Jim's Pizza & Pasta

Ordered house spaghetti, it was awful. The sauce was watery, had an odd spice in it that made it almost spicy and sweet at the same time. The meatballs were mushy. Overall just terrible

Never had a bad meal here. Our go to place for pizza, salad and wine. Best Caesar salad in town. Lovely spot to enjoy our meal. Bread given to start our meal was accompanied by their own olive oil and balsamic vinegar which is a nice addition to dine in patrons. We have been regulars for years

Meat sauce tasted so off, I'm reaping the rewards with what is most definitely food poisoning. Will not be returning.

We ordered chicken parm, spaghetti sauce was more mushrooms and veggies not a sauce, chicken very dry

Ordered food at 4: 10 quoted 45-60 minutes, arrived 85 minutes, missing an item. Called the store the employee basically accused me of lying about the missing item, once she finally decided I might not be lying offered to send another one, I needed to leave for work in 40 minutes so I said I’d pick it up. I got there was not acknowledged for 4 minutes, then when she got my missing item NO apology, no offering of compensation for my time, their mistake, a refund of my initial delivery fee. Terrible customer service, will not recommend this establishment to others or ever give them my business again.

Didn't even get to try it. Ordered it for delivery and had to cancel an hour and 45 minutes later cause it hadn't even been prepared yet. At least they cancelled it and gave me refund

Wonderful staff, so friendly and accommodating. Food is all homemade and fresh. The smell as soon as you walk in reminds me of my Nona's. I will definitely be going back.

Brought meals out at different times. Meat sauce tastes like out of a can. Alfredo sauce had been sitting and had a film on the top. Meatballs are mushy. Bruschetta was good. Service was mediocre. Cheapest fancy you can get

We had a great experience at Jim’s. We ordered a medium pizza with three toppings and was huge for two people. Every piece was loaded with goodness and their sauce is very tasty. The server was very kind, even though I broke a glass by accident. We will be back!

Speaking to staffs are awesome!

Food is great.cant really say much about dining experience as I always order for pick up.

The pizza here is absolutely the BEST ever! We've been coming here for years and have told so many people about Jim's Pizza Peterborough. The caesar salad is homemade as is everything here. Yummmmmm! Please check it out the next time you're in Peterborough. Effy is the owner and she is a class act! Hard working owner & staff. Family business! Horrible experience, staff need to learn about allergies and allergens in food, or there needs to be a list in general. Ontop of that, we had reservations for a large group and half of the people waited a half hour longer than the other half for their food, 2 of them being children.horrible, and embarrassing.

They offer gluten free menu options, but both waitress' and chef had no idea what was in the home-made meat sauce.

The answer was that the person who makes it wasn't there so they couldn't ask.

We have been coming to Jim's for over 30 years for Christmas Eve, and unfortunately between lack of knowledge, and inconsistent meal times our side of the family has decided to part ways.

I appreciate the effort, and I know this is an extremely pressured time of year, nobody wants to work on Christmas Eve, but to be understaffed, and unaware of what is offered on the menu *not to mention a certain dietary restriction that you cater to* is unacceptable.
