Worst Jimmy the Greek branch we've been to. The Calamari is ok but the serving was too small. I also ordered the roasted chicken but when we tasted it was not fresh and tasted awful. It's like the chicken has been cooked for days and is already bad but they kept selling it.

Their food is good. The price for the food is not good because the amount of rice they give you will still leave you hungry. They need to do better with their serving proportion of food.

This is hands down the best Jimmy location there is. The food is cooked perfectly, tastes great, the service is quick, and the employees are kind and helpful. I will never stop coming here!

I love Jimmy the Greek, but this specific store was a little bit frustrating because I have asked to have more salad since I was not going to have a lot of rice and I got less salad than usual. Either than that, everything good.

The food tasted great with a wide variety of options to choose from. Lovely staff and management got me my order within minutes. Will definitely be going back. JTGBM

I gave this location another chance today after ordering in the past. The last time their potatoes were undercooked. This time it was the rice. Their chicken skewers are very small! Shrinkflation at its finest. Horrible and disappointing.

Hillcrest Location serves better quality food. Will never order from their location again. Stay away.

Vaughan Mills gave terrible service. Hardly any Calamari and the Lamb was cold. The tray wasn't even under the display but I trusted it was warm. I was wrong. I ordered on September 23 about 20 minutes before closing time and expected the quality that I paid for but I didn't get it. They closed before I could notify them in person. Tzatziki sauce wasn't included either. I kindly requested to have a customer service call from their website 3 times over 3 weeks to discuss the service but still no reply. After noticing that nearly every online review for this location is 1 star, I learned my lesson about this restaurant and franchise.

No need to go back to this location again. STAFF are friendly, but the portions they serve is very small. Chicken is always burnt, that's not good.
Also they give you very little tziki in a small container. The owner is cheap, I'm not even going to lie about this. If you can't give enough tzkiki then why even buy your food. How would you like
fries without ketchup or a hamburger without all the dressing?
I hope business dies out and you guys throw away your food. Staff is friendly and have no common sense.the reason is they never got educated. NO EDUCATION.

Worst Jimmy location. Worst food, no hot sauce? Serving portions were terrible! Food tasted different (in a bad way) from other locations. Not worth it. So disappointed.

Neither the quality nor the quantity of food is like any other branch and we really are not here anymore. I am sorry for this management and I advise you not to spend your money for this restaurant.

A very fast and sweet location! I always ask for extra salad dressing and the last time I went they gave me a small pack on the side! Wow! Love it, LOL!:)

Just bought the food back home. Ordered chicken sovlaski plate but realized that there is no chicken but rice and salad only. Just be cautious to make sure you open the box and check it before heading back to home.

3 employees, 1.of them was extremely rude to the other colleague as well as to customers.

The female employee didn't have a hair net, had her hair falling out.

She didn't even wear gloves, I understand that it's not a requirement. But after scratching her face and hair she should have washed her hands and then served. This girl had white nail polish on. Super rude to us, when me and my boyfriend politely asked her to give some of the potatoes gravy. You food is amazing.please don't let such employees dominate and represent you.

Jimmy the greek is usually our go in mall food courts. Not this location. Food was cold, portions were small, and quality was poor. It’s too bad. Greek food is so simple to get right.

The absolute best greek food I've ever had and I've eaten a lottttt. Restaurants, the danforth and other places don't compare, this is the #1 best. I will always love this place, everything is so good

Worst location ever. Quantity is always less and on top some of the workers are extremely rude if you ask them to put a bit more. They ask you to pay more and get extra in a different container.

Unfriendly staff plus the quantity is shockingly small for what you are paying. I have been to many other jimmy the greek locations and this one has to be the worse. The head office should set a Standard quantity that every location should follow. Luckily, there are many other better options at this food court.

I wanted to commend them on great customer service on one of their employees. His name is nick. I am a vegetarian and they were only left with one spinach cheese pie with a huge line up. While the other server was like I don't know how long its gonna be. Nick made sure I got one. That also a fresh one. Thank you so much for great service. Specially since it's a busy Saturday and you are still being served with all smiles. Thanks for making a difference.

Highly disappointed! The food portion was horrible considering you are paying almost 14.00 for 2 two of potatoes, all well as small portion of rice. I love Jimmy the Greek but Vaughan mills location never again.please do better considering you are representing the franchise. Side Note: The employees does not give you a chance to add to order.

I love jmmy the Greek food but not at this location I used to eat Chicken dinner 4 times of week on hillcrest mall location For past 4 years love it you should try hillcrest Mall location since I moved my office to Vaughan area I tried vughan mills Mall I called fake jommy the Greek. They mix up water with darssing No cucumber on salad. Cold Chicken low quality Chicken

Ordered today through door dash, asked for mini potatoes and souvlaki. Got large potatoes (btw they had that On the menu as well). Tasted old and reheated. Avoid it at all cost.

The staff like zombies, service extremely rude and bad! Asked me if y I need rice or potatoes, then only rice for my meal, when I asked them, they said” I asked u if you need rice or potatoes “which should be both of them! They put both rice and potatoes on my second order! These staffs are funny!

No Greek food here! Simply bread, lettuce, terrible tomatoes! And pretty much the same chicken Costco sells? They should simply call it Jimmy’s because the food is flavourless.
