Worse meal I've bought in a long time. Salmon was cold like winter, tasteless like water and hard like an iceberg. 2nd time in a row i"ve had their food with grave disappointment - won't be a 3rd.

Asked for my Salad to be put in a different container. And the look that I got from the gentleman was unbelievable. Sorry I don't like my salad to be warm. The chicken and pork were absolutely dry. And your portions are an absolute joke. And your price is keep going up. Never again.

I paid $18.00 for a food that tastest water. No, salt in it even. They don't know, how we pay our hard earning money? Just it's theft.

Ridiculous food portions. Servers always reply with mocking expressions. I always regret having thier unsatisfied food and disgusting service. I don't know what happened to this place.

I ordered a gyro dinner with two side pitas. Another lady who I didn’t give my order to came up to me asking “you ordered what pita? ” I said “2 side pitas. ”.
She still didn’t understand and gave me a dirty look.
Even the woman who I originally gave the order to looked at her when she didn’t understand that I wanted 2 side pitas.
So I said “if you didn’t hear me then why didn’t you ask the lady I ordered from instead of giving me a dirty look”.
The man at the cash then whispered something to the woman who had given me the dirty look and they both laughed…totally unprofessional. I did nothing wrong and felt totally disrespected.
I spent $20 for bad attitudes. They charged me for both pitas when I believe one comes with the meal?
Wow great customer service. ; (

Several times I ordered from this location, lately I am noticing it becoming absolutely ridiculous how they are serving less and less by cutting back on every thing and charging so much for what they are offering! Food portion is not acceptable!

There were 2 strands of hair on my food. I’ve requested for a new one and refused to give me a new one. Worst customer service.

Nice staff but unfortunately the quality and taste of Jimmy’s food is not a true representation of Greek food. I’d describe this more like bland Greek prison food and for the price I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. This was the worst food I’d had during my 2 week vacation in Toronto and on this occasion I was so appalled I had to spend another $15 with another restaurant as a replacement meal

This place is horrible. The first time the ladies behind the counter we're looking so angry. When I wanted something she would do it aggressively. When I went to pay the same lady serving me was making comments. So I decided to tell her if she doesn't like her job quit.the sec time I went my friend order. When she brought it to the table I thought there was no taziki sauce. I went back to the cash. Where an old man was he told me it's extra. So I took out my card. As I was going to pay. He said there's sauce in there and I realized there was but so little. So I told him I want more so I'll pay. He aggressively grabbed my food went to pour more and threw it at me.this place is so disrespectful. U want business this is not the way to treat people. I hope u go out of business. Because there's other small businesses that r nicer. And deserve customer. Not this this place

Rude service all around. Was still served the same piece of salmon that was mishandled by the man, not to mention the arrogant woman who scolded me about potatoes.

Are they trippin here, chicken so dry that I thought I was reliving my teen days playing prince of Persia the sands of time.portion so small I wondered if I was getting a second delivery.does Jimmy even try his food before parcelling it.would not recommend it even if u had a coupon.

I just ordered chicken from here and it was drier than Nevada dessert. I can cook better at home. Please get it together and the chicken meal. I mean jeeze what a rip off one little small thing for 20 bucks.

I've never seen the calamari as a option on the menu so I decided to give it a go and it was so well worth it. The calamari where crunchy and perfectly fried. Strongly recommend this dish.

I got the spinach and cheese pie dinner meal with salad, rice, and potatoes. It was really good. However, I felt rushed and kind of stressed while ordering, didn't even get to get hot sauce but the food was really good. I enjoyed it! I definetly recommend having this if you're feeling particularly ravenous

This place is a disgrace I ordered chicken souvlaki and Roasted lamb but the rice was undercooked and tasteless. Don't even think about ordering roasted lamb.

This was the 2nd time happened. The first time i ordered souvlaki chicken dinner. When i got home, just salad rice and potatoes no chicken at all. This time dec 21,2021. I ordered same but no tzatziki sauce. Cashier is awesome. Just the server

Chciken is dry, hardly any rice given in a meal, people working there could care less about their job.

Food was good and Shawn/Sean (Idk how to spell it) definitely deserves a raise! Very polite employee

By far, probably the worst place for a gyro wrap. Compared this place with any other mall’s jimmy this is honestly a let down. Remember the old commercial where they had so much veggies and sauce to go with the wrap? Yeah. It didn’t happen here. I asked Nicky to have everything inside the gryo, I ended up getting 5 slices of onions, 2 tomato chucks, and barley visible lettuce. Don’t even mention the sauce, I got 1/5 of a scoop. It just felt like the driest wrap you’d ever have. I understand it’s mall food and you should have 5star restaurant expections, But to have this experience now feels quite a bit disappointing.: (

Great location that always offers fresh and delicious Greek cuisine. My fave go to choice is the gyro dinner. The potatoes are nicely seasoned and the meat is always tender and juicy. The salad is always crispy and fresh. I always add extra tzatziki sauce over everything!

Terrible experience dealing with the Manager, he patronizes women, possible hatred toward them.

Food/Service was alright but lacked flavour and seasoning compared to other Jimmy the Greeks I've been to.

Bad service today at 4: 30pm the lady who starts serving you, served salad and yzatziki sauce. I asked her if I can have some tzatziki she told me “ I am done serving you” while my plate is in front of her. She pushes my plate aside to the next sever to place meat in my plate. We have a awkward moment cause there no one else behind me for her to serve and I’m waiting on the next server. She could of easily served me she choose not to. I only expect to be served this bad in prison, not in society. She shouldn’t be working in this environment, she has no excuse of being this rude.

Food had horrible taste. Potatoes were like complete mashed potatoes. Rice had no flavor at all. The server put jajiki sause right on top.of the salad, instead of putting it on the side. I eat greek food all the time, this was the worst. If you dont know anything about Greek food, don't buy the franchises because you dont know how to cook the food. It's like I buy manhuwok franchises but I don't know how to cook Chinese food.

We ordered two lambchop but when we tasted them. Felt the worst chops ever. They are just hard, half cooked like plastic, also too small for pieces with just marinated with salt. It does not worth $15. The place is a looter and money mangerer losers who cheat people with lucrative sign parc and photos.

Worst experience of food.jimmy the greek is my fav.food court ever.but yesterday in the Yorkdale mall they severed worst poutine which I never expect from Jimmy the Greek.gravy not hot.no cheese.potatoes not even cooked properly.we are paying money.its not free right.so please I request you to tell your servers to serve good food.

Just purchased chicken souvlaki dinner and asked for a extra sauce as this location provides sauce in small container. Staff asked for an additional 0.75 cents as the owner is too cheap to keep customers happy. Poor business management and customer care.

The food was horrible. The cashier did not even want to give me plastic utensils for take out meal. After I paid she just waved bye. What a joke.

I ordered roast chicken there today around 5: 05pm today, the server who asked me what I want looked at me and talked to me with a poker face (I’m apparently Asian), the customer behind me was a lady (maybe non-Asian) and I noticed that the server was all smiles with her and gave much more salad to her than to me (we both had our food served on a plate). Is that the way she wanted to let me know that I’m not welcomed here? I have done nothing to offend her, and I have no control being born Asian! Well that’s the last time I’ll ever go there anyway.

Jimmy the Greek has good healrhy food for a decent price. I like to get the Greek salad with Salmon or chicken.

Food is ok. Does not compluwith yorkdale''s effort to reduce waste… does not replenish reusable utensils and i had to almost yell to get a plate rather than thr take out

The food was horrible. The chicken was chewy and clearly cheap cuts were used. Service was horrible and every request was greeted with a sigh. Stay away. Bad food and bad service.
