rest. NOBODY wants to eat their food literally searching to see if it’s cooked or not. Definitely will not be eating here again. The staff was a bit rude too I was trying to talk to this lady and she just ignored me and threw my takeout to the next girl, mind you there was no line. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Try cooked your food and using some customer service skills maybe you wouldn’t have so many bad reviews.

September 12,2023 at 01: 15pm. First time ordering a food here and I am kind of naive about the menu. I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki that come with rice and salad. Service crew prepared the food in a box meal. I didn’t know there’s another Chicken Souvlaki with pita. Then the asian lady before the counter who’s job is to ask customers what’s their order asked me what’s my order, I told her it’s chicken souvlaki. She rolled her eyes and appeared irritated. She asked me if it is a meal or a pita. As far as I know if it’s called a meal it includes a drink so I didn’t tell her it’s a meal because I might be charged with a drink. I was feeling confused, I just told her I didn’t order pita. She rolled her eyes again and raised her voiced and asked me “so it is a meal? ”. Since I am innocent in ordering there I answered “but I did not order a drink”. She rolled her eyes again then the service counter crew intervened and got my order. He is the one explained to me calmly about the menu. I felt humiliated in front of the other customers. I know it’s busy time but I hope you educate your staffs how to be patient and respectful to customers specially to people who has no idea about your menu.

Ordered Roast Chicken, it comes with Greek salad, rice and roast potatoes. Portions are large and great value for the money for Eaton Center Urban Eatery (food court) option. Chicken was decently juicy enough and not too dry. Potatoes, you can ask for burnt/slightly more roasted. Rice is normal. Tzatziki sauce tastes amazing and they give a big teaspoon of it.

There may be a queue before you place your order. Line moves quickly though. You pick up your own cutlery and they provide sufficient napkins at the cash register.

Solid food and fast service. Food moves faster than the people so sometimes it’s confusing.

The lady was so rude.at the cashier she didnt say anything or reply.had quite the attitude

I just had the beef tenderloin souvaki and it is tender and juicy! Reasonably priced with inflation nowadays. Always listens to my requests eg. Please add extra sauce etc.

Utterly disgusting food & service. I ordered Falafel wrap & all they gave me was vegetables put on a pita bread with 3 falafel patties (at order they told me it will be 4 falafel patty). They didn't even properly wrap it because when I opened the paper all the veggies and patty fell down. Falafel patty was not even properly cooked & when I asked for Tahini they simply didn't give any proper answer. The staff at the counter was busy preparing boxes for lunch so whatever live orders that they have on-hand & customers in front of them they simply didn't care. Avoid this place.

Complained about food and service to owner. Worst food & customer service in Toronto, the owner is a very RUDE and ARROGANT person, he thinks he owns Eaton centre, no customer service skills, no appreciation, no management, No eye contact, no acknowledgement, no remorse, only concentrating on his rudness and money. Owner is a Real embarrassment to poor employees, and franchise as a whole. Wish could give -5 star rating. Please don't waste time and money here.

The food was really tasty and it was filling! The perfect portion of chicken rice and vegetables! I really like the sauces.

Had a great experience ordering catering for 130 people. Everything was as requested and on time. Great communication with Reza.
Food was delicious and everyone at the company loved it. Also the portions are big so nobody complains about being hungry after eating it:)

Terrible service as usual. They messed up my order and I had to make the walk all the way to the office and back. They did nothing for wasting my time and getting my order incorrect. Super disappointing.

The Souvlaki chicken plate is pretty delicious. Very friendly staff and good service for fast food location.

Aside from the staff being extremely rude, the portions for my order that I received were a lot less than usual. I am very disappointed with my experience.

Honestly.pretty good for a food court meal! AlwYs flavourful and fresh, I'm a hard person to fill up but their portions are pretty decent, even the Greek chicken salad is pretty filling (probably filling for most people but I have a VERY empty stomach). The Greek dressing they use, the hot sauce and etc makes it so good. Definitely not a go to for an authentic Greek but it's pretty damn tasty!

Used to be my goto place for Greek but quality is so inconsistent that Ive mostly given up on this place

We tried the lamb chops meal and they took like 10 minutes to prepare them, however they warned about it. The food was ok. Maybe a little overcooked, but had good taste and the rice, salad and potatos went well

Amazing flavour of the lamb. Soft and gooey. Rice was turn off but salad and cream cheese was amazing.

Terrible experience horrible person who works there has a man bun so disrespectful rude look middle eastern absolutely horrible experience almost started a fight with me over a sauce do not recommend this location beware

As a Greek guy, knowing my paradox and my Greek food this is The WORST Greek Souvlaki I ever taste is from this place

Located in Sherway Gardens where the staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. Food is delicious and prices are affordable.

I'm a Hilton honours memeber and was very disappointed with the hotel. They do not follow there clean policy or show the hotel is under renovations on there web site. We were not advised in check in of the door safety stickers not available to safely show are room was safely cleaned. The rooms are new and clean the only bright side. But really how clean are they when they don't tell you they haven't received there safety room stickers. Hotel was a mess from Reno's and would have stayed accross the street at the Hampton especially after it was renovated.

Customer service was terrible guy who cooks in the back and helps in the front to pack the food, does not wear gloves or mask, he also stuck his finger into the food bowel which is disgusting and cross contamination and when I complain he gives me a response “ why didn’t you tell me before” with a attitude, first off I don’t need to tell you anything it’s common sense, your serving food to customers while convid-19 is lurking around, disappointed and disgusted.

The person serving the food is not wearing gloves, when asked to wear the gloves, he started arguing. These people should know that they are not only risking their life but also the people buying food from them. Sure not going back until they fix this.

I chose to eat here because there was a constant line of customers. Be ready for the fastest serve line ever and be prepared to give answers because they mean to get you signed, sealed, and delivered in less than a minute.

My chicken souvlaki, rice and salad were all very excellent but for whatever reason, my bowels felt like moving the contents just as fast out of my body like a mudslide.

If you wanna cleanse your colon quickly and enjoy tasting your cleanser, Jimmy the Stink is your place!

I ordered the vegetable dinner and roast chicken, overall the food was okay but the service is horrible. Service is to the point in and out which is beneficial to some who don't care about service. The service was beyond horrible, subpar at best with the current rating of 3.5 is a stretch. Food was good but horrible for your stomach the next day.

Bad experience, the food quantity was very less and also not good quality. Not worth the money I paid for.

Ordered the chicken wrap and it doesn’t have any taste. It’s tasteless. It needs a little bit of seasoning.

Tried the 'poutine' today and was absolutely disgusted. No creativity whatsoever, they just slapped some potatoes in a container and smothered it in sauce. The pictures advertised is not what you receive. Do not eat this.

I just paid 9 dollars for a few pieces of beef cubes that look like they were taken out of the garbage!

Very fast service. Most fast food places in the Eaton's Centre are fast but Jimmy the Greek has it down to a science. And delicious of course.

The customer service here is absolutely TRASH. AND THE FOOD IS OVERLOADED WITH SALT. Please make sure to have water with you if you decide to eat here.

I’ve been going to Jimmy the Greek for years and I always order the Gyros dinner. However, I’ve been quite disappointed with my last few visits. They significantly cut back on portions, typically serving about 5 strips of meat. In the past they’d give you a whole bunch. At $13, it really isn’t worth it. You’d be better off taking your money elsewhere - that’s certainly what I’ll be doing going forward.

I would say the ol' standby is still looking pretty good after all these years. I used to live in the area for many years but I haven't been back for the past 20 years and lo' and behold there it was.sitting in the outdoor patio with the Sun crossing overhead, our Saturday lunch was excellent

Food is okay, but their customer service is pathetic, they don't even use different serving spoons for veg and non vegetarians. Although they do have green and red colour but noone care to keep them differently. Many times they serve potatoes using non vegetarians serving spoon in a vegetarian platter and if you say something they simply deny it.
At worst they have even stopped giving glass of water. In Eaton centre's food court almost every shop keeps the glass of water and bottles, but looks like they want to sell their PLASTIC water bottles so no glass of water.

Food was horrible! Chicken souvlaki pita was dry and salad had hardly any dressing! They assume you want everything on your pita like onions tomatoes etc when they don't even ask you! I asked the worker there and she didn't care then i when i spoke to the manager about the staff not even asking us what we would like on our pita and not liking everything on our pitas he didn't seem to care nor offered to change it! Horrible service and horrible food!

Seems to be not a bad location but, they started charging extra for alterations and small things which are usually "on a house". "Crumbling" is NOT a good sign. Staff behavior mentioned in other comment is also present. Never go there again.

The staff here are very selfish and purposely give you noticeably smaller portions than most other Jimmy the Greek places.

Horribe and raw tasting, respectfully asked the manager to change the meat because it smells horrible, rudely came to my face and said i don't care! I will follow up with their headquarter!

The best Greek food with Tzatziki sauce and feta cheese. The olives and cucumbers complete the salad with the dressing of green olives. The baklava is a great add on with pistachios and the lamb shank is never boring.

Fast service and good quality of the food. The most time you spend lining up at lunch time is less than 5 minutes. Great people who serve others well.

Terrible customer service. They don’t listen to a modification of the order and have a way of looking at you and laughing and snickering at customers like they're a joke. New staff is highly recommended. Won't go back since there is a jimmy at 555 university. Far better service there.

This has to be the worst food I've ever had. The meat it dry and inedible. We complained and they responsed with "The meat must not be fresh today"

Why are you selling dry meat? Never go here. They didn't even offer to replace our meal.
