OH MY GOD ACTUALLY OMG. I came here today right and I went to this get a gyro and this man some bald darker older man starting picking st his tooth for a second and went back to asking me what break I wanted and touched it with his bear hand. I ended up leaving obviously but so nasty Forsure a cause for concern WOULDNT eat here unless you want bro touching your food with his teeth fingers.
Location is in Dufferin mall, I grew up in this area since I was a child, moved to the west coast of Canada and jimmy the greek is not over there. I was visiting my family and decided to go to jimmy the Greek, since I loved it ever since highschool. Ordered the chicken souvlaki meal and it is still the best. Love the dressing they use for the salad a proper Greek salad with good amount of feta cheese! I really love the rice here too! Tasted the same like I always had it while growing up. Big portion was delightfully stuffed after finishing the whole thing!
Please save your money and go to the one at Easton's mall. They are very busy hence the food stays fresh at all times. This location however only serves old food from the previous day with a straight face. I should have gone to KFC instead.
The Gyro meat was like leather. Not sure why they couldn't cut some fresh instead of using the old Leather from a container. Also they charged extra for three slices of cucumber. Do yourself a favour and go to villa Madina instead.
Worst costumer service you’ll ever receive. The ladies who work there are always rude doesn’t fail. Way over priced and very stingy with they’re portions.
A little overpriced but always delicious …when I’m trying to be healthy I just get the Greek salad with the chicken kebab love their hot sauce and tzatziki yum!
Good food as always.but today I had a bad experience with two employees who were serving.the first one wouldn't do without you saying the name of the dish.what was holding up a lot, the lady was totally out of patience and rude. I always ate at this place. I was never treated badly.
I love Jimmy The Greek but each location is different. Today I am at Dufferin Mall and I ordered chicken souvlaki pita. Food tastes as good as at the other locations but I didn’t like how it was served and how little sauce or salad was in it. It was too dry to eat it and after I opened it all came off… I am glad I ate it at a table:)
Prices have really shot up here, like everywhere else. I paid about $18 for a chicken souvlaki meal, iced tea and tax. Very tasty and tender chicken plus the quantity of food was plentiful. It was a good choice in the food court at Dufferin Mall.
My husband and I just picked up a few chicken souvlaki meals and we absolutely enjoyed every bite. The chicken was tasty and juicy; the rice was fluffy, the potatoes were yummy as well as the salad. Generous portions too! Thank you for the lovely meals! We will be returning as we have been for 5 years!
The food is as good as it gets at this specific Jimmy The Greek. Chicken souvlaki is always perfect. Honestly, I don’t understand the low review score.
I never leave reviews for franchises/ chains but this Jimmy's is unbelievable.i order from them for our office all the time. The food is so fresh and tasty that i could actually eat it every day. Try the Gyro!
I've been forseeing its demise for some time now. Today, it's been confirmed.
The service here has been slowly disintegrating - more than once I've encountered people behind the counter who didn't seem to know what they were doing, and therefore many of my orders have come out the kitchen completely wrong.
If I'm getting something to eat at Dufferin Mall it's a toss up between Popeyes and Jimmy The Greek. The food at Jimmy's is pretty good. It's just the staff customer service could be improved.
Very disappointed. The lady didn’t even made the effort to make my meal look proper, very little meat. Never again buying from here. The potato’s were watery…
I always get the Chicken Souvlaki meal and it's been great everytime.it's the same delicious taste without fail and i rate it as the best Greek food in town.
Absolutely terrible staff and customer service, I've been there a couple of times since the mall reopened and both times they have closed early (before 6 PM). The staff just stand around without anything to do so I really don't understand why they think it's acceptable to close early.
I've even stood in line to order when I've arrived before 6 PM and even though the staff has seen me standing in line they haven't bothered to tell me they are closed. It's only when I asked them myself then they informed me that they are closed.
You are going to lose a lot of customers if you keep doing this especially since there are so many other options in this food court. They might as well shut this place down and reopen a different restaurant that is actually interested in serving their customers.
I have been a customer ofJimmy the Greek for years, however today was the worst experience I could ever have. The customer service was horrible. Especially the boy that was working there. He had an attitude that made everyone else very uncomfortable. He would sigh, roll his eyes and say some things uner his breath. I was not pleased with the customer serivce at all and regretted buying the food in the end. I hope they can do something to change this as soon as possible because many customers will be lost.
Asian girl with glasses who works there is extremely rude. Never smiles, is always rolling her eyes, and does not speak to the customer. When she is done taking your order she sits down and uses her phone in front of everybody.
Asian girl at cashier just sat down and used phone, never notice customers. When I asked to process payment she just told me price, no greeting, didn't even ask here or to go.never go back.
