Jimmy The Greek

This Jimmy the Greek location just gets worse and worse… asked for extra potatoes and the guy working there said “it only comes with three like the picture, for another potato I will take one spoon out of the rice I put for you in your plate” UNBELIEVABLE! These people just get cheaper and cheaper. How about you lower your prices for a plate since you’re only giving half portions. The rice barely made a full spoon and the salad was already pre-made. Thanks I’d like to pick my salad rather than having it placed on the counter for God knows how long.

Horrible customer service. I was with my my toddler and infant, the last thing on my mind was asking for a bag in advance and the cashier never asked. Once I realized I didn’t ask she had an attitude. I was still willing to pay the price for the bag but only had my credit card and she said they have a $5 minimum. The other worker proceeded to say it was my fault for not asking in advance (I was engaging with my baby) and in the most degrading voice the other worker says, “you don’t have 10 cents on you? ”
On top of that, food tasted stale.

Portion sizes are way too small for 20$ compared to other locations. Lady was rude when I asked for more tzatziki sauce. Got literally 1 olive on my salad. And the onions in the salad barely chopped.

The food is subpar compared to other Jimmy the Greek. The people serving are also rude. The portion size is really small and they put the white and hot sauce on the rice instead of on the side. I was here on April 22nd and I am not coming back.

First and last time! Ordered a chicken salad for 15$ and got only 4 pieces of chicken and whole bunch of lettuce. It’s a real shame to serve food for so high price!

Staff was unfriendly and the portions are small. I had to request a refund for them to add some meat. I ordered the chicken souvlaki and the meat was the same thickness as the stick they use. My chicken was also not cooked as it still had blood. Guaranteed the worst Jimmy the Greek location!

Super bad customer service by a guy.wanted an extra bag for stuff to carry and was ready to pay for bag as well but i had to buy food again in order to get a bag. Really disappointed do not come here no basics of customer service

The worst of all the Jimmy The Greek locations that I have tried you, they always cheat you by giving skimpy meal inspite of a premium price you pay. All because of Overhyped Square One and they think they will get business anyways! Cheap Shoddy customer service and rude staff & servers.

If I could rate this place 0, I would.
The portions are really small compared to the jimmy the Greek restaurant in the other malls in Ontario. The servers have no manners. The food is too pricey for what you receive.

Wish I read these reviews before I ate here zero stars for sure. Go to any other Jimmy the Greek (Oakville place is amazing) but this one, they give Jimmy the Greek a poor rep. Rice and potatoes had zero flavour, gave you about 3 pieces of lettuce, maybe 3 bites of chicken…what a waste.
I asked for no dressing on my salad and when my server wasn’t looking another lady dumped dressing all over my salad without saying a word. Rushed us through when there wasn’t even a line behind us. Staff was lazy and inattentive especially the older lady which we see from other reviews is a trend. Wish I had said something in the moment but was astonished at how horrible they were. Just a chaotic, unorganized mess of a usually great franchise.

What all the other reviews said, don’t think I need to repeat it but if I can give zero stars I would. Choose any place to eat in the world but here.
They literally picked out lettuce from my plate like two pieces… and only half of my salad had dressing I would have to pay extra for the rest of my salad to have dressing I guess. Hopefully one day this place will get proper people running it for now stay clear.
Staff is extremely rude as well.

I usually get the roast chicken leg from Jimmy The Greek. The staff is nice and always asks if we need any toppings. They give us a good-sized chicken leg and put a great amount of veggies and toppings on it. Of course, the portion size decreases a bit because my hubby doesn't feel full and still wants to eat dessert. But overall, I think it's alright and it tastes fine to us.

I ordered from Jimmy the Greek through DoorDash this date. I was completely disappointed. I will never order from Jimmy the Greek again. For 17 and change dollars the meal was not worth it at all.it was the chicken souvlaki meal that I ordered.there were three very small pieces of chicken on a stick that were not marinated well and was mostly disappointed in the chicken at the portion size. I was also disappointed in the portion size of the Greek salad which was extremely small with approximately only 1 tablespoon or less of feta cheese. No pita bread or sweet honey sticks were offered as other Greek places give automatically. I’ve ordered many chicken souvlaki‘s over the years and this was the most disappointed I’ve been. C and Dubbs which is a hamburger place off of Dundas In Mississauga isn’t even known for Greek food and yet their chicken souvlaki meal is 10 times better than Jimmy the Greek‘s.

Extremely extremely staff rude, horrible attitude especially the old lady. I love jimmy the greek food but m never coming back here.

Bought a chicken souvlaki meal at this location and asked for no olives but extra tomatoes. Got charged $1.40 for an extra 4 slices of tomatoes. The rice serving was ridiculous and my plate was basically half filled. I understand inflation exists but don’t cheap out and give what customers are paying for.

Take your $14 or whatever it costs somewhere else!

That old lady at counter got super rude upon asking about portions. Horrible experience. I will nvr cm back to this place.

Terrible place to eat here at the mall. Cheese pastry pie was very very dry. Complained but was denied a fresh pie. Also portions were smaller and not cooked right. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Extremely rude staff, small portions, extra charges for a few olives and did not even put feta cheese on both my salads. I went up to ask for the feta and as I’m the liar they made me bring both dinner back to prove there was no feta. Apparently this teen can see under the cream sauce to say that was feta on the salad. Nope not at all. He then sprinkles a little bit on top of the salad dressing. Unbelievable rude stingy, now from reading the other reviews I see that this is a common complaint at this location.

Lousy unfriendly staff working there. Asked to put tomato and onion in a separate container and the Kid behind the counter refused. Even though there was a small container which I pointed out. They are that cheap to give you a small container on the side. No smiles from anyone, mediocre food, pretty tasteless and bad customer service. Can it get any worse? What’s up with square one. I don’t remember the food court to be this bad!

17$ for chicken souvlaki dinner with only 1 skewer of chicken? !? ! Rip off. I asked for extra garlic sauce and got charged a whole 1.50 for it. The sauce container hardly had anything in it. They’re so cheap here. Very disappointed

The lady working at front is soo rude. I asked her to give some extra onion and she started charging me. She’s has attitude problem and someone will tell her how to speak. Jimmy the greek franchise should fire these kind of ladies

I have visited many Jimmy the Greek locations and I just loved their food. But this location is just a joke for the name of Greek food. Really very small portion and even that not upto the mark. They did not included olives, cucumber, feta cheese, enough tomatoes, side sauce, I don’t know for which reason. Not coming back ever here.

I have have been eating at this location for years and never had a problem until my recent trip. Last week I visited this location and told the lady what I wanted. I asked for extra sauce and she thought I mean extra meat. I quickly told her thats not what I wanted and she started to get annoyed, threw her hands up and started giving attitude. Then she proceeded to gossip about me in front of me with another worker. For a simple misunderstanding this reaction was not necessary and completely unprofessional. Reading other reviews, I can tell i'm not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience here.
