Horrible place homeless everywhere on property sketcy service got asked for money 3 times in a 20m walk through of the store verry dirty place and unhappy mean staff recommended to go absolutely anywhere else

Easy to find parking. Found all the basics we needed. Produce, some non-perishables. Not a fancy grocery store, as reflected in the more reasonable prices.

I'm not too happy with this place anymore no frills on lunny's lane and Niagara FallsIt's not so clean and there anymore there are vegetables and fruit every time I go in there to get some for my grandchildren they're either bruised or moldy I just boycott that place anymore and I go somewhere else

Not the greatest store, looks a little rundown compared to other No Frills. The parking lot is full of sketchy people, the side and back alley are not to be ventured near at night. They have good prices and a good selection of basis products but it needs a makeover and security.

WARNING- CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! They price items incorrectly in the hope you don’t notice at the register. When you do, they make up some excuse (lie) as to why they won’t follow the scanning code. This has happened on both my previous visits now. I noticed the majority of shoppers there were elderly people, disgusting that the Loblaws company allows one of their own to purposely scam older people.

The dirtiest no frills I’ve ever shopped at. I will go out if my way to visit the St. Catharines locations, which are much cleaner. They never have sale items available, their produce is often rotten and the store is so dirty. The ginger was literally fermenting last time (late June) I visited this location.
Gross.

I came Wednesday evening to pick up something from the flyer and it was double price, so I left. Someone later told me I should have gone to the checkout and it would still scan with flyer's price and apparently they do this so they don't need to do it at night. Fine but why do it in advance and not next day? This is a small store with small variety of stock, I imagine repricing sale items could not take more than half hour for someone who knows the store and where items are. The only explanation that comes to mind is they do not want to sell at sale prices, although franchise makes them, so they engage in this dirty and deceptive practice or showing false pricing during the active flyer.

We're frequent clients now, prices are good, the flyer discounts are great.
And some items we can easily find here like Original Tortillas 1Kg in 3 dollars love it!

Found everything we needed. Some shelves seem to be bare. I guess its the sign of the times.

A smaller store then most. Carries a good amount of variety. Grat customer service at this store.

Price is very cheap compared to the US. The girl behind the counter was really helpful. And very beautiful as well

Security here is a joke. He dress up as if he is security at a club, keeps staring at people as he want beat all of the customers to death. He attirude was akward today, i left my items in basket and left the store. Not every customer is a potential thief. You should hire more professional people. Obviously this security has issues. It is a geocery store not a night club. You dont need a security with body building skills and shiny jewelleries on him. Making customers is not appropriate. This is canada not a third world company. I went another store to do my shopping today. There was no weird looking security in the other store. They are more professional. Never this location again.

Good grocery store. Not a huge one, produce is always fresh, fruits are always nice looking. Not bad prices

Its in a good location with plenty of parking. The shopping cart needs only a quarter instead of dollar on other no frills. Staff is good and helpful but store itself is crowded. Too many things and less place to move around. Produce was okay and they had the things that were advertised for sale. Summertime there is a garden centre in the parking lot and I don't know if No Frills owns that but they have good selection of vegetable, flower plants and flower baskets. The prices are very good and they also have bags of soil and manure. Five stars for garden centre. They have got self serve machines now and no more plastic bags instead they have reusable bags for 35 cents.

This store is small but has most items I need at a reasonable price plus they price match. Store are friendly and helpful

I love this destination because it's central place, close to Niagara falls and just across bus stop. It's economical and easy to search because of their good planning and organizing.

This is my closet grocer and usually my first choice unless Basics has better deals on the stuff I want.

Anyway, this NoFrills is fine but it's really busy most of the time so I get kinda worked up about going. I have to will myself to do it. However, I'm glad they still have more cashiers than self-checkouts. Basics usually has only one cashier and like 8 or 10 self-checkouts. If I was only buying a couple things self-checkout is fine but I usually stock up to avoid multiple trips. Having a cashier is preferable, to put it mildly.

Staff is always polite and helpful if needed. They always have lots of staff working and stocking shelves. The cashiers are very friendly.

Most things are priced a bit less than major chains, however we found lots of items cheaper at food basics!

Always have what I need. Their selection is greater than all other grocery stores!
