The staff here threw an absolute fit when I asked them to replace the lettuce portion of the me with literally any other vegetable. I understand times are tough, but I've never encountered another business willing to verbally abuse a customer over asking for more tomatoes or onions.

Bought from this location all the time, even with their poor service and small portions. But, I can not keep buying from here after they served me spoiled food. If you want to eat fresh and delicious food, don't go here!

If I could I’d give 0 stars. The food has gone from bad to worst as well as the service. Raw shrimp and absolutely tasteless food. Hard potatoes and rice. I ordered the shrimp combo they said it would take 5 mins to cook they came out in less then 1 min. The customer service is horrible and in my experience I called and spoke to someone whom said to only bring in my receipt the day after then when I went in they actually wanted me to keep the food overnight and bring it in. I came in with the receipt the following day and they lied and said they told me to bring the food which they didn’t. And on top of that they said come in the day after with the food (3 days later) like I have time to waste. Please avoid this restaurant.

Extremely unhygienic. Found hair in the food. Asked for refund and said that I put the hair there myself and refused to get the manager too! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful “customer service”.

Not much of food choices, but the food is okay, not much people buying food there, so it's fast no lane up

I was there at 9: 45 pm at July 6 they didn’t wanna to take my order even everything was open why the cashier was being so rude and started using profanity words I will complain to head office u need to change the management this place a total disaster so crazy I asked for manager she told he is dead! I need a answer back so bad management

I've always enjoyed the food at this location. Always good. Mu favorite spot for Greek food. Amazing staff

I can not believe that I ask them to put the salad separate from the food and charge me for a dollar just for the container marked it as olives extra just a plane rip off I think they should be reported to The food administration

Excellent delicious food with great customer services. Lot of good options to select. Economical Price. Staffs are very friendly at this location.

Disappointed. I ordered fish but got burned salmon instead. I paid 19+$ for this dish. What a waste of money. Never order from this place.

Con: Brown wilted salad with small piece of dry chicken, and salty soggy potatoes. Dried salty spanakopita.
Pro: Didn't order more.

Been a regular customer here. Used to love this place but their quality and quantity has gone down. Sometimes you get a good serving of potatoes, sometimes you don’t. The last 3 times the rice has been over cooked (too much water). These are basics. You guys can do better.

Today I went to Jimmy the Greek Restaurant. I ordered my usual leg of lamb combo. The first server was pleasant enough BUT a second server took over, she proceeded to take the salad off my take out tray (as this particular server usually does, as if the extra leaf of lettuce will increase their profit). I cannot hide my dismayed look…she wrapped it in a bag hastily. When I got home the leg of lamb was not on the take out tray (this is the second time she did this to me)! I drove back to Scarborough Town Center, Jimmy the Greek Restaurant to speak with the manager BUT HE QUICKLY BRUSH ME OFF, and stated, “I cannot talk to you! ”…he quickly walked away and hid in the corner! My point: the work culture and customer service at this particular franchise has the worst customer service in the 45 years I am dealing with different stores through the years. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO DISRESPECT YOU! I will avoid Jimmy the Greek Restaurant at Scarborough Town Center GIVEN THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER TO THE SERVERS!
By the way these people don’t know how to apologize for their mistake…these people are beyond rude and disrespectful!

Front count very low on food no lamb no chicken legs plus staff talk back to customer please fix this problem
