Jimmy The Greek

Very underwhelming experience! Jimmy the Greek is my favourite fast food but our go-to location is in Oakville Place mall and we are custom to the quality there… what a difference here sorry to say… less flavour, less freshness, less portions, runny tzatziki. Consistency should really be the same at each location.

Don’t recommend here I asked for extra cucumbers and they gave me 6 thin cucumber the rice is dry old the potatoes and undercooked and not seasoned the chicken is small pieces and undercooked/raw pink inside the chicken the sauce is watery do not recommend

Sub par Greek food for a premium price. 16$ for a little tiny gyro wrap on a stale cold pita with a worthless side of potatoes. Save yourselves from still feeling hungry after this meal and go down the street to Sakis.

The food was tasteless. Tzatki was very watery and no taste.the counter person was friendly. Only reason rating is as high as it is.

Asked for no olives and extra onions on my salad and was not a problem. Lamb was delicious. Minus 1 star because their price is slightly higher than other Jimmy the Greeks located in more expensive malls.

Ordered a gyro pit and salad. The lettuce was brown on the edges and tomatoes were soggy like they had been cut the day before. Sadly unimpressed.

Great customer service, great food. I'm normally a very picky person but this place is fantastic. Usually my lunch/dinner stop whenever I'm nearby. The roast chicken is my fav!

Awful. The person helping was so rude, mother was rude. Very small portions. Wasn't hot. My wife was a bit sick after eating this. First time eating here, will be my last.

Jimmy the Greek is my go to mall food, but this location is Jimmy the disappointment.
Very small and dry chicken, the potato’s have zero flavour, and the tzatziki was runny

The gyro could definitely be better. The chicken pita gyro had no soul or substance.
Good and fast service though.

Food was sub-par and cashier was extremely rude to my wife. Requested a Greek salad with chicken 3 times and the cashier just replied “it’s in the bag”. We know the side salad that came with the Gyro and rice was in the bag but she clearly was asking for a second salad. Apparently that’s a difficult ask. Disappointing.

Worst jimmy the Greek ever. Meat was so dry and stale. Veggies in salad cut so small and the salad was all watery. The tzatziki sauce was like water too. I’ve been to many Jimmy the Greek but Burlington mall is the worst by far. Never again.

What a disappointment! Had not had Jimmies for a while and what we received was a real eye opener! Food was dry and tasteless. They packed our salad in with our hot food -if eating in that's ok but delivery is another. Salad was soggy with paper thin veggies - paid for extra feta didn't get any. Ordered 2 pork skewers on the side, charged 6 dollars each and got only 6 pcs of meat? Ordered chicken souvlaki dinner and chicken was the same only a few pcs. Ordered large potatoes, charged 12 dollars and received boiled not roasted potatoes - quantity of maybe 2 whole potatoes, no spices nothing on them - I could have made that at home! The take out containers are garbage not robust enough to hold your food or keep it warm. This is such stark contrast than on my last visit, needless to say this will be my last visit nor would I recommend this place to anyone period! The only thing that was good was our canned sodas were cold! We realize things have increased but taste, flavour, quantity (portion) sizes should remain the same not decrease. Super poor quality of food and containers all for the low price of 65.00? Never again, hopes this helps others save their money.

Just bought a souvlaki dinner here the portions here was so very little compared to other locations sorry won’t eat from here again why the tzatziki sauce so runny is it expired

Don’t waste your money here greek food isn’t the same when a different culture is trying to make it for u but a greek. Aside from that food was from days before and such cheap portion.

Was charged $24 for this at Jimmy the Greek. No rice, no potatoes.just salad and an extra skewer. Meat was dry and tasteless. The week before they only charged $16. So inconsistent, salad is unappealing with veggies sliced so thin you can see through them. So overpriced for dry meats and wilted vegetables. I usually don't like giving bad reviews but enough is enough.

I go everywhere to Jimmy The Greek & I visited many locations, This is the worst.
Portions are cut into half, Chicken Souvlaki not fresh at all.

This location is great if you are planning to starve to death. Tomatoes are cut razor thin and portions are the smallest I've ever seen in any jimmy's location so far. My friend and I bought meals and we were not given any napkins. When I came back to ask for some, I was given just the one. I explained we got two meals and I was told "they're big you can split them in half". What a joke
